[Resolved] Vodafone India — very worst service by vodafone | |
Dear sir, Sir my problem is insurence company not gives the money and i have send the all documents to the insurance company and gives the one copy to vodafone store in karnataka. But both company and vodafone people can't be resolve my problem. I'm facing my problem till 45 day's. I have called so many times to vodafone store, vodafone service centre and insurance company also but don't responding correctly. I visit vodafone store in hubli - karnataka but store manager mrs. Vijayalakshmi (Vijayalakshmi. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com) don't responding anything. I send so many mails to both the company but they don't reply me anything. Please help me present my situation is "do or die" And i called so many times to everyone they don't responding correctly and resolve my complaint also since 45 days. Atleast you are help my problem and gives my insurance amount 4450 with interest because the insurance company told that within 15 days we are created your amount to my bank but now i'm waiting for last 45 days they're don't gives the money. Total insured amount 4450.00 Interest 8% for 30 days (Total 45days) Please give the vodafone head office number in india atleast i called to the head office and resolve my problem as soon as possible. I want to get my call and sms history of past 2 year. About 5 months ago I ported my Jio SIM to Vodafone. So is that possible to get my call and sms history of my number? What are the procedures to get this ?

Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time... Let me port to other network
