Vodafone India — Vodafone Sending Additional 800 bill for postpaid connection | |||
My current plan is rs375 (1GB 3G + Unlimited 2G). I received bill on 5th apr 2015 and bill amount is 1597.46. In this bill 782.89 added for GPRS and 13.60 for VF mobile connect. when i took connetion i confirmed that there is no chanrge for internet in roaming. then why these charges added in bill ? I already expained every time to customer care representative for same but they are not ready to listen this. they are telling you were using idea network in roaming so these charges applicable to you. if i'm using vodafone then how can i use idea network. and if you are giving other operator covrage with higher charges for better facility then you should send a message to us and intimate now you are using idea network for internet so you would charged higher and internet is payeble with extra cost in this network. you already sending similar message when we moving in roaming area then why not for internet charges in different operator. i already paid apprx rs1000 rupee in month of sep-oct for GPRS and that time i confirmed that you will get message and call for such situations. and at that time i simply said i'm not interested in chargable internet even if i already paying rs375 plan and they told internet will not provided to you in area where vodafone coverage is not available. i simply saying, i can't pay rs800 for internet. I told many times to your representative please pass my call to some one senior member but they told you will received a call from our seniors in next 2 hours but i didn't receive any call from any senior member. In a day CC representative calling me 5 times and i'm repeating same story to everyone but no conclusion.even some of them are very rude, they are telling give me answer in yes or no, either you pay or not. i need resolution of this amount. this is not my fault so i'm not interested in payment of this amount. Please have a look on priority. my vodafone services is barred from last 10 days.
Please tell me what is my mistake ? you are providing idea coverage even there vodafone coverage available and then adding approx rs800 extra in bill and not a single time informed to me regarding extra charges. i already paid rs1000 amount in september bill and get confirmation from vodafone from next time you will be intimated by call and message and you will get data services only if you agree with extra charges... i can't pay rs800 for facebook and whatsapp.

Can i get any resolution on this ? Vodafone customer care not registering my complain. i didn't pay bill last month due to this issue then they stopped all services (Incoming, outgoing, internet). I need incoming so i paid bill immediately. this month again they send full rental even service barred last month and rs100 late payment charge. Can anyone please suggest me how can i register complain in consumer court or telecom ministry. They are not resolving issue and adding rs100 as late payment penalty every month. when i took connection they told its a corporate connection and late payment penalty would not be charged only outgoing would be barred if payment not received. I took this connect last year in july and i paid approx rs1000 as late payment penalty. I'm sending mail to vodafone corporate care and they are sending reply after 1 week and telling these are genuine charges and this is our policy and most surprising they are not registering complain and not providing any complain number. I'm asking to them please share mail id of your regional head or nodal head but they are not providing.
