Im was informed 1000 times don want GPRS connection by mistakenly pressing, immediately charged Rs.500/ or Rs. 800/ already paid so i want like the out going incoming only, but message is cumming your used 155 MB charges 800/ defiantly reduce the charges, i very lo income family budget income My budget monthly Rs. 250/- only

      1. Before travelling to Hong Kong on 9th July, 2015, I had activated International Roaming with the plan of Rs 149/- 2. I had specifically asked the Vodafone operator on phone to tell me the name of the Operator in Hong Kong. He did not inform me and he promised that the name of operator in Hong Kong will be messaged / emailed to me. 3. Unfortunately, the name of the Vodafone operator in Hong Kong was never informed to me and only a general msg was sent to me. 4. In Hong Kong the sms messsages sent by me reached the concerned person only after a delay of 24 hours, causing a lot of business inconvenience to me. 5. I have complained to Vodafone in writing, but no resolution / proper reply till date. 6. I am terribly disappointed with Vodafone's international roaming service and I will request you not to charge the International Roaming charge of Rs 297.60 as I badly suffered.         Hi, I'm sunil kumar mobile number is [protected] actually the matter is I have made the payment of Rs.1000 in Vodafone account on 8th august through the online mode by freecharge.in the same amount will be deducted from my account on same day but still not updated in vodafone's account so I was making calls in Vodafone customer services again and again but they always said that they did not receive the same amount but as per my discussion in bank the same amount will be credited in Vodafone's account on same day through the transaction id[protected] but as per their executive tracking team not able to track the same transaction id.               Today[protected] I recharged Rs.124.00 which contains data 650mb with 21 days validity. Before recharge I checked in their help line *121#. But after recharge I got 650 mb with 14 days validity only. They cheated me. Still it is showing validity as 21 days in *121#.already they are selling data for higher cost.

                I am facing the billing related problem with vodafone since July. On 15/08/15, I had a chat with one of the Vodafone representative:- Ms Sudha and she advised me that Vodafone has given me the waiver of Rs. 2439 (please find below the attached screenshot) for the blunder vodafone had done and charged me wrong amount for their own mistake. Inspite of the waiver given to me, I was charged Rs.707.39 bill for the month of July. Upon asking the same to a representative, she advised me that she have already lodged a complaint and vodafone will get back to me and resolve it. Complaint No[protected] As I belive that since I was given waiver of 2439, technically I should not be charged the bill unless my usage is more that the waiver amount. Also I was told that till the time the waived-off amount is consumed, my bill will reflect 0 amount.

                    Dear Sir, I hold a more than 16 year old number with Vodafone: [protected]. Being a loyal Vodafone customer - even though the brand changed hands from Orange to Hutch to Vodafone - I have never been subjected to such humiliation and harassment and agony. A Vodafone number [protected] was issued in the company VGV Agro India Pvt Ltd (not in any personal name) where I was employed as a salaried Director (not owner). I quit that company and joined IMRB International on 1st August 2011. Arrears amounting to Rs.4917 have been pending against the mentioned number [protected] in 2015 on account of which my current number ([protected]) was debarred yesterday. I was forced by Vodafone to pay the entire amount even though I quit that company 4 years ago. They now call me up (some vodafone DSA) and say that the amount paid by me (Rs. 4917 for the number [protected] ) has been credited to the new account - current user of the [protected] number.                       Vodafone has being cutting Rs 35 very frequently for the services i did not apply. I took this issue to the nearest store and the person started putting the blame on me. He did something on my fone and said it wont get deducted again but it is still continuing. I request an immediate action to be taken ASAP.

                          Worst network ever in 21st century, network is data network is always fluctuating, every second, can't play online game because of this, and downloading speed of 4g is just sometimes 60kbps sometimes 300 kbps sometimes 1mbps, it is always fluctuating, it take 5 minutes to download 5 mb file lol Network that's all I have to say, until and unless it provides good network I am not gonna use this network from today
                          Not satisfied with the service of so called Vodafone... worst network...I am using 4G speed internet but it seems it's 2G... very much disappointed Vodafone company I think you should take steps against complaint you should solve our problems... instead doing only publicity... it's just waste if customers are not satisfied...

                          vodafone doesn't bother about customers.
                          Since last 2 months in between every 10 minutes there is no service message on my mobile and I have to search networks and register on VODAFONE IN but again it will get disconnected after 10 minutes and again I have to search networks and register.I called vodafone customer care but the issue never solved.I am fed up with very poor telecom services of vodafone and I intend to change to Jio.
                          Worst ever network.. Vodafone sucks...4g gives 2g speed... and 3g is equals to not network... everytime need to keep searching for network

                          Worst service ever. Me and my roomate has Vodafone sim. Both o[censored]s arnt getting any network since last two days. We stay in a busy part of Bangalore still network issues are very common with Vodafone.
                          Worst part is, I'm a Vodafone customer since last 6 years and now it's very sad to see this service from them.
                          Wanna give ratings in negative, not even 1 star. Sums up their service.

                          The worst network ever! Now Idea and Vodafone are together but what makes the difference they both were trash and will remain being trash forever. I used vodafone so many days hoping they would fix everything but no, now I plan to shift to Jio. These people have so worst internet that it's not even worth giving for free. The recharge costs are very high when it should actually cost around 5 or 10 rupees or less than that. Waste of money, time and energy. I want this network to be removed for a better and bright future for India. The picture below should show you how garbage this network is.

                            I have enquired postpaid plan details and changed to 199 postpaid plan (were as per information provided to me it says 600 local/STD min free per month). But when i received bill i saw they charged me for all STD calls. I HAVE ACTIVATED THIS PLAN FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.

                              I am using VODAFONE prepaid number [protected] for almost two years, and recently they are activating ADD ON services"mobile mela" twice without my concern, even after I have deactivated once in a week ago around 7-12 August, second time activated again on 18 august, one more service social book also activated on the same day 18 aug, why the networks all in India do this cheap thing to suck the valuable customer money? Do they provide any connection without our concern at the beginning ??not right? Then why once we become customer they do what they wanna do to their valuable customers?? Even the customer service people denied strongly about the first time activation which happen a week ago, so frustrated with the VODAFONE service

                                My NO. is [protected] I've been using Vodafone postpaid since 8months. I observed extra services has been activated without any prior knowledge.. This seems very serious issue because 've no other option than to pay the extra amount. Servives 1. MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G : charged 250/- every month 2. MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G : 750/- charged I'm fadeup and disappointed with the Vodafone service as a result I need to close my postpaid connection ASAP. Request you to please look into this matter.

                                  I send a request for porting date 06/07/2015.than next day(07/07/2015) i received call from vodafone costumer care they are giving me offer that recharge rs251/- and get 2GB 3G net pack but when i recharge rs 251/- but i am not get 2GB net balance so i called costumer care they told me that 1GB net balance you will get next month but i am not getting my net balance next month so i called costumer care but they are making excuses...

                                    This is the second time it is happening that I got a recharge for 1GB 3G data and with normal usage (what's app and other low data requiring apps) and the net pack is shown exhausted within 24 hours! This is a clear cheat, the same data pack goes on for nearly 3 weeks for me. I got a recharge done yesterday and now it is showing exhausted. Vodafone is a cheat!!!

                                      I have paid my bill but still its showing outstanding. Earlier corporateplan was wrongly uploaded as 199 instead of 375.I was charged wrongly for internet usage.Due to vodfone executive fault I am facing issues. Now that I have paid extra bill which was wrongly charged.Still my services are inactive. Thee issues wit company like vodafone is highly dissappointing. Thinking of changing the service provider.Vodafone is not fulfilling the requirements.

                                        V to v Rs. 10p/min will expire today subscribe to the same offer again or recharge with Rs 34 like i recd offer i recharge but my call rate Rs 20p/min charging i called customer care 3 time they not response call hold & call disconnected my call then 4th time they recd call & they told it will activated in 4hr till now not activated & your call rate of local vf calls @10p/min wll expire today No time mention i called around 6pm charged Rs.28 for 28 min how would we now it wll expire on this time otherwise y we called & i recharge also before call
