Vodafone India — Worst Nodal desk customer service | |||||
Hi, My Number is [protected] I have been trying to get my issue sort it out from long time, but due to poor customer service of nodal desk also, My problem isn't able to sort it out, right now couple of minutes back spoke to your nodal desk office, first of all every time i have to explain the issue to everyone and than say you will get the reply. Which i dont get it, so i asked nodal office madam to drop me mail acknowledging the same that within how many days my problem will be solved, and she refused to do it, and i asked her to transfer the call to senior. She started wishing good day and was about to disconnect the phone without transferring the call, so i lost my temper and shouted at the madam, and she disconnected the phone which she wanted to do eagerly as you guys can not solve the problem. I am done with your wonderful customer service, i dont want to continue with vodafone anymore hence sort out my issue if you wish to or let it be the way it is.
