[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong charges from continuous 2 month billing | |||||
I got charged wrongly rs 25 in previous bill i complaint about it they replied me by mail that 25 will be reverted back in my account but they didn't. And the height is they again charged me wrong and this time double rs 50 So total of rs 75 charged by vodafone but they call center executive did not listen this time and if i requested to them to tramsfer the call to seniour or other esacaltion team they are just say ok and put me on hold for more than 30 min and this happens more than 4 to5 time I am just # up with vodafone servise Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have recharge of Rs348 on 1st may .it has unlimited calling and 56 GB net .I getting net but I can't call to any one until Customer Care also.I want solution immediately.

My vodafone [no.[protected]] was stolen by someone while I was traveling in a bus one week ago.please block ths number as soon as possible..because some one is misusing it
