[Resolved] Vodafone — refund for paid unsuccessful recharge | |||
I, koustav dasgupta, have attempted to recharge my mobile number, [protected], through my vodafone app of my mobile on 30th january 2019. I paid successfully rs. 458. I have got a message that 217: sorry! This recharge is not available. Txn num. Onr[protected]. I have got another message, which is "sorry, we could not process your recharge of rs. 458.00, order id:[protected]". Was this information helpful? | |||

I am having the same issue and i got same message fornthree attempts of transaction. 199 also doesnt connect for reaching out cust service

did u got refund?
I switched to postpaid from prepaid, and as the old sim got deactivated, inserted new one. I tried to recharge through vi app twice, 1st i did 129rs and it said Sorry This recharge is not available, but amount got deducted, then i did 199rs, and same reply message, but amount deducted.
