1) They use cheap cheater third party service providers as their service partners. Whirlpool sell ok product but service is worst I ever experienced.
1) Their partners loot their customers. Stay away.

I am referring to service request#[protected]. Service done cheater partner looted huge amount 3500+ for some part replacement. After service problem is not resolved.

Now neither Whirlpool nor their cheater service partner respond.

It is refrigerator which means till then all my food is getting rotten and they are just not concerned.

Not sure how this is going to get resolved.

    Sean's 10 years One unknown person unnecessary send the massages to me so i have says that mater briefly When i am 8th std that time he send the massages like friendly but i am ignore the massages but he sending massages 6 month one and 1 years or 2 years once because he maybe having lot of contacts so he miss use for girls so i have spread his number my friends and relatives but he didn't pick the call so seans 2 years back i didn't get any massages but last 2 week he send the bad massages to me and get emotional abusing me so he know i am engage it means family already fixed the partner to me so please take action immediately so have share his number [protected]

      I bought whirlpool fully automatic washing machine top load in 2016.
      It worked well for two years as mentioned in the warranty. After two years, there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while spinning. We had not used Washing Machine for almost six months.
      We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that inspection charge will be Rs 470/-. I accepted it and Service guy visited our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem and the hub has to be replaced. This happens due to scaling issue and we need use that scaling powder every month which is expensive. The cost for bearing hub replacement is Rs. 5800. I was shocked to hear this and parts are not very much durable and replacement is expensive. I would rather buy a new one instead of repair with same kind of parts. Please dont buy whirlpool washing machine.

          Technical staff nd company also misleading customers by saying that PRIME MOVER and transmission unit are different and taking advantage of that .
          i have bought a fully automatic washing machine with 10years warrenty of MOTOR and PRIME MOVER . however prime mover is not working within 5 years thus i want replacement of that part but technicians of whirlpool company refused to agree to give replacement by saying fault is not with prime mover but with another part. actually PRIME MOVER contains gearbox assembly and whole transmission unit.

            We have register complaint to Whirlpool through Complaint No LUC[protected] along with email to All Department Head . This machine was purchase from Market . Technician also visited and found machine having technical fault as per report and attached video also suggested there team for replacement. Also the same has been confirmed by there care manager - service operation through email. But after few days they reverted with me a Email saying the same has been rejected due to graded appliance. Whirlpool not owing this manufacturing defect wether I have purchased on full amount.

              In June 2020, I had purchased a Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC Elite pro Copper. Firstly, I was made to listen about the never ending features of this faulty air conditioner before they charged me a whopping 30, 000 rupees for this piece of scrap.

              Right after 2 days of installing this piece, I started facing cooling issues. The AC which was bought 2 days ago was not able to cool a room. It started having gas leakages right since then. When I contacted the servicing team, the technician came and did some fixing. It was fine until I stopped using this AC in winters. Now when I restart it barely 8 months after purchasing it, it doesn't cool the room again.

              Is this what whirlpool does to its customers? Sell fake products on false promises? This product had come with a 12 month warranty and I need a replacement for this faulty unit. Either replace it, or give me a full refund for this non working AC. I am fed up of technicians coming and giving temporary fixes. I have raised numerous complaints with Whirlpool for issues pertaining to a brand new AC. I no longer need a fix, I need a new AC or refund my hard earned money. You can't play with consumer's money.

                  Whirlpool washing machine TSP problem

                  Hi,

                  We have ordered the AC in may in Flipkart. And due to corona there are no technicians to assemble it. After so many calls it assembled in June. And after using for 1 month not even one month it got complaint not working properly and it stopped working. We have raised a complaint and ac repair persons are coming and checking the AC and leaving no update about what happen to AC waited for update for so many days. We calling to whirlpool customer service there are saying that ticket was closed and raising the new ticket whenever we call and Ac technicians are coming checking and opened Ac and leaving. These happening from last 4 months and AC was fully opened and taken some parts but it not yet repaired at.

                  What was the use of buying this product as I have not used the product and waiting for resolving the issue from last few months which is not yet all good. Please take the problem seriously. If possible try to replace the product. I waited for these many months for waiting for resolving. Please do replace the product.

                  The escalation team called me and. Also mail to me. and informed the technicians who are working on this issue to fix the issue. In one week the issue was fixed. They repaired th Ac. After escalation also it has been multiple calls from my end they said in two days they provide solution but after multiple call to technician incharge the issue when I call they say coming now but after multiple calls everyday at last issue was fixed they repaired the product.

                  Since July the AC was not working and they are opened the AC fully. The issue not resolved yet if warranty is over then who is responsible for it. When it will get fixed as we have a product but not no use of it in open condition. Please do replace the product with no charges as we waited for this many months for problem to fix and not yet fixed if any problem occurs again we are going to expire warranty then who will responsible for it will you extend the warranty and replace the product as soon as possible. I don't expect from Whirlpool such type of poor performance of product and their services...

                  Since last 5 months the issue was not fixed till now. And my warranty is going to expires soon .please look into the issue as soon as possible. As bought the product no use of it with in one month it stopped working and till now issue not resolved. what I have to do if warranty expires.

                      I have registered a complaint on washing machine in the month of September.
                      Complaint number : HYD[protected]
                      I was waiting for technician to turn up and nothing happened, after waiting for a month I followed up with customer care and they informed me that the complaint seems to be closed
                      In the month Of October I raised another request for the same issue
                      Complaint number : HYD[protected]
                      And this complaint also closed with out resolving the issue.

                      Upon escalating to service head of WhirlPool, I received a communication from CEO Desk that as part is not available - "We can offer you with replacement via 75% depreciation on invoice value"

                      and on top of this they are charging 1000/- towards processing the replacement,

                      I am not convinced for the depreciation that is calculated unilaterally by the company,

                      just because the machine is 5yrs old they are denying support for the machine which I think is not right.

                        The washing machine model:- Whirlpool 360 Bloomwash Pro with Heater 9.5 kg

                        The said washing machine was purchased on 14.05.2020 from Raipur Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, West Bengal.

                        From the very beginning the washing machine shakes heavily while washing clothes. It shakes so much that the machine will fall and that it will create an accident.

                        After many service requests from Whirlpool, the engineers failed to rectify the problem.

                        This particular model as seen from other E-commerce site reviews suffers from the same problem as mentioned by respective owners.

                        I want a complete refund for the Washing Machine and want to return the product.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that I had purchased a split AC from Amazon, I had requested for an immediate installation by dialing the toll free number and the technician had been to my place to do the needful. The technician looked like he was not willing to work and did the entire job just for the sake of doing it as he had to rush to some other place. During the installation, he damaged the aluminium rods that were mounted for the false ceiling. He could have unscrewed these and completed his work. Pictures are attached for your reference.

                              However the installation was so poorly done that water started dripping from the AC unit and thus wetting the walls and wooden door. Picture is attached for your reference. When i tried to report this issue to the service rep, Harris Khan, he never picked up the phone nor called back. There was another person who came and tried to fix the issue. After a few days, the pipe for water exit was broken and again water started dripping mid wad through the water outlet pipe. Pictures are attached for your reference.

                              I would request you to please take stern action against Khalsa AC Care for such inconvenience and Whirlpool for not reverting to the complaint.

                              I would also like to highlight high installation charges taken against poor servicing and threat of not providing the warranty if a consumer installs the unit of their own. The AC cost was INR 16K and the installation (poor) cost was INR 6.5K.

                              To amend the piping which was incorrectly fixed by the company rep, the service rep arrogantly was demanding money like a goon.

                              I have not communicated / confirmed anything against my complaint. I would want strict action taken against Khalsa AC care for incorrectly reporting that the issue is resolved. Also, during the installation of AC the overall attitude of their entire team was arrogant.

                                I purchased whirlpool automatic machine.after 2 year machine pcb gets defectivd and enginer charging huge money 4500 for power button ..
                                Why whirlpool sell poor quality parts so high priced. Even when we use for 2 hours a week..thigh pcb of phone not get gets dedects using 12 hours a day...this shows whirlpol use poor quakity parts n loot customer n make money

                                In this case customer appliance need to be repair on chargeable basis but customer not ready to pay the same and asking for the free of cost repair which is not possible as per company policy.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator Model No[protected] IMPRO PRM 3S Sapphire Mangolia) dated on 29-Sep-2019. I am surprised to see that within 10 months very short period, door of refrigerator observed dent due to thermo cool defective. I am extremely disappointed with the performance of Whirlpool product.

                                  After that i called to customer care on dated 17-Sep-20 registered complaint (FAR [protected]) but nobody respond to me. I had again call to customer care and registered the complaint dated on 28-Sep-2020 Complaint no- (FAR[protected].After two days (30-Sep-2020) Whirlpool service technician visited my home & see the problem they told me your refrigerator door thermocool has been defective & same will be replaced.

                                  3 moths are over but till now no body respond to me.

                                  My humble request to you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and replace my refrigerator on top priority basis. I don't expect from Whirlpool such type of poor performance of product and their services...

                                    I purchased white magic 6.5 top loader in Nov 2017. Last week it started making big sound. Called Whirlpool technician. He told bearing is gone bad, needs replacement and costs Rs.5000.
                                    My question is how come within three years with minimal use gear assembly has gone bad ?
