In June 2020, I had purchased a Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC Elite pro Copper. Firstly, I was made to listen about the never ending features of this faulty air conditioner before they charged me a whopping 30, 000 rupees for this piece of scrap.
Right after 2 days of installing this piece, I started facing cooling issues. The AC which was bought 2 days ago was not able to cool a room. It started having gas leakages right since then. When I contacted the servicing team, the technician came and did some fixing. It was fine until I stopped using this AC in winters. Now when I restart it barely 8 months after purchasing it, it doesn't cool the room again.
Is this what whirlpool does to its customers? Sell fake products on false promises? This product had come with a 12 month warranty and I need a replacement for this faulty unit. Either replace it, or give me a full refund for this non working AC. I am fed up of technicians coming and giving temporary fixes. I have raised numerous complaints with Whirlpool for issues pertaining to a brand new AC. I no longer need a fix, I need a new AC or refund my hard earned money. You can't play with consumer's money.
