Xiaomi India — defective phone replacement is not done | |||
I ordered a phone redmi note 7s 4gb 64gb from mi.com and i got defective phone (4 oct 2019). Then on a same day i called customer care number and tell them about incident happen and they she file a complaint about this. Then she told me to share photos of defective part to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com and she said we will get back to you soon but now today is 6 oct 2019 then i called again then they said they closed my compliant.
