The overall guard related complaint was given to service century 15 days a go but till not getting any kind of response from there end, within a month few rust spots appeared on the new overall guard i have shared few pictures of it with them also visited physically also & now today while i am returning back home from my office suddenly in the middle of the road i heard a noise & stopped my scooty &saw that the back portion of the guard was hanging on the indicator lights the both side nuts were dislocated. Now i am very much harsh that a company like yamaha taking to much time for resolving a small customers issue.
I hope will resolve my issue as soon as possible..& replace the same.

    I have completed my 4 servicing in our PW Auto Yamaha showroom Jalna but they haven't updated in our system.now I have a problem of selfmoter damage and the manager is demand me for rupees 2000/- still my 5 th servicing is pending so why should I pay for it?

      I bought yamaha fzs bike by march-2020, up to today (28.07.2020) i have ride over 2000 kms only. With in a 6 months and with in 2000 kms front shock absorber oil seal damaged and oil leak.

      Even my bike is in under warranty.

      When i approach yamaha authorised service centre they not respond about warranty claim, they said, it should payment service and you should pay around 1000rs (Pair).

      Now, what should i do. All over yamaha service very worse service and worse consumer respond

        Dear sir my bike yamah sz rr, one gear was damaged due to continuous long run. And now i am unable to find the spare from last 2 months. I have contacted in sundargarh, jharsuguda, sambalpur and balangir show room in odisha. But every one is denying to supply reasoning the covid 19.

        Yamaha customer care is not responding properly.
        Please help me.

          charging tax amount generated for debit card transaction from customer

          Address: Good will agencies, bear benz circle , vijay

          Recently had a bike servicing and opted debit card transaction as mode of payment and they charged me tax amount generated for card transactions. While i asked them they said we are charging this from every customer but no one complained. I said its not right to take extra amount/ tax amount from customers as per rbi guidelines. You will be punishable if you violate these. Then the manager satirically said will you drag us to court....

          Hello i purchased a motorbike from glory enterprises before 15 days, they delivered me a bike which is completely second hand. I got it handed over after running more than 1000 km. At the time of purchasing they did not allow me to start the engine, they delivered me the bike at my hometown after i paid to them. The bike was not fully new, i did not get leg guard at the time of purchasing, though it is important part that every shop provides at the time of purchasing. The price was 120500/- and the dealer repeatedly took money from us for delivering the bike. The behavior of the staff is also very bad. One of the staffs did harassment with a lady of my family. Please give us a new bike as quick as possible and solve our problems, otherwise we will take big steps forward.

            Vasudha yamaha an authorized service center has been showing heights of irresponsible behavior.
            Engine warning light has been showing since my 5th service (Vehicle purchased in 2015) and since then whenever i have given it for repair they have left the issue unresolved and very pathetic workshop staff. Very laid back and no respect for customer. The service manager here is the most pathetic of all who doesnot know to identify vehicle issue and suggest customer properly
            Always on mobile and doesnot even look at customer
            My issue finally today has been identified as faulty rr unit which by the way is covered in the extended warranty i purchased. Now these people are not willing to even service my vehicle because i have extended warranty and they cannot charge me.
            They have sent back the vehicle without repair and stated that even if warranty please pay the amount or we wont repair

              DEAR Sir or Madam,
              I’m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with customer service provided by
              the National Auto Agencies, THAZHEPPALAM. My name is AMAL.T and I’m a BS4 MT-15 owner.
              My issue is regarding second service of my motorcycle which was on 22th of April.
              While I visited your service center on that provided day, I was unable to service my bike because
              service center was closed because of Lockdown & this Pandemic issue. And I tried to contact them
              but was unable to get them on line. And they haven’t even informed or contacted me via text
              message or any mails about the next scheduled date for service. At the time of second service my
              motorcycle has done 750KMS.
              In this time the lockdown and the pandemic spread have been increased in my
              locality that I was forced not to visit my service center. And this took me to the third service which
              was on this month, and now my motorcycle has covered 861KMS. I again visited National Auto Agency
              and got to know gloomy story that my motorcycle’s warranty would be restricted as I was unable to
              do my second service. I don’t know why they didn’t contacted me to inform such an important
              concern, they should have to inform customers about re-scheduled service date or warranty
              restriction issues.
              So concluding my kind heart request is need not to get my second service back but just
              need to safe keep my warranty until it ends, I hope you understand my consideration on such
              pandemic issues around my locality.

                    In july 2019 i purchase a bike yamaha fzs v3, but recently i met with an accident in may, 2020. On 12 june, 2020 i send the bike to shree balaji motors there they didn't provide any receiving, but promised me that the bike will be serviced within 15 days but still after so many fake promises they are still unable to provide me bike. Also the behavior of two persons named mr shubham (Owner) and mr abhinav (Manager) is very disappointing. Mr shubham just making false promises on more than 7 occasions and mr abhinav is so arrogant that he is not even pickup my call, sir kindly look into the matter as on writing this today is 16th july 2020 it is already more than a month late

                      The complaint ios regarding my service issues.As the company says that the bike has five free services without labour cost.I had completed three services and my fourth service had been cancelled due to covid 19 and kilometer has been passed.Now the fifth has been taken.At this time they are charging extra amount tthan the normal service.They are assigning labour charge etc...so please take this query as serious and rectify it as soon as possible

                        Yamaha arjun motors which is in new sayyaji rao road bamboo bazaar mysore service manager whose name is jagadish is behaving with customer as we are slave of him for the enquiry of 3rd free service, due to lockdown we didn`t make to do on time when we visited the showroom the service manager was very rash and said to claim 4th service which is in next month august i am very disapponted with the service provided and behavior of the staff i request all yamaha users not to go arjun motors wherever it is thank you.

                              After free services, i gave my bike on paid services to perfect yamaha service center koramangala 6th block on 6th june 2020. They didn't tighten the oil drain screw. My bike stopped while running today and caused damage to engine. I handed the bike to them and they told it will cost 20000 bucks. It's very disappointing situation for me. Very irresponsible behaviour from service center. Vehicle no. Ka32et5464. Vehicle bought from raghoji motors gulbarga, karnataka

                                After second service, they didn't tighten the oil drain screw. My bike stopped while running and caused damage to engine. I handed the bike to them and they told they will repair it. Today is the 3rd day i handed my new bike and they told some lathe work has to be done on bike engine. It's very disappointing situation for me. Even if the do some lathe work and get repaired, my bike will not be a new bike anymore. And till now they haven't mentioned when they return my bike.                                   I got call from consumer complaint [protected]. He is asking extra money to get the work done but already spent 4000/- inr on my bike. When problem is servicing by done at sunny motors then why i should pay money. I want strict action should be taken by yamaha this is very reckless thing. It's been 1 year from the day i bought the bike i never faced some many problems.
