DEAR Sir or Madam,
I’m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with customer service provided by
the National Auto Agencies, THAZHEPPALAM. My name is AMAL.T and I’m a BS4 MT-15 owner.
My issue is regarding second service of my motorcycle which was on 22th of April.
While I visited your service center on that provided day, I was unable to service my bike because
service center was closed because of Lockdown & this Pandemic issue. And I tried to contact them
but was unable to get them on line. And they haven’t even informed or contacted me via text
message or any mails about the next scheduled date for service. At the time of second service my
motorcycle has done 750KMS.
In this time the lockdown and the pandemic spread have been increased in my
locality that I was forced not to visit my service center. And this took me to the third service which
was on this month, and now my motorcycle has covered 861KMS. I again visited National Auto Agency
and got to know gloomy story that my motorcycle’s warranty would be restricted as I was unable to
do my second service. I don’t know why they didn’t contacted me to inform such an important
concern, they should have to inform customers about re-scheduled service date or warranty
restriction issues.
So concluding my kind heart request is need not to get my second service back but just
need to safe keep my warranty until it ends, I hope you understand my consideration on such
pandemic issues around my locality.
