Greetings,
Team yamaha.

My name is dhaval kakadia and i'm from thane - mira road. I own a yamaha r15 s.
I have been facing issues with the service provided for my bike at apex yamaha service center - mira road.

[protected] days back i had given my bike for service since the bike was shutting down on its own. Four days the bike was at apex yamaha service center since few parts had to be changed as well under insurance. I was given the bike (Dt[protected] saying that the service is done and my battery of the bike needs to be changed since it was shutting down on its own. So i decided to put a new amron battery instead of the battery they had in their service center. Now today[protected] itself i was stuck inbetween virat vasai highway for almost an hour because my bike was shutting down again.

My point is that i was told that i need to change the battery and so i purchased a new battery and i got it installed. For almost 4 days the bike was kept in apex yamaha service center and i cannot understand why they were not able to resolve the issue. What have they done for 4 days after inspecting the bike. I submitted my bike in vasai yamaha service center and i was told that the battery charger is not working right.

Now on the basis of the apex yamaha service center guy i got my battery replaced and the actual issue was with the battery charger. For bloody 4 days apex yamaha couldn't understand that, and directly i was aske to change the battery and now the issue turns out to be something else.

Now iv already spent rs.1200 for the battery when that wasn't even a problem and on top of that now i will spent on the battery charger again.

This kind of issues iv already faced with apex yamaha service center mira road in past for wich i had mailed a complaint.

But this time already my time and money both have been wasted because of the apex yamaha service center failing to understand the issues and directly giving the bike to me saying that the battery needs to be changed.

Knowing the current pandemic situation i cannot afford to waste any of my time and money just because apex yamaha service center technicians fail to understand the issues and i have to just blindly spent my money on what they say..

But this time i surely need a revert from your end because i will make sure to take adequate and strict actions against this thing if i don't get any revert from your end inorder to resolve this issue. And also i need the refund for the batterry amount that i have spent. Just beacuse i was told by the service center technician to get my betttry changed wherein the battery was never the issue, the battery charger was the problem.

When i visited today[protected] @vasai yamaha servuce center i was told that there are further technical issues in my bike which is not been rectified by the yamaha service center mira road.

We buy yamaha bike because it's one of the most trust worthy and an amazing machine but this kind of service will not be accepted where my money is wasted just because of apex yamaha service center cannot rectify the issues and blindly ask the customer to spent money on things and replace them.

I'm waiting for a revert as soon as possible.

    I have been going through a tough time with yamaha service for the past 9 months. I had an issue with my back wheel of fz 16 (2010) model, which was creating noise while running at low speed (20-40 km/hr) and the bike was not at all stable at corners and the back wheel used to slip off easily while braking. I have been addressing this issue with multiple yamaha service centers in hyderabad and no one could find the issues till date.
    Venkatesha motors ameerpet, hyderabad was the last service center i had approached, they checked and informed me that my engine shaft has been worn out and for that they need to remove the engine completely to replace it. Since the issue was really annoying and my safety was at concern i allowed them to open up my engine and replace it thinking the issue will be solved for ever.
    It took them a week time for getting the bike ready, but the hard reality came up when i went to take the delivery of the bike. There was no issue with the engine shaft and it was in a good condition.
    But they charged me excessively for nothing (The bill of the same has been attached below) i went with an issue with the back wheel creating noise and they replaced almost all the components of my bike without any prior notice to me.
    And after the service before even completing 50 km the issue was again back and when i went complaining about the issue they asked me to lubricate the chain on every 100 km and they refused to even check my bike.
    Its then when i realized that i was getting cheated up. They charged me nearly rs.7000 for the service and still the issue is continuing. For the past 9 months i have been to multiple yamaha showroom. I couldn't find anyone responsive to take up the bike and check and solve the issue other than giving simple excuses.
    In this case i am really disappointed with the service that yamaha is proving to indian customers and the way they are looting customers in the name of service across india. Please let me know a authorized and experienced service center in kerala-kannur district for solving the issue.

      Hello sir/madam,

      Im jobin mathew from kerala. I bought new r15 v3 bike from pioneer motors yamaha kanhangad ([protected]) on july 2019. I have done my free services on time and its registration no. Is kl 79 3520

      Last week, my bike turned off and the service operator in yamaha kanhangad said there is some issues in your petrol pump (Inside the tank) and you need to replace it.

      Also they are saying that my second service is done in another dealers service centre that is garg automotives, hisar ([protected]), so they cant give the warranty to my bike.

      Im here to complaint my problem about the inappropriate dealings of yamaha service providers and please do the needful at the earliest.

        My veicle is fzs 150 bs6 im drived only 1100 km bike after that its front break pad is noising and i have to replace it and dealer said its company's fitting issue we cant do anything about it.
        But what is the use of bike if i have to replace it every 1000 kms means once a month.

          I have bought yamaha fz25 from vinayak yamaha, domlur, bangalore.
          The guy whom i was in contact with was mahesh.
          From beginning till end, the only thing he has done is to bother me. For that i give 0/100 on customer relationship management to this yamaha dealer.
          He hung up on me like i am no one. Never called me for giving any update and didn't pick the call when i call him.
          After purchasing a bike of 2 lakh, i deserve a little respect from the dealer.
          Not going to recommend this dealer to anyone.

            Akar Yamaha Jaipur service center not properly have Yamaha fz s fi parts.so service center consume more time for bike service which consumer suffers for conveyance.

                Description today that’s is 29. Aug.2020 at 11.00am i visited for bike service at mr auto which is near my residence the executive where very rude i requested them i want to watch my bike getting serviced in front of my eyes because the work station was visible but the person sitting at the counter was very rude n denied to do so i told him to speak politely but he ended up with abusive language although i’m gonna file a legal complaint against that executive for using abusive language which is completely disrespectful for the customers i hope you’ll get into this matter soon

                  I bought a scooty two month before. I have completed my second service. now it is a rainy season so most of time my scooty become wet. as a result the indicater become connected and sound like tin...tin... At the time of my second service when i complained about it they told me that there is no solution of it. So kindly take look for it neither i bound to change the scooty.

                      Hi,

                      I have bought yamaha fasicno on nov 2018, i used to do all my service regularly in the adithiya yamaha service center coimbatore, tamilnadu india.

                      On the month of may i have came to notice a knocking sound in the engine when i took it for a service they said engine oil is low. My question is i do a periodic service properly in the same service center from the day 1. How will it become low before completing the next mentioned service date or kilometers. They said we need to work on the engine level on next service.

                      After that service i haven't driven the only 1000kms or less when i tried checking the engine oil level i has gone to very low state.

                      Are these authorized services center of yours do a proper service or they just do wash clean and provide the vehicle like it was serviced..

                      Even after proper service till 43000 kms+ in this 1 year 8 months i'm facing problem with the vehicle is this how you manufacture a product or its worth less service technicians. Now i have engine problem with knocking sound. We trust your brand and bought this product but i never thought i will get a worst experience lost my 75 thousand rupees hard earned money in yamaha

                        I have booked yahama fzs 32 days ago now i want to cancel it but dealer told me that they will charge me 500rs as a cancellation fee. But yahama has no cancellation fee and it gives full refund. I have given 3060 rs at time of booking.

                            Hi team,

                            I have purchased on october month not today date called 10th october'2019. When i purchased on that time there was a offer. Requesting you to check records and then revert accordingly.
                            Even called up your support team so called customer service. There was a advisor name was ranjitkumar. He didn't gave proper response. When i tried to talk with superior person he didn't transfer the call as well he put call on hold approximate 08:00 mintues too long hold. The call duration was 48:00 minutes i don't understand why he put me on hold too long. He didn't allow me to speak with any one of the supervisor. He said there is no supervisor available. I believe in working hours there was atleast one supervisor available on floor. Even some where he was on rude over the call. Is this way to handle your valuable customer.

                            My concern was when i get my rider jacket. When? Where?
                            Requesting you to give me proper resolution. The advisor said that yamaha team called up so many times but i didn't respond. Its not possible i have call records no one called up me didn't receive any of call from you guys. If you want i will share you my calls records.

                            I want rider jacket. When i purchased i was eligible. I'm not goona let it go.

                            Request you to get be back with proper update.

                                Address: Yamaha Motor India,A-3, Industrial Area, Noida-Dadri Road, Surajpur -201306 Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.) India.

                                Iam owning yamaha r15 v3.0 bs4 vehicle.

                                Some metal parts, front & rear discs got rusted. And vehicle is not starting after some months, as it was parked for a period of time because of this lock down. Batteries gone down and could not see the front speedometer switching on, even though i tried removing my fuse and fixing it again by myself. And i have completed only 3 free services provided by your side and have informed about the rusting problems in the discs & parts (In the 3rd free service) to the authorized service centre (Ss motors, hosur). I have raised a complaint in yamaha official webite (https://www.yamaha-motor-india.com/contact-us.html) too. Hope to get solution for all these problems. Thank you.

                                  The overall guard related complaint was given to service century 15 days a go but till not getting any kind of response from there end, within a month few rust spots appeared on the new overall guard i have shared few pictures of it with them also visited physically also & now today while i am returning back home from my office suddenly in the middle of the road i heard a noise & stopped my scooty &saw that the back portion of the guard was hanging on the indicator lights the both side nuts were dislocated. Now i am very much harsh that a company like yamaha taking to much time for resolving a small customers issue.
                                  I hope will resolve my issue as soon as possible..& replace the same.

                                    I have completed my 4 servicing in our PW Auto Yamaha showroom Jalna but they haven't updated in our system.now I have a problem of selfmoter damage and the manager is demand me for rupees 2000/- still my 5 th servicing is pending so why should I pay for it?

                                      I bought yamaha fzs bike by march-2020, up to today (28.07.2020) i have ride over 2000 kms only. With in a 6 months and with in 2000 kms front shock absorber oil seal damaged and oil leak.

                                      Even my bike is in under warranty.

                                      When i approach yamaha authorised service centre they not respond about warranty claim, they said, it should payment service and you should pay around 1000rs (Pair).

                                      Now, what should i do. All over yamaha service very worse service and worse consumer respond

                                        Dear sir my bike yamah sz rr, one gear was damaged due to continuous long run. And now i am unable to find the spare from last 2 months. I have contacted in sundargarh, jharsuguda, sambalpur and balangir show room in odisha. But every one is denying to supply reasoning the covid 19.

                                        Yamaha customer care is not responding properly.
                                        Please help me.
