We have checked our records and our findings are as below:
1. Booking was created on 29th March and agent acknowledged the booking on 01st April and informed to arrange all the required documents for France Visa.
2. We received the documents and took France visa appointment on 07th April and you went for bio metric on the same day.
3. The France visa takes time to come 15 to 20 working days where in we came to know about rejection of visa on 26th April and embassy didn't share the reason with us.
4. We informed the same to you and advised that your visa got rejected by embassy and accepting or rejecting visa application is a sole discretion of Embassy.
5. As the departure date was 23rd May, we requested for re application of visa and took appointment on 16th May as per 01st available date of Schengen visa.
6. Before taking the appointment, dated 16th May, We clearly advised you that visa might will not come before the departure date and Yatra would not be responsible for your trip and as per payment time lines you have to make payment ( We need 50% payment 30 days prior to departure & 100% payment 15 days prior to departure) client was agreed on call.
7. When you requested us to change the departure date. Team contacted the concerned and clearly advised, the cancellation policy (50% cancellation charges as per policy) and you have to pay additional amount for the new date.
8. You were not agreeing on the same and denied to go for an appointment which was scheduled on 16th May, Cancellation policy was already shared and booking amount will be forfeited was also advised.
We regret; however there will not be any refund on this booking. Please feel free to contact us again in case of any additional help required.

If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from nationalized bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
