I have booked a train ticket through Yatra.com... I made the payment but when I am checking the booking status on it IRCTC website, it is showing payment requested... That means Yatra.com has not made the payment to IRCTC which proves it's a fraud website. When I am checking the booking status in my booking section of Yatra.com, it is showing that my train ticket is canceled but I have never canceled the same.

    I booked two tickets via yatra.com from kolkata to bangalore on 5th march 2017.
    But the flight was cancelled by airline on 14th feb 2017 and they have promised that they will refund the full
    Amount without any cancelation fee or penalty chanrges that is rs 7800/-. I also had a conversation with yatra support team
    And they also told that i will get full amount within 20days. Now it passed 90days but i got only rs 2450/-. I already submitted all documents which yatra asked for. I have called several times why we got only rs 2450/- at that time they told to contact with airline and get handwritten document or acm (Agency credit memo)
    Number. But airline is saying that they have refunded the full amount which is rs 7800/. And they will not give any document or acm number to customer only because

      I discussed with Yatra Marketing Personnel, who is available round the clock with a mobile no and done changes in Itinerary and hotels etc and finally negotiated to include Rohatng pass/Gulaba Valley (Subjected to permit to go from National Green Tribunal) if no permission they take us to to Solang Valley be NOT on direct payment basis(written on Itinerary) but is included in the trip cost. the Last itinerary by marketing Personnel she deleted the word on Direct Payment Base but mentioned Subject to availability.
      After paying 11, 500INR online the file was transferred to Operations department, there is no direct mobile, you have to call board line and then the extension, but the extension will be 12Hrs busy and you can enjoy Yatra.com chuk chuk chuk music for 12 hours.They only open Emails from Customers every 7th day or 8th Day and they reply we are working on it. Teh marketing personnel have booked on 8th and we start from Mumbai 8th by Train, which was clearly mentioned on the Email request and they need to pick us from Kalka Railway station. Poor girl doesnt know that Mumbai to kalka is more than 1500kms, she thought I reach same day 8th evening and booked all the hotels wrongly(one day before). She can't do anything since the file is transferred to Operations department. One time they say they are working on it, after 5-6 days new person sends and Email saying the amendment is done. When we open the online booking it still shows the same old wrong dates. No replies to Email then for next 7 days. Second thing now operations are saying Rohtang pass and Solang Valley is on direct payment basis since their taxis are not allowed in that place by the NGT. If they know this why the Marketing personnel lie to the customer to make it more attractive. I send them the evidence Email from Marketing that Rohatang pass is not on direct payment basis. I now have to go to Bur Dubai temple and crack a Coconut to Vinayaka so that the Operations department have to be blessed by god so that they open my Email and start working on it. So that it will be worked with in 2 weeks of time (Best Case Scenario).
      I am so sad that we Indians have no place no rules or no law to control this, even if Britishers have written it somewhere all are managed by Gandhiji.

        This is the cheating by your Bangalore sales team in my package yh 3167388

        I am very clear that when I approach Yatra I expect fair pricing and services when we book now and in near future.

        The services both from ops team and the package overall was not good right from no pickup from airport to visits in Rome where no monuments covered right upto Paris where we missed the Louvre museum to name a few apart from iternary planned poorly

        Need a settlement from yatra on
        Excess package billing of 80k which has been shared with yatra team.

        Pls ensure the money is collected from nagraj and suhail who have cheated us and settle on priority.

            I had booked a flight by yatra.com (Mr Sujan Shrestha) and had travelled by Go Air flight from kolkata to Portblair on 18 Dec 16.PNR No is GK8S3J. I had requested for a travelling certificate mentioning fare details for the purpose of reimbursement for the expenses i have made during the travel.               This is to share my grudge or grievances with yatra.
              My flight got cancelled by vistara airline, i talked to them, they told me that they will give some alternative via flight. So i tried to contact yatra agent. They assured me that i will be getting full refund around 3k, so, i booked another direct flight. But i got a refund of just 1285 rupees, when contacted, they replied as, 1000 got deducted because i used some coupon while booking the tickets, and 450 some cancellation charges, so, there comes one question, i booked for round trip, 500 off was falling for each side, but u deducted whole 1000 from my one way ticket and made money, also there was not my fault that u deducted 450.

              You shouldn't have refunded that also. If i had known all these strategies, i would have availed vistara's another flight.

              I just got cheated.

              Applogies for such an informal message. This is not just for you but for whole yatra system.
              Seriously you guys need to change some of your manipulating policies.

              Cancellation charges on my tickets shows as ZERO although when i cancelled the ticket yatra has charged heavy amount and deducted something like 9332, moreover they never shows the charges on website directly only 3980rs credited to my credit card from the total amount of 13312rs..

                This complaint is specifically about the extremely terrible experience with the post sales representative, suman sahu and her team lead, gipsa jain.

                Suman sahu lacks training to even be a post sales representative. She does not have any knowledge of the tour/sight seeing spots. Her response times, communication, efficiency is dismal.

                Few major and unacceptable errors:

                1. We were promised etihad or similar airlines as per the booking agreement but were eventually booked on the much cheaper and inferior turkish airlines.

                2. The meal preference was asked 5 times in 4 months and still she booked it incorrectly for us in 3 of the 4 flights.

                3. It was promised in the document that hotel details would be communicated to us 1 month in advance of the travel date, but they were sent only a week in advance.

                4. I wrote and email to gipsa and suman on 22nd february to express my grievances over their poor service for schengen visa but nobody form that team ever responded on email.

                I really hope an action is taken.

                This was daylight robbery from yatra - turkish air flights were at least 8k cheaper per person than eithad, which we were over charged 48k for 6 flights that we combined booked. Do not expect such blatant cheating by a reputational brand like yatra.

                Would advise everyone against booking any tours with yatra and would also share my experience on online blogs and social media.

                  Kindly refund of 5196.00 against reference number[protected] in my account as earliest. My flight booking from raipur to ahmedabad on 26.5.2017 by online. Due to some reason, i have cancel the booking, during cancellation i have opt e cash in place of direct cash credit in my bank account, i have email to customer care regarding the issue, but no response and refund of rs 5196.00 has not credited in my account.

                    Hi guys, my name is philip and i reside in bangalore, i have booked family trip with yatra.com for home stay at nandi hills bangalore. Booking was confirmed and when i called home stay person, they refused confirmed home stay as yatra has not paid any previous amount to them and they will not consider my booking (Booking was done through my credit card) and today 25.05.2017 from morning i am calling said no[protected] but til the day end. No one is picking the call and when i though to cancel the booking yarta team is not giving the refund of what i have booked. This is are not good with this yatra.com, pls be very cautious before your booking with yatra.com

                      I was book a flight jetairways mumbai to delhi for 9th may 2017 (9w311) reference number[protected] it was cancelled by airlines.
                      And i was file request for refund my money to yatra.com customer executive he told me we refund u r money 3081 rupees. It was file on 8 may 2017 till the date it is not refunded and when i was again call to yatra.com he told me
                      We apologize for the late and file again my refund request after that i was recieved a mail your refund amount of 2531ruppes will transfer to u r bank in 2 -3 days then i was call again to yatra.com customer executive he again apologies and file my request for right amount 3081rupees. Now i m really disappointed with yatra.com becose last minute cancellation by arline and still i am struggling for refund
                      I was wondering that yatra.com or jetairways will compensate for that canselletion.

                        I am travelling to andaman from hyderabad and booked the hotels and sightseeing package from yatra.com through agent yash vardhan (Fraud)

                        We are 7 adults and 3 children.10 people travelling together. Yash vardhan sent me a quote yh3383696 for 1.19 lakhs with garden view hotels. I have asked for hotel with beach front view, he raised the amount to 1.30 lakhs and sent me the quote and asked me to pay the amount right away.

                        I have gone through the hotels before making payment, to my surprise i saw that the room was not beach front type. I asked this agent why the room is not changed. He said sir please make the payment and will get that room status changed to beach front. I trusted this agent and made the payment.

                        He started avoiding my calls from next day. I spoke to customer care, they assured a call back from yash vardhan (Agent) at the earliest. I didn't get any call that day.
                        Next day again i called from different number, he picked up the call and said sir i have emailed you with the changes you asked for, but i didn't get any email. He cross checked the email id and said he sent to some wrong email address.

                        How does he don't have my correct email id. He sent me the quotes until i booked the package with him?

                        I got a call from agent saying sorry sir i sent the quote to wrong email id. I asked him to send a email to correct id. He said he will do it one hour as he is in something important thing.

                        What makes him take one hour to send the email to correct id?

                        He again sent me the old quote with garden view room. I told him there is no beach front room type in the itienary. He said no you asked for garden view. I have paid 1.30 lakhs for package with beach front room. Earlier quote was 1.19 lakhs for garden view rooms.

                        I have raised the amount for beach front, why will i pay 1.30 lakhs for garden view.

                        I have asked to transfer the call to his manager. His name was sundeep. He said he will check the call recordings and call back by 5pm.

                        But there is no response. On the whole worst experience ever.

                          I had booked a beach view resort (Red rock residency) in mangalore from 12th to 14th may 2017. I had paid the entire amount of rs 12094 upfront.

                          I was supposed to check in by 12:00 pm on 12th may.

                          I was travelling all the way from bangalore to mangalore for this. Now on 12th may, i get a message from yatra at around 1 pm (When i am almost near the resort) that the booking is not confirmed. I had made the booking on 10th may itself.

                          Now,
                          1) if the booking was not confirmed, why couldn't they intimate me on 10th or 11th.
                          2) what is the point of taking the full payment, if they cant confirm the booking.

                          When i went to the resort anyway, they also said that bookings are full and they had not accepted any booking from yatra.

                          And the dates being a weekend, i could not get reservation in any other resorts for that weekend.

                          Due, to this my family was stuck in mangalore and had to stay in local hotel. Which caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. And add to this the mental tension of not getting any other resorts.

                          This completely ruined my vacation and is seriously not acceptable.

                          I am never going to use yatra ever again.

                            I have booked the hotel through Yatra.com .When I reached the said hotel, Holliday heaven in ooty about 9-20 pm on 20/05/2017, the hotel manager simply told that no such booking has been done and they had similar cases reported earlier. I phoned to yatra customer care[protected] and to my surprise the Lady on the other part told me to that booking has not been done and asked me to find another hotel. I asked her that I am new in ooty and asked her whether She can alternately arrange any hotel. She told me that She would try and I asked her to ring me back. She never rang...I was waited for 3 hr but no call back also I was used my sbi reedom points about 3000 at last they canceled my booking we will refund the amount of 489 made by credit card and balance useing my reedim code
                            Please take some action please get back my reedom code to use it again

When I reached the said hotel, Mithran Residency, Chennai at about 9-20 pm on 16/05/2017, the hotel manager simply told that no such booking has been done and they had similar cases reported earlier.                                   I had got online hotel booking at darjeeling done through yatra.com vide reference no.[protected] and hotel confirmation no. Yat[protected] on 19th may, 17 for four days wef 18th june, 17 to 22nd june, 17. Due to some reasons i want get my period of stay reduced for two days ie from 18th june, 17 to 20th june, 17 and tried to contact your customer consultants for number of times on customer care no [protected] but except computerised recording stating"all executives are busy in attending other customers call" and holding on for along time i could not succeed to get connected with any consultant. I look forward to seek your advice for getting my period of stay modified and getting refund of my balance amount. An early response is solicited.

                                    Yatra has cheated us..

                                    We have booked our international holiday to europe which was to be departed on 23th may..
                                    But manish anand who was main handler of our tour package haven't infromed us for all the documents and precautions to be taken for visa approval.. Becoz of which our visa got rejected..
                                    And when we asked for the reason they just time passed 5-6 days then later told that u will have to apply again for which u may get appointment on 16may and our departure is on 23 may.. Later saying that visa takes 7-10 days for approval..

                                    When we asked him to transfer our call to his seniour.. He made us to talk to his colleage megha.. About whom we came to know that she is not his seniour.. He did not transfer our call.. And dumped our package on his own..

                                    Then we asked them to postpond our trip, as it was yatra 's employee mistake.. Still they are not getting ready..

                                    I think yatra is now preparing its employees for how to take money from customers first in the name of booking holidays and then tell them that their visa is rejected and not refunding a single penny to customer..

                                    Yatra has cheated us for ruppee 70000. For which i want refund..
                                    Otherwise i will have to go to cunsumer court as i have all the phone recordings and proof for yatra cheating..

                                    I will make sure all my friends and family member would never turn to yatra.. Worst website for any of booking..

                                    We have checked our records and our findings are as below:

                                    1. Booking was created on 29th March and agent acknowledged the booking on 01st April and informed to arrange all the required documents for France Visa.
                                    2. We received the documents and took France visa appointment on 07th April and you went for bio metric on the same day.
                                    3. The France visa takes time to come 15 to 20 working days where in we came to know about rejection of visa on 26th April and embassy didn't share the reason with us.
                                    4. We informed the same to you and advised that your visa got rejected by embassy and accepting or rejecting visa application is a sole discretion of Embassy.
                                    5. As the departure date was 23rd May, we requested for re application of visa and took appointment on 16th May as per 01st available date of Schengen visa.
                                    6. Before taking the appointment, dated 16th May, We clearly advised you that visa might will not come before the departure date and Yatra would not be responsible for your trip and as per payment time lines you have to make payment ( We need 50% payment 30 days prior to departure & 100% payment 15 days prior to departure) client was agreed on call.
                                    7. When you requested us to change the departure date. Team contacted the concerned and clearly advised, the cancellation policy (50% cancellation charges as per policy) and you have to pay additional amount for the new date.
                                    8. You were not agreeing on the same and denied to go for an appointment which was scheduled on 16th May, Cancellation policy was already shared and booking amount will be forfeited was also advised.

                                    We regret; however there will not be any refund on this booking. Please feel free to contact us again in case of any additional help required.

                                        We have arrived here about 30 minutes ago and we are asked to wait till 12PM to get a room.

                                        You booked our tickets early morning on 12th, not even basic needs were taken care for your customer after landing to Delhi, did over night journey in a conjusted Van for 10 hours and now we would get no rooms till 12. (We are awake from past 26 hours and asked to wait for more 5 hours)
                                        This is kind of torcher done towards us.

                                        Do you still expect one to go for sight seeing after getting terribly tired??
