Don't believe Yatra.com Hotel Booking.
Recently I have suffered for three bookings.

Booked On: 20 Feb 2017 for Hotel at Darjeeling on 7th to 9th Apr. 2017.
I have paid the partial amount as per condition of yatra. But after two days Yatra.com is cancelled my booking and informed that specific hotel is sold out for that days. And they have returned my money.

I think yatra.com is fooling its customers. I did a transaction with yatra on a Saturday, transaction was stuck and amount was deducted. Yatra official said they have not received the amount and will process the request once they receive it. And this is an issue with the bank. I thought maybe they are right. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Refund for the cancelled Andaman tour delayed

We had booked for Andaman trip on 9th Dec 2016. This tour was cancelled due to Vardah Cyclone which hit the place on 7th Dec 2016.

We were promised about the refund within 15 days of the total tour amount of Rs 74000.

However, after many follow ups we received a partial payment of Rs 39, 778/- on 25th Jan 2017 (refund email from Jaya [protected]@yatra)

As per a new email from [protected]@yatra.com...
