0n 28th march I booked a round trip from Chandigarh to pune with Yatra.com under booking number[protected] and I got a confirmation email from Yatra.com that your ticket was booked and ticket is attached in confirmation email . On 30th March received a call from yatra customer care ([protected]) that your ticket has been canceled and you have to pay Rs 4612 extra to again confirm your ticket. My old parent are travelling and this is only one flight non stop from chandigarh to pune have to pay extra money.My Questions are

1) how can a confirmed ticket can be cancelled when they sent e-ticket with PNR number?
2) Why i have to pay increase in fare price difference, if there is any misunderstanding between yatra and air india airlines ?

Called 3-4 times on yatra customer care that how can a confirmed ticket can be cancelled they are not giving proper answer to my question and say's call to air india customer care we can't do anything . if i have book the ticket from your site and you charged me fee for that how can they people can say like this ... even wrote a complain on [protected]@yatra.com their complaint site but no reply ..

Request refund of Rs4612 which they have charged me extra.

As you are saying PNR number was not generated but ticket which i got on 28th march is with PNR number and confirmation of booking. Please check the Image.

    My refund for flight cancellation is due for more than 3 months. My flight on 30-Dec from Hyderabad to Chennai got cancelled by Trujet. And trujet claiming that they credited the refund to yatra on 2-Feb itself but even till today(1-Apr) i haven't got my refund back. I have been corresponding for this matter with Yatra customer care team through mail but no improvement.

      I booked a hotel on 27th March 2017 on yatra.com.

      The money is deducted from my bank account but no confirmation on hotel booking.

      No reference number found or generated.

      Please update me as soon as possible. I raised complaint but its 48 hours and no update on my complaint. Customer care not picking the call. The details of the assigned person is below

        This is really pity to say you that I was a trusted user of your site. But now I lost faith on it. I troubled a lot yesterday and today as well. When I was trying to book domestic flight from Delhi to pune, I had applied sbi elite voucher E-code to receive a discount of rs 5000, but it was failing each time with error transaction has been declined by your bank. But when I checked with sbi bank they told me the transaction has not been reached through gateway. I even tried other sites to pay amounts with same elite sbi card but I haven't faced such an issue. Even yesterday I was ensured by yatra technical person this issue is exist at yatra or at gateway side. I tried almost 100 times to complete transaction since yesterday. Basis flight charges also increased by 3000, and I tried with other site to book a flight ticket with same sbi card and it's done. But still that e code not used on your site. This was really upseting moment for the customer that you provide coupon to avail and not working properly basis flight charges also get increased and no one help customer from yatra. This is really pathetic situation I ever had faced. If someone really hear on this message please solute my problem and please help to escalate an issue to upper management.

            Could you please help me in getting the flight tickets and the hotel vouchers for my Mauritius trip(YH3132360) .On 15th March'17, the complete payment has been made

            The commitment was of three days to send the tickets/vouchers.Being so popular I had chosen Yatra over local agents so that I could get best service and see what best I am getting.Few other messy things happened earlier also but do not want to get into them again.

            I really need no explanation over this, just ask them to send my flight tickets and hotel vouchers at the earliest.Thank you.

              I Prateek Gupta have made booking on above yatra reference no.
              After confirming me the booking, the website has arbitrarily cancelled the booking, as the price of flights have gone up.

              Now they are saying we cant confirm the booking but these flights are still shhowing on their yatra wesbite

I travelled from Mumbai on 20/03/2017 but due to Supreme Court matter continued I could not use the Ticket from Delhi -Mumbai on 21/03/2017.                   I booked Europe package from yatra for 13th May ( ID : 1924314) . After all the documents arranged, they changed the dates to 15th May, and asked me to cancel the trip as they can't give me the promised dates . They informed me the date change after 3 months from booking . Now its very late for me to book from other vendor .If you can't meet the dates promised then tell upfront so that we can book from other travel agents /website . Now you are returning the money you took, but the package prices have increased in 3 months, and who will pay for these increased prices .This is highly unprofessional behavior from a brand like yatra .

                    I have booked a return ticket from New Delhi to Bagdogra from 6th April 2017 till 16th April 2017.

                    Although the departure ticket is confirmed but the return return ticket has been put on awaited status.

                    I have received a confirmation mail from YATRA stating that a representative will call me to confirm the details but none of the representative contacted me.

                    I have tried contacting the yatra representative yesterday night through the app portal but again no response.

                    Today afternoon i have contacted yatra on[protected] ans an executive Ms. Jabneet Kaur (Complaint No 3015595 )informed me that the new fare rates are 8000+ and i need to pay the difference of amount 4000 to get the tickets confirmed.

                    She also infomed that the rates are updated dynamically and there was some issue with the Yatra site therefore wrong airline price was displayed on the site and booking of the tickets took placed at the wrong displayed rates.

                    As this is a problem from the Yatra site then why i have been levied an extra charge of Rs 4000. Its a responsibility of Yatra to provide updated information on their site if they are doing booking on a real time basis. Any discrepancies should be bear by yatra site not by the consumer.

                    When i asked about the consumer complaint helpline no and email id on which I can raise this issue, she refused to provide any of the details.

                    I request you to confirm my current booking or refund me the fare as per the current rate (Rs 8000) through which I can do a new booking of the same day else I will be forced to move to DGCA and consumer court.

                        Don't believe Yatra.com Hotel Booking.
                        Recently I have suffered for three bookings.
                        1. Ref No:[protected]
                        Booked On: 20 Feb 2017 for Hotel at Darjeeling on 7th to 9th Apr. 2017.
                        I have paid the partial amount as per condition of yatra. But after two days Yatra.com is cancelled my booking and informed that specific hotel is sold out for that days. And they have returned my money.

                        Above experience is better than my next two experience.

                        2. Booking reference:[protected] | Booked on: Wed, 01 Mar 2017 at Mandarmoni on 11th to 13th March, 2017. I had paid full payment.
                        It was my family tour from Burdwan to Mandarmoni By car ( Distance 245 KM).
                        When I was driving on road and call to Hotel for late check in and expected time of reach my destination at 2PM then they inform me that there was no any confirmed booking by Yatra.com in my Name. And they have nothing to do.
                        Then I call to Yatra.com support section. They informed that they are checking and will call to me after one hour. But after two hours when we about reached to Mandarmoni again I was call to yatra.com. Then they asked Hotel is sold out and Hotel management informed late so they are very sorry only and they are finding any other hotel to accommodate us but it will take time two hours again. And they had repeatedly requested me for refund the money. But I had not agreed to refund my money.
                        Please realize our situation my family members were on road and they are inability to find any hotel and want to refund the money. And they have not shown any responsibility excepted refund of money.

                        When I reached the Mandamoni and find a suitable hotel because it was a holiday and weekend. I was bounded to take refund.

                        3. My last experience is very cool :
                        Booking reference:[protected] | Booked on: Wed, 15 Feb 2017 at Mussoorie for my respected members of Office Boss for the date of 18th to 19th March, 2017.
                        I have paid partial payment as per condition for 4 Rooms and 1 room total 5 rooms.
                        on 19th March, 2017 Hotel Desk was informed to my Guest that we ( Hotel) have not received any payment. So you should be paid full payment Rs.19, 796( Four Rooms) and Rs.4949.00 (One Room).
                        Then my guest informed me and very costly I have contact with Yatra.com when I was a long drive from my home town for my jobs. It was to very difficult to contact with Yatra.com.
                        And then it was resolved the issue after update of Yatra.com to Hotel management.

                        So above facts were created bitter experience to Yatra.com.

                          I had booking for pune-jamme-pune round trip booking from yatra.Com. But due to some reason i had cancelled by booking for jammu-pune flight. And also i had received confirmation for cancellation for jammu-pune flight. But when i had checked for my remaining booking, i was shocked for that yatra.Com had cancelled my total booking against referance no.[protected].
                          When i had contacted yatra.Com customer care for the issue, they told me that i had given mail for cancelling total booking of pune-jammu-pune round trip. But i had done cancelation online on yatra.Com website by giving referance no. Then how shall they receive my mail.
                          And i have received cancellation details for the trip which i was expected to cancel i.E. Jammu-pune trip.
                          When i have asked them to check mail which i have received from them, they told me that they are able to mails.
                          After that one lady from yatra.Com called me for the same issue, she requested me to forward the mail which i have received for cancellation confirmation to tanya.[protected]@yatra.Com. And told that yatra.Com will refund the amount.
                          After that i asked her to give me some docket number for their complaint, she had not given me and told that she had taken the issue further.
                          After that i am regularly giving mail for confirmation, i am not getting single reply for my mails.

                          Now i should get my total amount refund which i have done pune-jammu-pune round trip booking. Because due to the above issue i had to done new booking for pune-jammu trip at rs. 11000/-

                              I was booking hotel through " Yatra APP " on 8th March and first booking of the hotel was successful but due to error, my second hotel booking was not successful and the amount was deducted from my credit card. An Amount of Rs 877 was deducted from credit card ending with " 0850 " but no booking confirmation came. I tried re-booking for third time and now its successful. So please refund my second booking amount of Rs 877 which was not successful.

                              I have attached screenshot of my credit card bill. I tried calling hotel customer care and I am not able to connect to them.

                                Why my refund still pending. My payment failure on 14 feb.2017. Logged complain on same day. I need money. Why still pending. I have taking initiative again and again. No Call received regarding refund. They promissed several time. Refund amount will credit in account 7 working days. Which was several days passed. Payment failure on 14 Feb. 2017. Still pending.

                                My planning work trouble due to poor response of your refund team. I have toured finished 20 Feb.2017. My double payment refund still pending.

                                Online netbanking payment failure. Discussed with banks. Then clear your team. Then they replied. Yatra.com received 23500 Rs. Amount.

                                I have complain several times. Called local yatra.com officers team members. They blocked my no. There is no response. It's poor response.

                                Your customer trouble but nobody understand my problem..

                                  I have booked an andaman trip for my parents with booking id yh3040384 for 9 th december 16. I have planned the whole journey from indore to andman to indore through yatra.com whose total cost was rs 1, 13, 750 /-
                                  That trip was cancelled due to bad weather by yatra itself.
                                  From that day i am regularly connected with yatra customer care for my refund, every time they told me wait for 15 days we are processing on your maximum refund but any person or representative never call me back for any update or refunds, after hundred's of calls they refund in february 2017 only 45330/- against indore to andman to indore booking. After this yatra representative ensuring me for more refund initiated at the end of february, again no update from yatra, they are assuring me from last 3 months that they are refunding 100% amount.in march yatra representative suddenly denied to refund any amount beyond 45330/-, and directly given me the mails of their directors and senior to talk further-

                                  Well it seems that you are favouring the supplier instead of your customer because this fact is not believable that your supplier is denying to refund the amount.
                                  If this is the scenario then question here is what kind of relation you have maintained with your supplier.
                                  Other customer also needs to be aware that you have such a suppliers who puts their hands up in any odd situation.
                                  Here you are speaking about the service level endeavour but before that you should prioritise customer over supplier because its the customer who gives business to the supplier keeping you as a mediator.

                                    It is regarding my Andaman's booking (Booking reference number: YH2989786). It was a land only package for 5n/6 days starting 8th of December 2016 but due to bad weather it was cancelled by Yatra team itself.

                                    From that day to today, Yatra never informed me about anything. Every time I have taken the follow-up regarding the same. Yatra never updated / called me for then refund, every time I took the initiative and called customer care.

                                    I have paid ₹ 45 thousand but out of this I received refund of around 37 thousand after so many follow ups.

                                    it was a natural disaster so i am entitled for full refund but here i would like to mention that yatra people once booking have been made they don''t even bother to call you for any upadate. the customer keeps on calling and they keep on lingering the matter. is this the way customers are dealt??????? i would not recommend anyone to go with yatra. before booking they will call you daily but after booking you are trapped and then no response??????

He send me email (3 diff type packge absulatly diff frm my packege) & i cant sleep that night. after all 10 to 15 emails for paper working. This deparment is phone less work for customer frastration.
                                      i bookon 7 jan from that day i realize what is tension & frastration. Then they given handover to pune base uddan agent. they send me 3 to 5 emails reharding my packege but i fail to meet him by their working criteria or anything else. Uddan having some parttime college student to handel the case for Schengen visa. I have better idea for abrod visa by my passed trip to 3 countrys. Lastly i make paper work.that time i realize that it is simple for any tourist company & it is daily work for him. This department is only with phone ( no meetup) at 9 pm & day time phone is unanswered. upto this stage i pay 1.20 k to yatra. By this type of working lead in my schengen rejection visa. I think which is not unexpected to yatra people. because that moment they send me Thiland packege msg on my mobile with out tension & also given advice that do not retry for schengen visa in between 6 month consulate blacklist me. So thiland is better for me. but I write apale to France consulate which is also unanswers yet. I am self emplyer with 10 year IT returned & go for tour purpose with my wife & i have big assestes in india. Then where is actual fault done. My own conclusion is Behind the europe trip their will be some White cooler scam. They given me panelty of 60 k as cancelation but i have not guilty for that. I have guilty for my own credit & frasteration. So i knob the door for NCH- National consumet desk for "consumer right" is my upcoming way.
                                      "Why they not handle my case properly" is my tagline for that or "They given me packege for companys any polycies for illigal earning".
                                      So God given me power for solve it. i also given challenge to Yatra.com for they wested my 60K & i also capable & wanted to weast 60 K extra for my answers behind it.

                                      This writing is not a slip of the pen each and every word is by my own experience in your Yatra And it was a decisive battle for me.

                                      When I received my passport I not seen stamp in page so I am “worry” that time UDAAN uneducated guy is with me say that now FRANCE embbacy having change in it they given us slip not stamp. For that conformation I consult VFS center help. They say me your visa is rejected by unknown reason so consult to your agent we cant under stand French language on it so I upload photo copy to UDDAN guy on WHATSAPP NO. and wait.(he not received my phone up to next day nor seen my message. That time I call Yatra NOW they have another new guy to handle my case miss GIPSA.(speaking is very rude) lesson my case & advice me book Thailand & not rearranged for FRANCE if I am they BLACK list me (not only that I got 3-4 MSG of visa on arrival country packages by YATRA) with out solution on same. After that I APPLE to consulate general of FRANCE which is also unanswered yet. Total behavior form start knob for as a scam. Which is either company policies behind it or any kind of NEW white calorific illegal business behind EUROP under 1LACK. Because at last desk that lady say me company also having their own policies also they bear loss because they booked NON refundable flight(actually Lufthansa is refundable actual visa fee is 4200/person).
                                      In this case I saw they only interested to captured high booking amount & all tension of late or non work issues at customer site.So I decided to go at National Consumer Desk NCH with some unanswered question like
                                      1-why they diverted my trip Australia to europ
                                      2-at time of visa refuse why they send me Thiland package SMS (I think so many people rebook because of Aspire by family &friend)
                                      3-why actual UDDAN agent is absent that time & not given us risk factor behind visa (or he also a part of scam)
                                      4-why they fuss my remain amount 60000 in no time with out clarification on refused visa.(why I not seen intrest on it)

                                      Given us " term & condition " menu in your hotel or Total money retured is not actual solution.
                                      we expect your brif not Monotonous answer as a no reply email.
                                      What about created question behind the hole.
                                      Why your working lead to refuse our visa.
                                      also given us Annexture of our 60000 which you have chared in Name "Booing amt".
                                      also given us 5 customer list from maharastra who have complited trip of Europ by Yatra.
                                      My own conclusion & i reallize by own that the yatra staff beheviour says me " They have guarranty for refuse the customer schengen visa" by their own Cairless & insaen work.

                                        It is regarding my Andaman's booking. (Booking number: YH2904923)
                                        Above said booking was planned on 9th of December 2016 but due to bad weather it was cancelled by Yatra team itself.

                                        From that day to today, Yatra never informed me about anything. Every time I have taken the follow-up regarding the same. Yatra never update / called me for then refund, every time I took the initiative and called customer care.

                                        I have paid arround ₹ 1 lakh ( package : 82 thousand + mumbai to Chennai connecting flight- 15 thousand) . But out of this I received refund of 3 thousand for connecting flight and 46 thousand for Andaman package, after so many follow ups. Even though your executive ensured me for maximum refund.

                                        I can understand this was natural disaster and it was group package so it will take time for refund, this is not my consern.But why should I need to take follow ups every time? When you say, you will update me in 15 days then it is your responsibility to update me atleast after 20 days. But every time I call customer care ask for remaining amount refunded and they say me to wait for another 4, 5 days.and now they even don't care to reply my emails.

                                        I request you to look into the same and ensure me for maximum refund.
