I booked for a ticket flight ticket through yatra on 12-jun -2017, yatra services received the payment but didn't complete the bookings.

They claimed the prices are changed now so we cant complete the booking however they received the payment and also no proper response on refund

Very disappointing service from yatra

Neither the refund status is displayed in their website

    Hi sir,

    Yatra is providing unprofessional service?

    I had booked the room at chandana inn for the 3rd june night stay with my family. I had booked & received the confirmation by yatra on the 18th may

    When i reached the hotel & submitted all the details their receptionist causally shared they have not received any such request.

    After waiting for an hour at their lobby called yatra instead of helping me yatra executive spoke to at hotel reception chandana inn the receptionist & their manager mr. Nadakumar & asked me to stay at service apartment managed by chandana inn? I kept the phone.

    Had to talk & act tough & logic of foul play at both end & we are not fools to listen your story after sharing of exposing the double standards then the manager gave the room after 2 hours?

    On the 6th june your executive amit misra disconnected the phone i am unable to submit the review (I think yatra has intentionally blocked the review.

    I am unable to talk to them on their numbers/ no reply to email.

    My intention no other customer should face the same problem again & yatra should be help responsibility on ethical grounds & take to court.

    I booked hotel dated 18 June 2017 ticket via yatra.com Ref no. YAT[protected] but today, I was cancel ticket total amount credit yatra wallet. When I ask customer support they are told me your mistake you have choose wallet option but, I was not choose any option they are not agree to refund my amount in my bank.

      I have cancelled the bus ticket for 10th june on 9th june i. E. 24 hrs before the time and as per rules i should get 85% of ticket money back.

      Total credit card amount spent 1382.00
      85% of 1382.00/- is 1174.70/-

      But they have credited only 486.00/-

      I submitted a complained to them in there portal but, no reply as of now.

      Sir To day I have Cancelled the bus booking reference Number:[protected] and PNR No.92GB2H9Q and the refund amount is Rs.Rs.1340/= I am having account with SBI From where i have transferred the amount while booking. But today i have received a message stating that the refund amount of Rs670.25 will be credited in the bank account instead of Rs.1340/- for two tickets. I have cancelled both tickets in the same reference number.Should i know the difference. Further it is very difficult to cancel the e ticket from the website yatra.com. It has to be simpliefied.

        Hi,
        It was a very bad experience to book a hotel through yatra. We did multiple booking in the same hotel and had to cancel all of them due to unavailability of room.
        We reached the hotel at 3am morning and were denied room, which put us in lot of trouble.
        Customer executive spoke to the hotel owner and accepted to refund. Complaint id - [protected]. Request you to kindly help.

          Booked a bus using your portal! Firstly the bus provided cancled the pickup point! Then they were not at the pickup point at the time mentioned. The bus was 1:30 hrs delayed in departure! Also along the way had too many issue at the rto.

          The expected arival at bhuntar from delhi was 8:30, which is no where close! Its 3-4 hrs delayed! What should a passenger do in this case, where they have further travel plans. Please help

            I had booked my flight ticket from yatra but they had guided me wrong to book flight tickets. Due to yatra mistake i had to cancel my flight. Airlines had refunded money to yatra but yatra still not refunded me money.

            Do not book any flights from yatra.com i will suggest to book it directly from airlines because if you cancel flights airlines will directly refund you.

            Yatra.com team is fraud.

              I have tried to cancel a rail ticket for one passenger of 3 (Name - sandeep sharma) and selected only one from selection, but yatra has cancelled ticket for all passenger's. Now after 2 days i have to travel and now after this blunder from yatra how can i travel and in the summer season how i'll get train ticket?

                    I booked a homestay with yatra. The address mentioned on your website for this property was wrong. Till date, i am not able to reach your customer service. Also, host contact number was not provided by yatra to track the status. Wrong address, no contact number of host, no customer support for the alternate arrangement so i can't ask more from yatra.                       Dear sir/madam,

                      I'm writing this email with a lot of grief and sorry. We are extremely disgusted with the services extended by yatra.

                      I have been injured so badly on the way to tigers nest as we had a bad fall from the horse and we were taken to paro genral hospital and web had been instructed to be on bed rest and quit the trip, when i called the emergency helpline, i'm said that you'll can't cancel our booking as it's non refundable or even manage to book another next absolve flight and instead asked me to go to the airport myself. Disgusting service!

                      We have been charged proportionately for 3 people so we expect not to get an extra bed, bed one double occupancy and one single. Or worst come worst, a bigger room. Starting from tashi namgay in paro and now in thimphu, dorgi elements. This hotel is so hopeless that it is refusing us from providing a bigger room, an extra pillow a stand fan as it's so claustrophobic in this room. Zero courtesy extended by the hotel and yatra's local boy mehgraj.

                      Sightseeings are all being eliminated and been taking us when it's time for them to shut. We just go in the bus like fools and take a round and come back to the hotel. We have been repeatedly been complaining to your yatra local leader, mehgraj.

                      We will definitely be taking this to all media and social media as well as to other various platform to take up this matter seriously and to another level, even to the court of law for that matter. We have 8 others group members who are suffering, literally!

                      There are many more points noted down with us with pictures and timings. We shall post them soon and file the same with all 8 tour members with us.

                      Kindly look into it at earliest or we shall take the necessary action what so ever!

                        I'm writing this email with a lot of grief and sorry. We are extremely disgusted with the services extended by yatra.

                        I have been injured so badly on the way to tigers nest as we had a bad fall from the horse and we were taken to paro genral hospital and web had been instructed to be on bed rest and quit the trip, when i called the emergency helpline, i'm said that you'll can't cancel our booking as it's non refundable or even manage to book another next absolve flight and instead asked me to go to the airport myself. Disgusting service!

                        We have been charged proportionately for 3 people so we expect not to get an extra bed, bed one double occupancy and one single. Or worst come worst, a bigger room. Starting from tashi namgay in paro and now in thimphu, dorgi elements. This hotel is so hopeless that it is refusing us from providing a bigger room, an extra pillow a stand fan as it's so claustrophobic in this room. Zero courtesy extended by the hotel and yatra's local boy mehgraj.

                        Sightseeings are all being eliminated and been taking us when it's time for them to shut. We just go in the bus like fools and take a round and come back to the hotel. We have been repeatedly been complaining to your yatra local leader, mehgraj.

                        We will definitely be taking this to all media and social media as well as to other various platform to take up this matter seriously and to another level, even to the court of law for that matter. We have 8 others group members who are suffering, literally!

                        There are many more points noted down with us with pictures and timings. We shall post them soon and file the same with all 8 tour members with us.

                        Kindly look into it at earliest or we shall take the necessary action what so ever!

                          Singapore holiday package booked for parents plus one more couple

                          We were under discussion for more than a week, but yatra was not able to match the lowest quote i received from another travel agent.

                          But last evening i. E. 02.06.2017, i got a "bumper sale singapore...

                          I have booked a train ticket through Yatra.com... I made the payment but when I am checking the booking status on it IRCTC website, it is showing payment requested... That means Yatra.com has not made the payment to IRCTC which proves it's a fraud website. When I am checking the booking status in my booking section of Yatra.com, it is showing that my train ticket is canceled but I have never canceled the same.

                            I booked two tickets via yatra.com from kolkata to bangalore on 5th march 2017.
                            But the flight was cancelled by airline on 14th feb 2017 and they have promised that they will refund the full
                            Amount without any cancelation fee or penalty chanrges that is rs 7800/-. I also had a conversation with yatra support team
                            And they also told that i will get full amount within 20days. Now it passed 90days but i got only rs 2450/-. I already submitted all documents which yatra asked for. I have called several times why we got only rs 2450/- at that time they told to contact with airline and get handwritten document or acm (Agency credit memo)
                            Number. But airline is saying that they have refunded the full amount which is rs 7800/. And they will not give any document or acm number to customer only because

                              I discussed with Yatra Marketing Personnel, who is available round the clock with a mobile no and done changes in Itinerary and hotels etc and finally negotiated to include Rohatng pass/Gulaba Valley (Subjected to permit to go from National Green Tribunal) if no permission they take us to to Solang Valley be NOT on direct payment basis(written on Itinerary) but is included in the trip cost. the Last itinerary by marketing Personnel she deleted the word on Direct Payment Base but mentioned Subject to availability.
                              After paying 11, 500INR online the file was transferred to Operations department, there is no direct mobile, you have to call board line and then the extension, but the extension will be 12Hrs busy and you can enjoy Yatra.com chuk chuk chuk music for 12 hours.They only open Emails from Customers every 7th day or 8th Day and they reply we are working on it. Teh marketing personnel have booked on 8th and we start from Mumbai 8th by Train, which was clearly mentioned on the Email request and they need to pick us from Kalka Railway station. Poor girl doesnt know that Mumbai to kalka is more than 1500kms, she thought I reach same day 8th evening and booked all the hotels wrongly(one day before). She can't do anything since the file is transferred to Operations department. One time they say they are working on it, after 5-6 days new person sends and Email saying the amendment is done. When we open the online booking it still shows the same old wrong dates. No replies to Email then for next 7 days. Second thing now operations are saying Rohtang pass and Solang Valley is on direct payment basis since their taxis are not allowed in that place by the NGT. If they know this why the Marketing personnel lie to the customer to make it more attractive. I send them the evidence Email from Marketing that Rohatang pass is not on direct payment basis. I now have to go to Bur Dubai temple and crack a Coconut to Vinayaka so that the Operations department have to be blessed by god so that they open my Email and start working on it. So that it will be worked with in 2 weeks of time (Best Case Scenario).
                              I am so sad that we Indians have no place no rules or no law to control this, even if Britishers have written it somewhere all are managed by Gandhiji.

                                This is the cheating by your Bangalore sales team in my package yh 3167388

                                I am very clear that when I approach Yatra I expect fair pricing and services when we book now and in near future.

                                The services both from ops team and the package overall was not good right from no pickup from airport to visits in Rome where no monuments covered right upto Paris where we missed the Louvre museum to name a few apart from iternary planned poorly

                                Need a settlement from yatra on
                                Excess package billing of 80k which has been shared with yatra team.

                                Pls ensure the money is collected from nagraj and suhail who have cheated us and settle on priority.

                                      This is to share my grudge or grievances with yatra.
                                      My flight got cancelled by vistara airline, i talked to them, they told me that they will give some alternative via flight. So i tried to contact yatra agent. They assured me that i will be getting full refund around 3k, so, i booked another direct flight. But i got a refund of just 1285 rupees, when contacted, they replied as, 1000 got deducted because i used some coupon while booking the tickets, and 450 some cancellation charges, so, there comes one question, i booked for round trip, 500 off was falling for each side, but u deducted whole 1000 from my one way ticket and made money, also there was not my fault that u deducted 450.

                                      You shouldn't have refunded that also. If i had known all these strategies, i would have availed vistara's another flight.

                                      I just got cheated.

                                      Applogies for such an informal message. This is not just for you but for whole yatra system.
                                      Seriously you guys need to change some of your manipulating policies.

                                      Cancellation charges on my tickets shows as ZERO although when i cancelled the ticket yatra has charged heavy amount and deducted something like 9332, moreover they never shows the charges on website directly only 3980rs credited to my credit card from the total amount of 13312rs..
