Why don't they send the terms and conditions too in push notification and mention specifically that a person cannot redeem 100% ecash upright along with the push notification. Why hide it under terms and conditions which people seldom read. This is a clear case of duping customers...

For 30th april 2017, got message from yatra through sms in phone that yatra has not received a response from your bank for booking reference number[protected].

Yatra.com is an absolute fraudster, before booking, the fact that only 5% of ecash amount could be redeemable per transaction was never mentioned. It was only when i looked into the faqs after booking i found it. I have worked very hard to earn all this money, and i thought by today's offer (100% ecash) i would be able to get my next flight much cheaper, but i was absolutely shocked when i could redeem only 200 rs.)

Could you please help me in getting the flight tickets and the hotel vouchers for my Mauritius trip(YH3132360) .On 15th March'17, the complete payment has been made

The commitment was of three days to send the tickets/vouchers.Being so popular I had chosen Yatra over local agents so that I could get best service and see what best I am getting.Few other messy things happened earlier also but do not want to get into them again.br...
