I had complained about lost my connectivity.
This company totally fraud with customers. This company can’t fix any problems with connectivity. This wifi network can’t properly use any time . Very bad connectivity. Very bad staff of this company. At last very bad company YOU BROADBAND.

        I am having with You Broad band, i raised complaint on 26/06/2022 for connection change to new address. i tried so many sometimes to the customer care but they are not responding, every time they are saying we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.but they don't.

        The worst thing from the You Broad Band team is calling and saying please make recharge for your connection as my account recharge is expiring soon.

          I've been using you broadband about two and a half months.
          And i have registered complains more than using it.
          In surat at our area not much broadband service providers are available, so I've joined youbroadband because their office is nearby.
          But after i started using it from the very first day i getting speed issues,
          But they told us that whithin a week it will get shorted, So I've wait.
          But still no change in it.
          So every two day facing problems for my online lectures.
          I asked them even with 40 mbps plan why I'm not able to watch live lectures live?
          So they told me that if you facing speed issues then you have to purchase high speed moderm worth rs 250 as a deposit and you will able to get the speed you desire,
          But after purchasing high speed moderm my wifi stopped working for 3 days instead of getting high speed.
          So many costomer care interaction and office interaction, finally came online at the end of fourth day.
          In this 4 day process they've spoil my 2 whole day in complain one to another and waiting home for Technician visit.
          And at last even I'm online, still didn't get any desired speed that they have promised.

            We have subscribed for 100mbs plan on You Broadband. We are currently getting less than 20mbps. Internet stops working during the night. I am working from home in the night shift and since the internet is not working, I'm unable to work. My account detail is 2168146.

            Complaints raised have no response other than restarting my router, which I have done many times to no avail.

            I have attached the screenshots from speedtest and fast.com which is where these companies ask to test speedtest from.

            Kindly request the ISP to resolve the same as this is hampering my work. Date of the most recent incident is 12th may 2:51AM. Previously the complaint was at 22nd April 11:10PM.

              I submitted my router on 26 April 2021. Router collection person told me that I'll get my refund within 45 working days. I tried to reach on CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE NUMBER 4-5 times in this whole year. But I still haven't got any resolution.

              Do you have any option for this problem.
              If yes then please guide me for this.

                  It's been more than 7 days, but no engineer visited to install my broadband connection. The payment has been done by case and person who collected the payment told me that out engineer will contact you in 7 working days.

                  I've filed numerous complaints, but each time the customer representative told me than there are no complaints filed by me.

                        Since the day I confirmed my payment on my You Broadband website I am not getting proper support .A day after paying amount I received call from You Broadband and asked me to purchase router in urgency which they only sold me at high price also on website it was showing cabling status as tick but there were no single cabling done and also it was showing feasibility as green tick and the local technician from You Broadband told me connection is not possible due to there is feasibility problem and all this happen from day 2 of purchase I am getting so much disturb due to of such kind of improper and inconvenient Service provided by You Broadband Team.
                        So Please initiate my refund immediately as I am already at a loss due to your inconvenient support.

                            Hello,

                            I have a regret that why I renewed my services with You broadband. This is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic service. My internet is not working properly from 3 Feb'22 and I raised a ticket through the app. Since that day, I have been contacting your customer care every day. I have been assured that they have escalated to the concerned team to resolve this issue. But no one called me yet. No technician visit so far. Your customer service manager dont even know anything about this. It's been 6 days without service. I am fed up now.

                            I want to make an official complaint now and need either of two below resolutions. Else, I will contact TRAI and make sure this goes to the highest level.

                            - Resolved my internet issue immediately
                            - Or cancel my service and refund the remaining amount

                              I've tried to complain several times with customer care for the connectivity related issue and I've always been given false beliefs of solving the matter. Due to their continuous pathetic service my work is getting hampered as I've been working from home due to pandemic.

                              Its been more than a week since the issue persist. I have urged them to cancel my continuing plan and allow me the refund amount as they are unable to provide me an amicable solution.

                              I have tried to talk with their sr. executive and even tried to make them but the still the issue is not resolved as i have only been assured that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but the same is not yet resolved.

                              Please help me out over this as my money and time is getting hampered as I have to opt for alternatives.

                                  From last 5 days I gave my complaint regarding internet is not working. When Technical team visit they told me they you have to change your whole Fiber Cable. Now it's a 5th day and no track of any visit of technical team or even a call. When I called to customers care they all are saying all the things like parrot every time like please gives us time, we will resolve it.

                                      I was using You Broadband service in 2020.
                                      Relationship Number : 2023116
                                      I have stopped using the service since Aug 2020, informed about the same to You boadband and asked to refund the deposit of Rs 750.
                                      They said they have created the request and I will receive refund via check. I never received any kind of check.

                                      In Jan 2022, I called and again requested same, the customer care representative told he has created a request for me. When I asked him the request number, he said I will receive the sms for request creation and updates about the refund but I have not received any kind of sms.

                                      They have been dodging all customers like this, telling them that they will receive the check but no one ever receives anything.
                                      I checked online and came across lot of similar issues.
