Hi,
Please take necessary action on you broadband I did Amount paid for New connection internet but not yet installed and not answering phone calls. It has been 10 days completed.

This above 2 persons are taking money from customers and not answering phone calls and not even bothering. And talking rude behaviour to the customers.

Please take necessary action on this you broadband.

      I made payment on 9th August for new broadband connection to YOu BroadBand and then follwoed up with them for connection.

      No one took the pain to call me or contact me..Then after 15-20 days, their technical guy came and told me that connection not possible.

        I applied for a connection on 24th september & i waited for 5 days for them to get the cabling & all other procedures done but i hadnt heard from them. Later on i cancelled my connection on 28th of september and asked for a refund, ever since then i have been calling the customer care for my refund its been 15 days and all they have been saying is “our team will contact you within 22 hours” i waited for a week for them to contact me . I still havent heard from them neither via call nor email and not gotten any refund

            Dear Team,

            We have taken a new you broadband 50 MBPS connection two weeks before. However, there is neve get a speed more than 15 MBPS once. And usually getting 10 to 12 MBPS speed.

            I made complaints 4 times in last 12 days. but no positive action and response.

            Very poor service and speed.

              I have requested for shifting of my broadband connection on 25th september and after 15 days only my documents are submitted nothing else and customer care executives are just forwarding my complaints only,
              i am woring from home as it professional and also my kids are having online classes and without broadband we are unable to do our works so i just want to get it done

                My relationship number is 2041704. I had taken your plan of 3 months and 7 days for Rs. 3, 600 that commenced from 26/7/2020. I'm located in Thane, Brahmand.

                I am forced to write this email with utter disappointment from the services provided by you. From 26/7/2020 till date i.e 27/9/2020 your WiFi was not working for approximately 19 days. I had made multiple attempts to contact your contact center, local vendor office and the person allocated to my area which were in vain. There was no immediate or accurate response from any of them. Every time I called they gave me some or the other reason and gave me false confirmation of the time by when the WiFi would be up again. I had taken your services as I needed it for my official use as I'm working from home and I'm answerable to my employer if I'm unable to complete my work due to any issues including WiFi issues. There were multiple times when the WiFi was not working at a stretch of 4-5 days or sometimes even more. There was no appropriate update from the end of your representatives as to when the issue would be resolved. I was forced to apply for leaves just because of the WiFi issues and also had to hear scolding from my employer for not completing the work on time.

                You can check your records, I have called multiple times to raise a complaint as the WiFi was not working. The services offered by your local vendor was pathetic. They didn't care to give a proper response moreover, they had the audacity to keep the receiver of the landline aside so that, they were not answerable to the issues. Every time they gave different reasons for the issue. Due to this recurring problem I was forced to buy another connection from a different vendor. As a result, I had called your customer care to stop your service and for refund of the fees paid by me. I was informed by your representative that only the deposit amount will be refunded and the fees for the pending days of the service would not be refunded. I would like to dispute this and claim for the refund of the remaining 35 days of the service along with the refund of the 19 days when WiFi was not working. I do not intend to use your services any more as the WiFi is still not working since 22/9/2020 and the issue is still not resolved.

                I would also like to highlight that in the data usage records the data shows to be used on those days also when there was WiFi issue for the whole day. It would be very helpful if you would make me understand that, how the records shows usage even when the WiFi was not working for the whole day. I suspect your firm is cheating its customers and committing fraud. I have attached the copy of the interactions I had with your representatives and my employer, the service requests raised and call log history in relation to the WiFi issues . Below are the dates when the WiFi was not working:

                6/8/2020 - 9/8/2020
                13/8/2020 - 14/8/2020 till 2.00 pm
                30/8/2020 - 5/9/2020
                10/9/2020 -11/9/2020
                22/9/2020 - 27/9/2020 (still not resolved)

                I request you to cancel my account and refund me the fees for the remaining 35 days and 19 days when the WiFi was not working. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Incase, you need to discuss anything further please contact me in the below number.

                      I bought You Broadband internet subscription of 6 month with 100 Mbps internet speed. But from the first day when my subscription has been started, i am getting only 20 mbps speed. I tried submitting complaint to them through their mobile app 3-4 times, no one answered. Then i mailed them my complaint and they mailed me back saying your problem will resolved in few days. It is a almost month since i purchased this service and my problem is still standing. Every time when i complaint, none of their engineer show up to analyze my problem nor they call me to ask what is a problem, instead they just message me that my problem is resolved.

                      How my problem is been resolved if they don't know what my issue is, because when i complaint through their app, it has just one button for service, that's it. Their app not even asking for what kind of service is required. So if they don't know what problem is then how can my problem is being resolved ? Because i am still getting around 20 mbps speed.

                        Hello,

                        I have cancelled you broadband internet connection before installation with your agency.

                        I clearly mentioned that i have urgent requirement and if you can do within 2 days then only i will take your connection, but after paying money that agent told me that it will take minimum 15 days.

                        I asked him to refund my money and he refused.

                        So please refund my money asap otherwise i have to take additional steps.

                          Hello,
                          So i am having constant packet loss and the customer service doesnt do anything and im sick and tired of this isp. The problem is the way my routing has been done, all video calls stutter and minimum 30% packet loss in games.
                          So if this could be fixed it would help a lot or i would love a refund for my entire yearly plan.

                            I have made payment of rs. 1999 online to you broadband on july 16, 2020 for high speed router 1200mbps. I have called their customer care many time and also wrote to nodal. Maharashtra on aug 12, 2020. A plain reply came that they have forwarded the complaint to respective department. No action or response from any department. I again wrote to nodal office on aug 28, 2020. Till now no response nor any action from you broadband

                                  Hello,

                                  I have requested a connection for broadband on march 27 2020, but the connection never went through due to the lockdown situation, i was ok with this and gladly request a refund for the paid amount for which i was informed that refund would be processed via a cheque to the registered address.

                                  The date today is september 14th 2020, it is close to six months and i have not received a refund, this is my first experience with you broadband after hearing good reviews from my friends.

                                  This much delay and multiple calls to customer care, i was told only a limited no of replies,

                                  1) our technical team will call you (They never called).
                                  2) there is no update yet in the system. (Six months and still no update??)

                                  By now you can understand that i am frustrated with this experience and would like a resolution asap.

                                      It is intimated that, on 16 Jul 2020 I was registered with You Broadband, Hyderabad for new broadband connection by the name of National Skill Development Corporation and registration amount for Rs 2361/- has been made by Hareesh T (User) through online from his account on same date. Relation Ship Number is CC455891. Unfortunately the company could not provide the connection. Despite of repeated calls & emails company decided to cancel the registration and refund the amount. Repeated request from me registration amount has not refund the coy till date and the cannot give any positive reply
