Service Problem, Showing UnUsed MB memory Usage

Thanks for your mail.

After all these many days running out, you finally given this to me. If you would have tell me in the very beginning days I would have considered this in another manner. This is nothing but fooling the customer even there are so many cases even I didn’t used for 10MB also you showed me that 70MB. And there is clear case where I downloaded file of 180MB you showed me 396MB + 125MB+125MB.

Disconnection and Worst service

I have complained many times since last 6-8 months and every time been given promise by different person but my query has never been resolved.
I probably know all the staff of customer service centre - servicing for gujarat.
i am sick of talking with these different person promising all the time but no outcome.
I have spend lot money on phone calls and as well as on renewing youtele a/c on a hope of getting these problem...

speed issue

i have subscribed to the 512 kbps broadband connection from you telecom. however my browsing speed is pathetically slow and mostly fluctuating between 170 - 420 kbps. the service department instructs the engineer to visit microsoft.com or download.com and shows me the download speed. they refuse to access speedtest / pingtest sites and infact the speedtest on their own site shows the speed as 170 - 400 kbps.

Internet not working since 2 days

I am getting error 720 when I try to connect to the internet. A You Telecom senior engineer told me to install You Connect (a dialer software) available from www.youtele.com
I went to a cyber cafe, downloaded it, installed it but still the internet i not working, same error 720.
Now the engineer is not even receiving the call.
I registered a complaint in You Telecom customer care centre and they said it would be resolved...

NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

Dear Sir,
My Customer ID No. is 332297 with you tele broadband p ltd.Ahmedabad. I was using their services for more than 2 years. In the month of August 2009 i requested for disconnection of services and refund of deposit of Rs.2000.00. Their serviceman collected MOdem and other parts from my residence. Refund is not given even after 9 month

Dear Consumer forum Team,

I am shiv gupta, shifted from mumbai to pune, I had youtelecom brodband connection on jan-2009 i have shifted to pune from mumbai, before shifting on december 31st 2008 i had surrender modem and and request for disconnection to the you telecom . and they told me i'll get my money back within next 45days.
but its 9 month over and even I have logged so many complain on phone about my refund...

FYI, This has no meaning “Your account is active on dated 17-Jun-2009, kindly check the connectivity, if you have any problem pls revert back to us on same.
As on 17th net connectivity got disconnected.

Online payment related

Never pay online for YOU Telecom.

If for any reason the transaction does not complete, and worst the amount is deducted from your bank account, these folks will just start calling you without trying to reconcile at their end or with their payment gateway. They'll use all your contacts and modes of communication to keep following up endlessly.

Escalating this to any level will not help at all.

Speed Issue and Bad Service

For the past 3 or so months I have been having Speed issues. I have the 192 Kbps plan and on doing speed test on the You Telecom website it shows me anywhere from 60-140 kbps. I have been regularly complaining about the speed and nothing has been rectified.

All they say is that your line is fine. But I am yet to get the Speed I am paying for. :(...

Refund of non installation & the most ridiculous service provider - YOU TELECOM

YOU Telecom was providing broadband internet services in my society Sylvan Heights in Aundh Pune . I used their services for about a year and then stopped using and recently wanted to renew my account.

Wrong bill and pathetic service and speed

On 17th dec 2008 i took the conn of you telecom.since that day i daily complaint about speed.actually I took the conn of 2mbps and it give me download speed of 9-12kbps.there are also wrog connection log they hv generated.I am using conn on single Pc but there log show 2 conn at same time ...and they added this all usage in my account.My account is showing 800mb download in 1 day.I complaint lots of time about this but call center said billing...

Bad Service

1. You Telecom representative Datta Jadhav ([protected]) took a cheque from me on the 12th of June promising that I will get a connection by 15th evening. Today is the 18th, and I have still not yet got my connection. It is sad that when a company pitches a product, the staff make all kinds of great claims. The reality of meeting those 'proud' words of sales is never looked at.

no response+super slow speed

i was stuck without a connection from the 11th to the 16th of sept 2008.repeated attempts to get it repaired got std replies and subseqently i had to request a local friend to get it repaired.
the wire was replaced+the modem.end result surfing tolerable(not broadband speed)but downloading-3kb/sec !!if you complain, just before their people come-blazing speed-after their departure, phiss...can someone help?who to approach for this .they...

No Connection

The connection is still not done:

I got the no: of your area sales manager Sidharth ([protected]) and have been caling him since Friday (10 Sept) - He is also saying that it will be done tomorrow (consistency in saying lies).
