I have you broadband connection in my home for the past three years previousely i am in gb based plan 1gb free rs.250+taxes.
Last month i changed the plan to unlimited plan rs.450+taxes.
Mar 02 i changed the plan.
But they send bill for rs.697/- and ask me to pay.
And they explained every month 1 day bill generated you have to pay for march rs.250/- and rs.450/-
May month onwards you receive bill for rs.450/- only.

I spoke them to solve the problem they replied as per rules we raised the bill we dont care for any complaints through legal and consumer court.

Kindly give me solution to solve the problem and get waiver of rs.250/- i am two days only used this plan they charge me in full.

And also mentioned rs.19/- previouse month due. I dont have any dues in previouse month fully paid.

You Broadband & Cable India Ltd. — No Internet connection irrespective of complaint

Myself, Niladri Kar from Diwalipura, O.P.Road, Baroda with my userid to the said service as "nsk10". I had registered a complain for my Modem not working 21st Feb, which took almost around 20 days to resolve the problem after atleast 5 more complain about the same problem. As soon as my problem was fixed up, again the same problem started on 17th March and I had to register a complain to the cusstomer care executive abou this. It wasn't resolved till 21st March and I made 2nd call to the executive with my complain no as:[protected]. They promised me once again to resolve the problem in next 24 hrs, but it has been almost 48 hrs, that no one has even bothered to call me back from their side regarding the problem.

Dear Concern,

I had taken internet connection from the aforesaid company on 23.03.2011 and as per my plan the company had to provide me with a router free of cost. but inspite of complaints made to the company on 30.03.2011 and 08.03.2011 no action had been taken by the company. The company is selling the product by giving some commitment and after the connection is started they are not fulfilling the commitment. So i request you to take action into the matter.

I am cheated by YOU Broad band people. I paid money and they are not providing network connection with correct speed.They are not giving response.Please help me regarding this.

    Sir,
    I, S Mahender, resident of #8-3-897/5, Nagarjuna Nagar Colony, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500073 had applied for broadband connection. Mr R Bhaskar Executive from YOU Broadband has visited our house on[protected] i.e., on friday, checked for feasibility, promised me that he is going to enable connection on monday or tuesday. But due to problem in finding my house address, their technician has rejected my application(they didn't even called me reg address) on Wednesday i.e.,[protected] i asked for my amount refund till now they didn't returned my amount and today is[protected]. I spoke to Mr GK, Suchita, Farah but still my prob is same at it was. Please help me to get my refund amount as i have to pay to Beam Cable Systems Pvt ltd for enabling internet connection at my home.

    yes i am also one of the victim of you broad band service they are into cheat and fraud service. this is what has happened to me

    I have called the you broadband executive for new internet connectivity after i found a pamplet dropped at our door on 8th of march the executive came and took money and informed that with in next few hour they will lay the cable and install the modem but that didnot happed it was on 11th mar they laid the cable after i threatned to complain the police of taking money and not providing the service and on 12 they installed the modem the same day to to some problem creeped up the service got disconnected i called the call center and informed them the same there was no response next day that is on 13th again i called they told they have registered the complain and gave me number and informed that with in 24 working hours they will attend it on 15 again when i called they said there was no complaint registered with the no that they gave me again new complaint registered number and said the same that with in 24 working hours they will attend till saturday they didnot turn uo when i called them in 19 evening they told will attend the complaint in the evening but didnot turn up on monday that is 21st morning i called them to disconnect the service as i am not satisfied with the service and asked to return my money back they at that point of time insted their executive came to our house with pretext say on he came to tell them what the problem is he resolved the issue and asked us to continue with their service i have informed him that i dont want to continue with their service but they have not disocnnected the service now they are telling me if they disconnect the service they are not going to pay my money back.
    I have taken new connection. After 2 days they connect the cable now from 2 days i am unable to browse. that to i complaint to Ccare and ask for reversal thy told me u will get only modem deposit . its full of cheating. I am trying to browse i am getting a seep of 0.24 Mbps .
    I agree this company is cheating customers. They have given me internet only for 6 days in a month due to their service problems and now they are saying they can only give 3 days of service credit for internet. I tried almost 30 calls during different days and they promise it will be fixed but they never do it. I waited 2 months thanks to their convincing sales team. Dont trust this company.

    I am residing in hyderabad. i already paid for the new connection to the you broadband guy. he too 3 month money and said you will receive the connection within 3 days.     I had YOU broadband connection 2 years before in Gurgaon. I got that disconnected in April 2014. They were suppose to refund my security deposit within 2 months, however they sent an expired cheque in August 2014. I returned that cheque to them in October 2014, asking for a legitimate cheque. They have not done anything about that yet. I am tired of following up with them I(It seems that they have done the same thing with many people). Now I am going to consumer court and take them on.

      Thanks for your mail.

      After all these many days running out, you finally given this to me. If you would have tell me in the very beginning days I would have considered this in another manner. This is nothing but fooling the customer even there are so many cases even I didn’t used for 10MB also you showed me that 70MB. And there is clear case where I downloaded file of 180MB you showed me 396MB + 125MB+125MB.

      You people just made note of my complaints will never looked into seriously. If you would have seriously looked into it , you would have visited at least once into my place and verified the problem where it is.

      Anyway thanks for your mail. Up to this time I only suffered with your service, now I will not leave it like this.
      After Consumer complaint we both have to face the problem if any on both the ends.

      Clearly tell me why you waived 250MB. This is meaningless, on what basis you waived also I don’t know.

      I will definitely log a complaint against you-telecom as you people suffered me a lot and fairly doing this favor to me. I told about all the problems given by you in the call several times, this time I am not going to specify anything in the mail more than this. (check the call history how many times I called you and how many times that you replied to me).

      Whatever the issue comes to you, you have to face this. This is definite I will definitely going to approach consumer forum.

      Thanks for all the support given by you these days. I saw so many times you never be favor to the customer even the problem at your end.

        I have complained many times since last 6-8 months and every time been given promise by different person but my query has never been resolved.
        I probably know all the staff of customer service centre - servicing for gujarat.
        i am sick of talking with these different person promising all the time but no outcome.
        I have spend lot money on phone calls and as well as on renewing youtele a/c on a hope of getting these problem resolved.

        I would suggest Indian Consumer Code department to take an action against them or withraw their business license, as i am not the only one...there are many complaints noticed against them.

          i have subscribed to the 512 kbps broadband connection from you telecom. however my browsing speed is pathetically slow and mostly fluctuating between 170 - 420 kbps. the service department instructs the engineer to visit microsoft.com or download.com and shows me the download speed. they refuse to access speedtest / pingtest sites and infact the speedtest on their own site shows the speed as 170 - 400 kbps.

          the engineer is instructed to inform that the speed test on their own website is only for connection speeds of 2 mbps subscription.

          AMAZING part is i get a sms informing me that my complaint is RESOLVED!!!!

          how do i ensure they confirm to their promise of 512 kbps.

            Hello, I am a You Telecom customer since last 5 months(Customer Relationship No:505801
            Your Plan is: "Angel 192-512 1 Mth" ). And today I have lost my levels of tolerance at the amount of torture given by this Company. This company has a in-house software called YouConnect which they advice customers to use to connect to Internet.(All non-sense its just for their advertisements and increasing traffic to their own website).When you run this software it asks for your username and password. There is an option to save your password and username so that everytime you dont need to enter it(All crap it doesnt even know how to store). This software will crash your operating system if you try to install it on Windows 7. Company recommends Windows XP, so I installed Windows xp and YouConnect. Now this crap piece of software connetcs to the internet, but if you by chance happen to sleep your laptop, it shows you doors to hell. When you resume from sleep and try to connect again it says the username and/or the password is wrong. Now remember the software saves your username and password. And this happens for 1000 times untill you go crazy enough and restart the whole computer, disconnect all the cables, restart your modem, restart YouConnect and then with the same password which it claimed was wrong, it connects you to the internet. What a crap Masterpiece from You Telecom. This is not all, once I was not able to connect to the internet and the technician after calling him for 3 long days comes and says that "You will have to format your system, no one in our You Telecom Team has the knowledge about this error you are getting".He confirmed this with his Technical Head Gujarat. I had a word too with the Technical Head and he assured Sir we cant help, just format your system. What an outstanding solution from a technology company. Its my humble request to You Telcom, please deliver what you say, if not more, the customers are paying you to have peace of mind and not anger of hell.Thank You.Links to the website http://youtele.com (Unfortunately not worth an Indian Telecom Comapny)

            I am building a directory of people who having pending refunds and or complaints against You, please provide your email id, i will sue these
            They made me buy a new connection with the promise that Rs 3000 deposite given 7 years

            ago will be returned in lieu of the old modem. I was supposed to get a cheque within 45

            days but it has been 80 days now and they didnt even bother to call. When it was time to

            collect cheque for new account this cheat bihari Harkishan youtele sales executive reached

            my home thrice within 10 minutes each. Now he can't even pick up my phone let alone

            returning back my modem. Now their backoffice says that there was no deposit on my

            account and it was all installation and plan charges. And then they made another excuse

            that the old modem was registered to my father and the new one is to me, so we cannot

            get refund back or the modem back. So they have kept the Rs 3000 they sold me the

            modem for plus they have snatched away the modem too and are calling teh Rs 3000 as

            non-refundable now. The day this cheat UP-Bihari bhaiyya came to our house i had made

            everything clear, this is our 7 year old modem, it was registered to my dad under the same

            current address, so the can check all the details of teh old account, i told him then only that

            we dont have a 7 year old piece of paper and there is no receipt that we had got for teh Rs

            3000. He said no problem i have got refunds for 9-10 people in this eyar exactly this

            modem, just take a new conn, once your new conn gets registerd on the old connections

            address the old account will get deactivated, i will send the guy to collect modem, he will

            give receipt, you will getcheque within 45 days. I asked him what if for any reason the

            cheque doesnt come, he assured me "aayega heee" as he has done this for 9-10 people

            too, a lie as ive now found out they are not willing to give me contact numbers or details

            about who all have got their refunds, i think this company thinks its okay to not give back

            refunds, that government or police will do nothing and they can continue cheating. I called

            him today and then he hung up and has kept his phone off. I got his seniors number from

            customer care. Still same again with him too. I kept acalling until i got an answer, finally a

            third person wpicked the phone, he said he is not from you, he is from anurag telecom a

            you telecom channel partner or something, i spoke everything to him in a debate format,

            after the end of the conversation he had nothing to defend you with, he said give us 4-5

            days time (like a banker he even calculatd the sunday holiday coming and he wanted

            wotking days) till then i should not call and keep complaining and asking for answers. but i

            dont expct anythin to happen after 4-5 daysd. they expect me to cool off, ge busy with

            other things and forget about this money, fraud and complaint. But i wont. Im going

            striaght to Surat Consumer Court and also an agnecy that deals with consumer redressal

            issues. I will keep you all informed. Let us join hands and seek damages and compensation

            for time spent collectively from these .

            Finally You Telecom has improved their customer service wonderfully, now everytime i call they answer most courteously and even their internet service works great. I think the direct dialer is better than installing YouConnect, as even when a disconnect happens the dialer automatically redials and connects back within 3 seconds. You Telecom has really improved a lot since i wrote the above complaint. Piece of customer service agents like that of Tata should try and learn from the CS of You Telecom.

              I am getting error 720 when I try to connect to the internet. A You Telecom senior engineer told me to install You Connect (a dialer software) available from www.youtele.com
              I went to a cyber cafe, downloaded it, installed it but still the internet i not working, same error 720.
              Now the engineer is not even receiving the call.
              I registered a complaint in You Telecom customer care centre and they said it would be resolved in 24 hours.
              Its more than 24 hours now and still no one is come to attend it.

                Dear Sir,
                My Customer ID No. is 332297 with you tele broadband p ltd.Ahmedabad. I was using their services for more than 2 years. In the month of August 2009 i requested for disconnection of services and refund of deposit of Rs.2000.00. Their serviceman collected MOdem and other parts from my residence. Since i didnt get refund I requested through their call centre services on 18.09.2009, reminded on 05.11.2009 vide complaint no.[protected] again today (27.11.2009) complaint no.[protected]. more than 2 and half month lapsed but no response from them.
                I was most regular in all my past payments without single default.

                  This is with respect to an unfortunate incident where I took a YouTelecom connection in Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai, where no big telecom players are there. The entire details are mentioned below:

                  Account Number: 490503
                  Plan - 512 kbps, Type - Unlimited

                  As per TRAI Norms, YOU Telecom has to sustain/maintain minimum 80% of the speed Promised. But I seriously beg to differ. Eversince the activation, this has been a rarity, the speed provided is not even 1%. i.e. less than 5.12 KBPS. I have attached screenshots for the same.

                  When the connection was given, nobody mentioned about dual slot, false promises were made then by ankush kadlak (sales chap) about the speed, he confessed that in front of me & C.Sabarish, the incumbent/Inefficient/Ineffective/Rude/Lousy/Irresponsible/ Appellate Officer, YouTelecom,Navi Mumbai, atleast in my case, cant say about others.
                  All he mentioned was 1/8 of the plan i.e. 64kbps.

                  Then when i put a complaint about getting speed as low as in bytes, one buffoon from surat said start 10 downloads and then calculate whether it is 64Kbps. What the Hell is that

                  I sent mails after mails thereafter and still unable to get a response from them, not a single one so far.
                  I have ventured through the TRAI Guidelines and I find the following Issues serious enough from consumer perspective with You Telecom...

                  1. Tariff related issues:

                  • Presenting, marketing or offering tariff plan in any misleading manner is not permitted. All monthly fixed recurring charges which are compulsory for the subscriber under any given plan shall be conveyed as a single figure under one head.

                  *I have been cheated in this regard, not once I have received full bandwidth speed, not once 80% of the promised and I have screenshots from May onwards depicting that*

                  2. • The Service Providers must inform the customer in writing, within a week of activation of service, the complete details of his tariff plan. In addition, as and when there are any changes in any aspect/item of tariff in the chosen package, the operator shall intimate, in writing, such changes to those subscribers whose tariff packages undergo a change.

                  *I have not received any such thing in writing, I even mailed C.Sabarish for the same, ask him to give in writing the speed that he promises, till date no response received *

                  3. Rebate in rent for delays in repair of fault:

                  In case any fault in respect of fixed line is not repaired within 3 days rebates in rent should be given as follows:

                  • Faults pending for >3 days and <7 days: Rent rebate for 7 days.

                  • Faults pending for >7 days and <15 days: Rent rebate for 15 days.

                  • Faults pending for >15 days: rent rebate for 1 month.

                  ** I have an issue pending with Youtelecom Customer care for the last 5 months, With Appeallate officer for the last 4.5 months, no fruitful resolution provided till date. when I had asked for the same, C.Sabrish said my usage was 7GB in 15 days.. a report he said he will send to me but not yet sent, also if the network speed is less than 4kbps then how can they say such ridiculus thing , that too in an unlimited package..*

                  4. The security deposit after adjustment of dues, if any, is required to be refunded to subscribers within a time frame of 60 (sixty) days. The service provider has also to pay an interest @ 10% per annum for any delay in making refund within the stipulated period.

                  **within 4 days of activation, I had called You Customer care and asked them for cancellation, they said only modem security will be paid back and nothing else. When I said that I have been cheated and I am unable to browse properly, leave apart using the net, and since the internet was sold on false promises, C. Sabarish once again said my usage is this and that which he forgot to corraborate with facts like sending the requested report. A request for sending such report is still pending with You Telecom Customer care.**

                  5. On contacting his then superior, Mr. Ish Anand, I was assured that either the issue will be resolved or appropriate refund will be given....Once again false promises, they neither leave things, nor work, they just go to a dance bar and have fun with my hard earned money...MC's

                  A list of all the people who have worked on my case are Mr. Manoj(Operations manager), Ish Anand(Former Employee and Mumbai zone Appellate Officer), Rakesh, Ankush Kadlak, Subhash Kumar(Current Mumbai Appellate Officer, whom I called on a saturday and he assured me the issue will be resolved by monday and exactly One month later on a monday I reminded him that four of my monday's have gone, Urs havent arrived yet), Sukanta (backend guy and the only one who helped seriously and sincerely but no result, probably held by top brass who thought making free money from me is easier)

                  6. Even after all this I am not supposed to lose cool, even though YOUTELECOM has cheated me for 6 months I am supposed to sit quiet and not say anything or shout at anyone. This is C. Sabarish's theory..My answer to that is Stuf[censored]r theory in ur A***

                  A mail in this regard as well was sent to all Appellate officers in Youtelecom, not one replied and not one ever thought of making a call and confirming whether the issue is resolved or not

                  If at all there is LAW for consumers and If at all there is Justice in India, then license for this organization should be immediately revoked and should not be re-issued till all the complaints posted here are taken care of and an undertaking by the organization is given in writing to every customer that they will both maintain the promised service and professional decorum([censored]in they all lack this)

                  You Tele — No activation of service even after three weeks

                  Hello,

                  I am Soham Shah .. I stay in Kopar Khairane ..

                  On 23rd of oct, I had requested for broadband service from 'You tele' .. One of its representative Mr. Govind Solankhe came to my place to collect the required documents and the deposit + Installation cheque at 9 PM .. He promised me that in couple of days time, the connection will be activated and the cabling will be done..My CRF/YOUF number is 206221

                  It has been almost three weeks but not a single cable has taken place nor I have got a single call from any engineer of 'you tele' .. I have tried calling Mr. Govind several times .. Most of the times, he even did not receive the call or cut the call ..When he receives it, he never gives a proper answer .. Today he told me to contact Mr Rakesh but when I called him he did not pick up .. Next time, whan I called his phone was busy .. Again I called then he did not pick up .. This shows that the guys from 'you tele' are avoiding the customer and their complaints .. They came to my place to collect the cheque at 9 PM but now when it came to activate the service, they are ignoring me .. You have deposited the cheque and the money has been withdrawn from my account but I am not getting any kind of service from 'you tele' ..

                  So please help me out with this matter .. Money is not important but the way they have cheated their customers is really ridiculous and heart-breaking ..

                  You Tele — Worst Net speed

                  Worst Net speed and download speed it automatically disconnects .they don't even send me the hard copy of the bill for around 2 years every month i gave complaint to the customer care many a times but no solving the problem at any time

                    Explanation ;- I have been facing problem with YOUTelecom since day One. Very Worst & not acceptable service. People are not at all interested to carry & resolve issue..
                    I have followingup & making calls everyday to resolve issue with speed with your callcenter ..but non of engineer is coming at my place to solve the issue.

                    Intially , i was given commitement of connection activation with 48 Hrs but YOU telecom failed to provide service .( Account got activiated with in 72 hrs.)

                    Second , Biggest issue is SPEED , i have taken plan of 512 Kbps unlimited where download speed need to be appro 45 to 60 kbps..( 80 % ) but i am getting speed of 6 - 8 Kbps which is not at all acceptable .

                    I means you people are taking money in the name of high speed & giving them low speed package...Are you people bluffing ? .. I am paying 850 rs .& u r giving me speed worth of nothing....if i go for Reliance dailup or tata datacard ...i get a good speed of minimum 10 -12 kbps...but you people are cheating...

                    None of ISP providers has maintain any restriction for download site like Songs.pk...but YOU Telecom engineer updated me with blunder news that YOU telecom restricts this download sites...

                    Resolving such a small issue , you people are taking 3 working days ...(which can be resolve within 2 hrs if you people have skilled engineer or good monitoring system ) "

                      You telecom connection applied on 29 JUNE 2009 with payment of 2153/- as promised the connection will be done within 7 days Now today is 18 JULY 2009 even after 20 days the connection is not available. Every day I call to there call center they reply that connection will be available within next 24 working hour’s i.e. 3 Working Days.
                      Today also they have asked for next 24 working hours. When I told them to cancel my connection and refund my money they said it will take 45 working days to refund.
                      Over all my 2 months wastage

                      You Telecom — Giving trouble after giving check and documents for new connection

                      Ref. Id[protected]. I gave a complaint on 10th of sep. but still, I don’t get any solution. I was applied for new connection on 2nd of sep. In a same day I gave them a cheque of ICICI bank of Rs. 2931. My CRF no is 241795. They told me that they give me a connection with in 4 working days. After 4 working days I was called Mr. Sujit, Mr. Gajanan, Mr. Verma in pune office. They told me every time that they provide me a connection with in two days, On call those peoples are very rude to me. Now these peoples are not attending my phone calls and not updating me a status about the complaint. After that I locked a Complaint in Call center. They give me that req. no. I talk to Mr. Rana, Sandeep, Ashish, Ashok, Ms Kalpana. they are also not give me a proper response. Now I am frustating of this issue. I don’t know what to do with this people. Can CONSUMER COURT will help me out from this Issue. I don’t want my money back now I want to punish this people for any how, because this could be happen to other people too, If we just left these people with any penalty they never under stand the customer pain

                          Dear sir I had Taken a broadband connection from you telecom before one year. My relation number is 373312 and account is by the name Rajendra Atmaram Chande. During this tenure I found lot of problem in getting the connectivity and service also there are lot of problems in billing. The amount of bill submitted in time used to go after due date and late payments were charged for which after lot of arguments was reverted to my account. I am having my Pharma office and using this connection for my bussiness. From june 29 to july 5th there was no connection from you telecom during this period i made lot of phone calls and complaints but they could not resolve the problem. Because of this I lost about 4-5 lac Ruppes business as my business is dependent on E. Mails and data transfers. Each and every complaint is noted by me, lastly on 5th July decided to disconnect the connection and forwarded a complaint no[protected] for disconnection but till today no action has been taken by them. One thiing I want to inform you that they are behind me for payment of 1151 Rs out of which 538 rs are paid by me by cheque no 126005 but they had deposited the cheque in somebody else's account and saying we had not received the cheque. Now to deposit a somebodies cheque to others account is a great froud. Also they are charging late payment on the same Now I want to disconnect the service . Kindly help me to resolve the matter.

                          you telecom — Cheaters

                          I got a refundable modem from YOU telecom and after usage when i returned it till date its almost 50 days i did not recieve my Rs 500 back. They are cheaters and just trying to decieve me.

                          YOU TELECOM/INTERNET — Cheating in Providing connection

                          I have applied for a new broadband connection in Youtelecom. For that I have handed over Rs 2600 vide cash to Mr. Mohan, sales person of Youtelecom on 17.09.09. He committed to me that he can install net connection within 2 days.i.e.within 19.09.09.

                          But I didnt get the net connection as per his commitment. So i called him over his mobile. He didnt picked up. Also I have sent SMS. I didnt receiced any replied. I was helpless. So I called Youtelecom Customer Centre. I have made a complaint. The reference number of my complaints are[protected] /[protected].

                          I got Chennai local office phone number of Youtelecom. I called to that office number. I got the Chennai Regional Managar (Mr. Rajkiran) mobile number from that office. I called him and described about my situation. He made a conference call with Mr. Mohan, sales person. He committed that he will repay the money on the evening of 24.09.09. But he didnt come. I called him over his mobile. But I am not to reach him. On 25.09.09 I called to Mr. Mohan and he replied me that he will give back my money in the evening. But there is no response at evening from him. Then I called to the manager again on 25.09.09. He made a conference call to some other person. He committed that he will arrange to give back my money on or before 12 PM of 26.09.09. But I didnt get. Pl do the needful.

                          I have cheated by Youtelecom. I didnt get net connection or money yet.

                          My Self Hitesh Nareshbhai Patel from surat.i am using internet broadband connection from last 1.5 yrs. from last 9 to 12 months i am having a problem of very very bad service of You Telecom. in every one month i have loss my internet connections for minimum 4-7 days. and also they are not giving any refund of it.

                            Never pay online for YOU Telecom.

                            If for any reason the transaction does not complete, and worst the amount is deducted from your bank account, these folks will just start calling you without trying to reconcile at their end or with their payment gateway. They'll use all your contacts and modes of communication to keep following up endlessly.

                            Escalating this to any level will not help at all.

                            So be cautious.

                              For the past 3 or so months I have been having Speed issues. I have the 192 Kbps plan and on doing speed test on the You Telecom website it shows me anywhere from 60-140 kbps. I have been regularly complaining about the speed and nothing has been rectified.

                              All they say is that your line is fine. But I am yet to get the Speed I am paying for. :(

                                YOU Telecom was providing broadband internet services in my society Sylvan Heights in Aundh Pune . I used their services for about a year and then stopped using and recently wanted to renew my account.

                                I called you telecom office and they were happy to rush in their sales representative . Their representative Rahul came over and collected a renewal cheque of Rs 1010/- (for a 3 mths prepaid plan with 3 months extra usage ) and gave me assurance of installation withing 3-4 days. While he was at my place i asked him to also check if their modem was still in the society as the earlier one used was a shared modem, he made a call to his Team Leader Gajanan Garge who mentioned that in case of absence of modem in building they will provide dedicated modem and get this fixed in 3-4 days time .

                                One week went past and I had to follow up with Rahul but no response. You telecom banked the cheque which also got deposited in their account. After continuous follow up and a lot of struggle to talk to the righ person, finally their branch manager, Mr Sandesh came on line on Jan 31st 2009 .

                                He finally said that they did not have connectivity in the building any more and that he will ensure that the refund cheque will be with me latest by Monday 2nd Feb.

                                Till date there has been no refund cheque and besides this I am flooded with calls from you telecom which are asking me to renew the connection which got suspended on 2nd of february . There is a gentleman called Anees who has been only calling me for renewal of a connection which never got installed due to incompetency of the service provider .

                                Despite informing Sandesh (branch Manager pune ) and he agreeing completely that something like this should not happen ... i continue to get calls for renewing my account and no refund cheque has reached me till date..

                                This company seems completely incomeptent right from top to bottom and with false promises ... i even feel like laughing at them

                                YOU TELECOM = NO HOPES.

                                  On 17th dec 2008 i took the conn of you telecom.since that day i daily complaint about speed.actually I took the conn of 2mbps and it give me download speed of 9-12kbps.there are also wrog connection log they hv generated.I am using conn on single Pc but there log show 2 conn at same time ...and they added this all usage in my account.My account is showing 800mb download in 1 day.I complaint lots of time about this but call center said billing dept tried to call u but u were not picking up the ph.Every day i get the same answer.I have all print screens of there log.My plan was for 3 months but now i applied for termination of connection.But since last 7 days they are not disconnecting my sevice.I got very frusted with this and i lost 1000 rs in 15 days only because i dont have gurantee that they are going to listen to my complaint and return my money.So any one come across you telecom pople be aware of them they will plug the connection on same day and never return to check you.There is only one return that is bill huge bill.

                                    1. You Telecom representative Datta Jadhav ([protected]) took a cheque from me on the 12th of June promising that I will get a connection by 15th evening. Today is the 18th, and I have still not yet got my connection. It is sad that when a company pitches a product, the staff make all kinds of great claims. The reality of meeting those 'proud' words of sales is never looked at.
                                    2. Yesterday I had 4-5 men coming home to get the wiring done. Is this a standard practice? It is highly intimidating when there are outsiders roaming around the house to get a simple wiring done. There is no sense of privacy. Also, it is MY home, and things keep lying around. I NEED to feel safe at home. There has got to be a cultured manner in which staff behave when they visit a customers home. One of the You Telecom employees even stamped on my mattress with his dirty bare feet! This is disgusting! One employee was even talking on his mobile on a personal call while I am waiting for something to happen with respects to the wiring.
                                    3. I was exasperated when I didn't get the connection yesterday as Datta promised that it would be done. As a result, I had to face a considerable amount of inconvenience going to a cybercafe at night to do my office work. I was visibly irritated as Datta kept lying to me as to when he would start the connection. I told him that if this is the case, then I might has well not get the You Telecom connection. What is surprising is that he then shouted loudly in the passageway of my building (as I was leaving to go to a cybercafe) "Bahut ho gaya. Bahut natak kar raha hai. Tera paisa 45 days ke baad milega. Company cheque bhijwa denga" (This is too much. He is throwing a lot of tantrums. You will get your money after 45 days. The company will send the cheque). Is this the quality of people that companies send when they go to customers homes? It is surprising!

                                    You Telecom — Bad Customer Service and failure to comply to offers

                                    This is a copy of the mail I sent to You Telecom on 13th March, 2008. No response from their senior officers in charge of grievances or customer care in any manner till date.

                                    My cust id is 322286. I took a survey on Monday 10th March, 2008 and got credited 100 MBS.
                                    I could not recharge my account because of your server problems online.

                                    My account got inactive with 100 MBS credited

                                    No cust care executive attended my complaint for 2 days.

                                    Today on thursday March 13th. I got a new modem installed and got my account activated.

                                    My account got activated with 2 GB and 62 days validity.

                                    WHERE ARE THE 100 MBS THAT GOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.

                                    PLS DONT SAY THAT YOU LOST THE 3 DAYS OR ACCOUNT WAS INACTIVE

                                    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I COULD NOT EVEN RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE

                                    I HAVE CALLED DAILY TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND LEFT COMPLAINTS

                                    YOUR RENEWAL DEPARTMENT KEEPS ON PESTERING ME WITH CALLS.

                                    I WANT MY 100 MBS CREDITED ASAP.
                                    I am having You Telecom unlimited net access plan. Since last 10 days, I am not able to access internet as it is been discontinued from the back office. I have registered a complaint against this at there customer care for about 10 times now, but didn't got any response.

                                    I took this connect just about 40 days back and the connectivity sucks. It never works proper for one full weak. No complaint is resolved in time. First of all, the back office people messed up with the connection plan by putting it in to some limited access plan where as I had clearly mentioned in the application form for an unlimited plan. The issue was resolved in 3 days, and I was told that my plan is now changed to unlimited one. The net never worked properly even then. Now after a month it is again disconnected and I have been told that I have outstanding bill of around Rs. 6000/- for the extra usage which I used when I had limited plan. I dont understand when did I had this plan. Its there mistake and I am not going to pay a single rupee for that.

                                    The people at there customer care knows nothing (not even there boss name and email address and worst some dont even know where is there all India head office is located). The only thing they know is to say "we have forwarded your complaint to the concern department and they will get in touch with you within 24 hours". Now nobody knows from when these 24 hours start and when they end (I actually asked about this too if they can let me know when exactly this 24 hours time start and ends and got the happiest replies that the concern department will call you back).

                                    I also got in touch with the sales person, who actually responsible for all this mess Mr. Shrikant mobile no. [protected], well he should be replaced with Mr. Manmohan Singh. Our PM might get some time to do his job but one should not expect anything from this guy after you have made your payments at the time of application. He is just too busy, nobody knows where because you will feel he never works. Everytime you call him it will take some 20 - 30 times for him to take your call, then you tell him your problem for which he will say let him check from back office and he will give you a call back in next 10 min. Now again no one actually knows from when this 10 min starts and when they will end, as he will never call back. At the end you will call him back and he will give you some stupid explaination.

                                    Now for last one week my net connection is disconnected on the reason that I have outstanding balance, when I have paid all my bills. Even the bill which I recieved and on my net id does not say anything about this outstanding balance. But internet is disconnected because of it.

                                    If anyone here knows You Telecom's directors contact, kindly let me know, I simple want to let him know that his complany services sucks.

                                    You Telecom is the worst internet connection.No improvement with the name change from Iqara to YOU.. They have so poor services that one gets frustated.Whatever may be our complaint they say that they will attend in 24hrs but we end up spending about the same amount of money as the net connection on our mobile bill to call their customer care service. I got connectivity of internet 15days after i put in request and i had to call every single day. They only call u on time when its time to collect bill.I have had the connection for only 4 months but i m so fed up with these people that i cant take it anymore.Due to their fault they disconnect anytime they want n we end up calling the customer care everytime and have to wait for atleast 3 days for connection to start again. And as icing on cake those never give us compensation for our lost time or money.The day i have important meeting or call related to my work with forign clients the internet is never working.Its too frustrating.

                                    I have a Airtel Post Paid connection number [protected] in B'lore which was taken recently. From the day one i have been facing problem. Iniataly the clip service was not working for 3 days, only after calling the call centre of Airtel for thrice the problem was solved. They have taken the charge for clip service in advance but not giving the service. Then after few days on Oct 6th my out going service has been barred. On contacting them they have said that the residence verification was done. I just have to say that the verification is not my job and that has to be done by the company and for the fault of the company the customer is getting penalised. I want to take some action against it as i have faced a lot of problem in my personal and official life.

                                    I would surly not advice to go for Airtle now.

I had taken this company broadband connection 4 months years back, but due to very poor service I had terminated the connection on 20-Aug- 08. and as per the rules of the company i had paid all the outstanding billsand have returned teh modem to teh comany sales exceutive Mr. sachin on the same date . He promised me taht i will get my money back in 15 days . Now it is 9 jan 09 but still i havenot received my money. I didnot get any answer from neither Sachin nor from teh YOU telecom customer care. And now they are calling me to asking to pay Bill . A service whcih i am not using any more .

                                    I am using You Telecom internet. I have taken this connection in 23-Sep-08.
                                    That time i paid 1128 Rs. That guy said u will get connection in 3 days, but i got connection after 20 to 25 days. Within 15 days i got a bill with 900 Rs. When i took connection that time provider said in 1st month u don't have to pay anything coz already u paid 500 Rs as a 1 months rent. I went to office of You telecom. There they gave me false comments like we will return you 500 Rs in 2 days & we will solve your problem today itself. now you pay this amount. So i paid 500 Rs again. In that period i never used internet connection coz there was always problem with my connection. still i am facing that problem.
                                    Everyday i used to call to you telecom office to solve my problem. Some time they comes at my home to solve the problem. but 2nd day again the same connection problem. From last 3 months i am following them & they just gives me false comment.
                                    Still they have not return 500 Rs to me. And i got again bill of 800 Rs. Now i am frustrated.
                                    They doesn't provide good service to the customers. They just gives false comment every time.

                                    I have recharge my account fron NET for 366 days and 500 MB with option of
                                    carry forward balance. To my surprise I found that balance is not carry
                                    forward which was 800 MB. When I selected this option on companies web site
                                    which has not given any warning that I will be losing 800MB. Company should
                                    understand that when you ask for carry forward option any consumer will
                                    assume that company is asking for existing balance carry forward. I request
                                    YOU Telecom to do the needful. With 500 MB balance I would not like to
                                    continue for this plan and demand for refund of money.
                                    I guess there is something seriously wrong with the company accounts and finance management. Like all other companies, they just believe in taking the money. They don't know how to refund the money :)

                                    I have the similar problem with different details. I hope I get my money back. btw, what is the update on the status? did u received your money?

                                    You Telecom — Fraud

                                    I was asked by the company to make payment thrice in the same month of february 2009. i requested for Plan change to unlimited then i was asked to pay Rs. 600 as a settlement and change fee, i paid thru cheque then i had to wait for net to get activated. after two days when the net got activated i started using the same with keeping in mind the plan has changed to unlimited and that the monthly payment will only be like Rs. 678 including taxes and that there will not be any extra charges. Now after a week a learn that my bill had become Rs. 3000 + for the reason that the plan was not changed. this was the most horrible experience one could ever imagine. Now even after talking to so many people like Mr. Pramod and Mr. Srinivas in Vashi, Navi mumbai there has been no proper responce. they are just fighting amongst themselves and none are taking any responsibility. Finally now its like 20 days up that my internet is disconnected and i am asked to pay the monthly rental along with the excess MB charge which makes me feel more horrible and scammed.

                                    I Mr. Mangal Singh Kerai residence at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. I am going to complaint you about the bad service provided by BSNL/Cell One. The company had cut-off my all incoming calls since 2 weeks ago and when I had complaint about it to the BSNL Customer Care service they said it was due to network problem. I had complaint two-three times after not having incoming call facility at my no. I can't even able to talk to my parents as I am currently studying far from home. Sometimes they pickup the phone and some times not. I don't have that much of money to go complaint against the company at any consumer court. with losing hope I decided to complaint online which is free and I hope someone will definitely understand my problem.

                                    I wanted to shift my Internet connection to other place & also the MB's were used & connection required to be reewed. I thought to renew it after transferring it to new premises. I called You Telecom executive he assured to transfer the connection in 3 days & collected cheques for both transfer & renewal. He renewed the account & cleared the renewal cheque & no transfer was done. He keeps on avoiding my calls & dosent pick up the phone. I called Customer care for 4-5 times & they also assure to do the same. They say that we have already forwarded your request to concernec person & he is working on it. But to my great surprise nobody has even visited my premises. On calling again they assure to forward the request on urgent basis & they on much stronger basis. Actually i wanted to activate idea internet paln rs 20 . as i know about d service it takes 24 hrs. to be activated, but from ur side it was commited that ur service will get activated till 22.02.2010. 17:00pm.
                                    so i said to executive to cancel d activation request.n they commited that they have cancel d request for activation n also that no balance will get deduct fro d same..                                     I have renewed my youtele Internet account for 1 year...and i was promised to give a wifi router in 20 days.after 3 times customer care complaints but 45 days is wifi router not delivered

                                    You Telecom — No service for prepaid broadband connection

                                    Since many days we are facing problems related to connectivity and there is feedback Today their complaint number is also engaged For days connection did not work they are not ready to add free days in our plan to compensate for loss of days due to non connection.

                                      i was stuck without a connection from the 11th to the 16th of sept 2008.repeated attempts to get it repaired got std replies and subseqently i had to request a local friend to get it repaired.
                                      the wire was replaced+the modem.end result surfing tolerable(not broadband speed)but downloading-3kb/sec !!if you complain, just before their people come-blazing speed-after their departure, phiss...can someone help?who to approach for this .they deserve a bomboo up their----.we indians take too many things lying down and these people get away bcos we dont fight.im in no mood fro all that now.pls tell me what to do

                                        The connection is still not done:

                                        I got the no: of your area sales manager Sidharth ([protected]) and have been caling him since Friday (10 Sept) - He is also saying that it will be done tomorrow (consistency in saying lies). Today 15 Sept he is saying that the contracters people have not come (a new one) and that that the cabeling will be done tomorrow (again back to the lying ways).

                                        4 Sept: Complaint no: being carried forward[protected]

                                        11 Sept : Called customer care spoke to Wilson who asked me to speak at[protected]the no: does not work) and said there is an internal problem and that he will personally take care of this issue and get the connection done.

                                        12 Sept: Called customer care spoke to Yogesh he had no idea why this is still not done and said he is upgrading the issue.

                                        15 Sept: Called customer care spoke to Abbid he said he will upgrade and mark this urgent. When asked that I wanted to quit he informed that disconnection takes 7 days and refund will take around 45 days (I free advise is please close your company!!!)

                                        As a last resort I reporting the matter to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, You tele should get a court notice soon, for all the loses I had to bear in this 1 month due to non connection to the internet and mental stress I and my family had to go through in this process. Also I am posting all this in various gesture of how You Telecom has been treating its customers.

                                        Allow me to introduce myself as Ishaan Sarkar (Customer Account No; 249984).

                                        I had booked a call on 31 Jul 2008, for shifting my house to

                                        B-507, Israni Tower, Plot 41, Sec - 15, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400706. Very Promptly a representative came to my house to collect Rs 500/- on 1 Aug 2008 (Receipt no: 290932), scan attached You Tell.pdf. Unfortunately when it comes to serve and do work you all are far behind.

                                        I had complained again on 3 Aug: complaint no:[protected] which was upgraded on 6 Aug after I called again, a new complaint no was issued: 18759 and thereafter I have called three time already and all the call center does is apologies and upgrade my complaint. (With so much o[censored]p-gradation the complaints must have reached the heavens already, should I ask God for my reconnection now.)

                                        Note: The master modem for some of your other clients was also based at my house in Vashi Sec 12 with no benefit to me. Please also note that I have never defaulted on my payments.

                                        Can you reinstall the connection or not?? Please confirm as I plan to take your company to court. I am not going to loose business opportunity because of awful service from You Telecom India Pvt. Ltd.

                                        You Telecom India. Pvt. Ltd. — loose connection problem

                                        My customer i.d . is 228285
                                        My modem of Internet service is left connection some time.
                                        So i have great headache due to this problem.
                                        Please Grant the above complaint and send Ur's service man for better service.
                                        More probably i think this is the corrupt of cable.

                                        Delay in service. Delay in giving connection

                                        This is rami reddy. I gave a complaint in youbroadband since my internet is not working on 05/09/2014. Still they did not rectify the problem, it is 10/09/2014 today. For getting the connection it took me two weeks after payment.
