Dear sir,
This delivery partner of Zomato vehicle no. MH28BL8956. Was riding on the wrong side road at kharadi bypass bridge to mundhwa.as I stopped him telling that go slow don't splash he started abusing and threatened me to thrash as it's raining and water would splash and I'm making him late for delivery. Is this the way this delivery guy to talk to people.
I would humble request you to grab this guy give him punishment and cancel his license.

My 2 order cancel because my mobile phone damaged accidentally. But when I reached to return their parcel then they were not taking it back that time I can't do any thing then I returned to home change sim with brother mobile phone then go back to return location where 1 restaurant Chinese wok which is located at chembure near diamond garden which mark me no rider for return then I ask they didn't reply properly and Zomato without knowing and without talking me they deactivated my account for fraudulent cancellation .please know the rider concern first before going for deactivate account.

This company zomato is selling spoiled meat in exchange for high prices, 23VN0RTY00004781 this is my invoice id, they are doing money laundering by selling spoiled meat, the restarunt is possibly saving money by selling fake meat at the cost of public health

Zumato Delevery Boy

Ordered cake through zomato. When i received the cake box, it was totally spilled or damaged. Half of the cake was on one side of the box. I took a picture and posted on zomato app support centre. My cake costed around rs 550. Since it was a total fault of zomato delivery service. . I should be compensated adequately for their fault.
Item are spoiled and not edible. I want my whole money back or re order my item. The whole item was spillage issue, this whole incident just ruined my mood.

My name is Amritpal Singh. I am the owner of Amrit Food Corner, Gurdaspur, Punjab. I have been trying to register my shop on Zomato from last 3 months but no one is picking my calls or replying. I tried calling one of your district supervisor from Amritsar but he/she did not pick my call even once, such a careless and irresponsible person, waste of my time. later, tried to register online and got call from your team only once, but its been a month now, no one contacted me again and I am trying again and again but no reply. Its been so hard and kind of impossible to register with Zomato because of your careless and irresponsible team members, I am highly disappointed. Your team should be active and working properly. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's showing 3-6 hours to verify but still account is not verified. My id is FE3112972

Zomato providing food deliver service. if Client phone not available or switched off they can charge the client only the delivery charge and need to return the food to outlet for direct food collection. But instead of this they are detecting complete money and give food to delivery executive. now a days might deliver executive make multiple abusive call to distract client and when they not attending call, they are cancelling it.

Its been 30+ hours. Still my profile verification is showing pending ( FE3061412 )

I had applied for delivery partner in Zomato with there app, its been 30hours still my profile verification is pending

I made a payment on zomato but the order was not successful. The oayment went through and zomatk was credited but still the order didn't go through. I tried contacting them and they've given no response.

On 6.9.23 I ordered 4 paneer masala dosa. The delivery boy didnt gave change rupees and kept 100 rupees extra. I want my money back.

Ordered food with order number [protected] from a restaurant named Shanthi Lakshmi Veg Restaurant, Chennai listed in the app Zomato.

But the food had foreign objects as dust particles, which we felt on our first bite.
On calling the restaurant, the phone kept ringing but no one answered after multiple calls.
On complaining to Zomato, the customer care executive Nisha bluntly stated that Zomato isn't concerned for any food quality, proving that they list any restaurant without prior verification for monetary benefit and then refuse to take responsibility for quality, thus jeopardizing public health.
I have the food pics and chat screenshots.

Request the Honourable Court to take strict action against Zomato and the Aforementioned restaurant so that they take proper steps to ensure public health safety and not take customers for granted and also provide me with a refund for the order amount and any amount as compensation deemed correct by the Honourable Court.

I pray to the Honourable Court to take the necessary action as such incidents jeopardize public health.

I have ordered food on 7/09/23 from Ghar ka tadka at 6:25am. The restaurant was located 3km from my location and it was showing 32min delivery time.

After i ordered food the agent kept on delaying my order. I called him several times and he informed me he is having multiple business with multiple orders.
I also contacted customer care and they kept saying it will be delivered but the order kept on delaying.
