After wrong order delivered i have reported to customer care. You didn't have any support for customers and after reporting anything wrong in the order they were not even providing any compensation, or any solution. Same old lines we are this... We are that... Lol.. how we can use this kind of platform if this is not customer centric support system.

    I applied a coupan on zomato which said pay through Paytm and 100rs cashback u will get and no conditions were mentioned

      Hi sir my self Mathin jaheerabbas pathan my Zomato I'd is FE1579010 I would like to share my case here while after delivering past order the dog has started me to bark and running behind me to catch while I was fallen from my bike with this time the Zomato order has been assigned and I rejected it and it pays me to I'd terminated before in the past orders several dogs issue has been arrised but this time its done Zomato team I kindly request you to please activate my I'd recently you can check my past 6months Record where I had worked very hard till night 1 am I request you please 🥺🥺🥺 activate my I'd iam currently struggling a lot for jon this kind of denials never be repeated next time I will be deliver every order with more care..if you really want to share accident happened images then I would can you show the images of damages.. please 🥺 🙏 it's my humble request to activate my Zomato account..Have a nice day I hope you do Thankyou...Team Zomato.

        Zomato delivery partner I'd terminated

        I have opened my Zomato delivery partner I'd last month, this month on 12th oct my I'd was terminated due to frequent denials, but I have only denied 2-3 times in a month due to ev bike battery issue because my bike was stopped due to drain of battery in bike so I have denied that orders, but I was meant to do that intentionally, sorry for this and I will never repeat this again, I have contacted TL and fleet coach but there is no use no...

            Sir,

            I have ordered Momos via Zomato app on 7th oct 2023 at midnight. App mentioned that they will provide a coupon for delayed delivery. The order was delayed by 4 mins. But they pretend as if they are not late. I didn't get a convincing reply from zomato. I have artifacts against them. Hence I would like to take consumer complaints forum. Please take action against them and do the needful. Thank you.

                        My Zomato ID is FE3183463. I created my Zomato ID today at 10:30 am, for which I deposited Rs 1280. I also completed all the documents and training, after that I was given 3 to 6 hours of time. My ID has not been activated yet. Because of which I could not start work. I should be given my refund or my ID should be activated quickly. I chose Zomato to work on a trust.

                          I tried making payment on Zomato via HDFC Diners Black card for amount 182.82. But it showed failed.

                          Order id : [protected] - FAILED
                          Order id : [protected] - FAILED

                          Ultimately I paid for it via UPI. (order ID : [protected])

                          However i received an email of transaction from the HDFC card update that 182.82 has been deducted against payment to Zomato.

                              I have an issue from order delivered from Zomato.

                              Order payment mode: COD
                              Ordered date: 09th Oct 2023

                              I asked Delivery boy to show the food. But he refused to do that and asked money first as it is the company policy. So I paid through UPI to him and then he pulled the food from the his bag.

                              I ordered 2 Chicken rolls and 1 spicy panner roll. So total 3 rolls were ordered.

                              But delivery boy given only 2 rolls and that is also damaged. When I asked why the order is missing then he said that restaurant gave only 2 rolls. and then I asked why it is damaged then he dint answered properly and he left the place without any response.

                              The delivered food was unable to eat by seeing the condition of the food.

                              I couldn't take more videos and photos because I have luggage in hand as I am waiting for bus. I have two videos and i am attaching here.

                              I am requesting an action against the delivery boy and the restaurant as well and refund me the complete amount.

                                I used to order from zomato for a very long period both in kerala and chennai. For these much years everything was fine. i have not faced any issues and was very happy with zomato. But for the past one month the experience with zomato is very bad. Delivering wrong items and when complained about that their reply is they are unable to verify with the restaurant. Other than that they are not allowing to use the gift card balance and refund amounts from failed transactions are still pending from 3 weeks. Its very horrifying to see zomato like this.

                                    I have purchased a gift card worth Rs.250 from zomato and ordered 2 beef biriyani and they delivered two chicken biriyani by mistake. So i contacted their customer care and they refunded the amount back in my gift card balance. After that whenever i try to use that balance amount they will not allow to do so. i can pay from my bank account or cash on delivery everything is fine but if i try to use the gift card balance they will fail that transaction purposefully. When i tried to order food above the gift card balance i used my credit card for the extra amount. They will not allow transactions which is using the gift card balance and hence the amount paid by credit card is also lost. That transaction was on September 27 and still no refund. I tried contacting their customer care multiple times but they dont care.
