I used to order from zomato for a very long period both in kerala and chennai. For these much years everything was fine. i have not faced any issues and was very happy with zomato. But for the past one month the experience with zomato is very bad. Delivering wrong items and when complained about that their reply is they are unable to verify with the restaurant. Other than that they are not allowing to use the gift card balance and refund amounts from failed transactions are still pending from 3 weeks. Its very horrifying to see zomato like this.

    I did not received payout from sep25 to 02 October I call the fleet couch the no is switch off I call the contact person while I join the Zomato the person did not received the call.

      I have purchased a gift card worth Rs.250 from zomato and ordered 2 beef biriyani and they delivered two chicken biriyani by mistake. So i contacted their customer care and they refunded the amount back in my gift card balance. After that whenever i try to use that balance amount they will not allow to do so. i can pay from my bank account or cash on delivery everything is fine but if i try to use the gift card balance they will fail that transaction purposefully. When i tried to order food above the gift card balance i used my credit card for the extra amount. They will not allow transactions which is using the gift card balance and hence the amount paid by credit card is also lost. That transaction was on September 27 and still no refund. I tried contacting their customer care multiple times but they dont care.

        My I'd terminated on 5th October 2023 due to poor performance sir it was by mistake I didn't know that my I'd will be terminat I really need this to earn because of my exams I cannot do other jobs my family is financially very unstable right now please help me.

              I placed an order of rs 177/- from zomato through gpay.Money was deducted from my bank, transaction was successfull but no order was confirmed. I placed an enquiry also from zomato but no response. Highly disappointed.

                  I have a PayPal account I live in Stirling Ont Canada and there's no way that I even order food from any of these people I never heard of any such company until I got this charge.cant find any where to ask for refund ill guess ill have to make Freud complaint against them any with any help would be greatly appreciated .

                      I have ordered food from Shah Ghouse Restaurant on Oct 2nd 2023. After some time deliver agent called from a location which is 5kms away from delivery address.

                      The agent rejected the order and didn't refund the amount.

                      We had a hard time with Zomato support as well. They didn't initiate the refund. 914 Rupees of hard earned money is lost but Zomato response is not good.

                        I have order food from Shah Ghouse Restaurant Kondapur from Oct 2nd 2023. After 30 minutes delivery agent called to deliver the order. But he called from KPHB which is 5kms away from the delivery address.

                        We have told the same to Zomato customer support but they didn't even refund the amount.

                        Amount of 914 Rupees got deducted and food didn't got delivered. Worst experience from Zomato

                              Dear sir,
                              This delivery partner of Zomato vehicle no. MH28BL8956. Was riding on the wrong side road at kharadi bypass bridge to mundhwa.as I stopped him telling that go slow don't splash he started abusing and threatened me to thrash as it's raining and water would splash and I'm making him late for delivery. Is this the way this delivery guy to talk to people.
                              I would humble request you to grab this guy give him punishment and cancel his license.

                                My 2 order cancel because my mobile phone damaged accidentally. But when I reached to return their parcel then they were not taking it back that time I can't do any thing then I returned to home change sim with brother mobile phone then go back to return location where 1 restaurant Chinese wok which is located at chembure near diamond garden which mark me no rider for return then I ask they didn't reply properly and Zomato without knowing and without talking me they deactivated my account for fraudulent cancellation .please know the rider concern first before going for deactivate account.

                                      Ordered cake through zomato. When i received the cake box, it was totally spilled or damaged. Half of the cake was on one side of the box. I took a picture and posted on zomato app support centre. My cake costed around rs 550. Since it was a total fault of zomato delivery service. . I should be compensated adequately for their fault.
                                      Item are spoiled and not edible. I want my whole money back or re order my item. The whole item was spillage issue, this whole incident just ruined my mood.
