I really felt bad and trapped by using zomato service for ordering a dominos pizza. There are few points which make zomato not worth using at all.

1. I have paid for my order in advance.
2. When dominos not delivered pizza on time, i tried reaching to zomato via chat.in chat support, it has only automated response which suggest to check directly with dominos as zomato has no control or tracking of delivery from dominos. This is actually wrong as i have paid my money via zomato so they should have atlease provided me proper cuatomer support to track my order or help me to get my in time. It should not be an automated customer support.
3. When i ask to cancle my order through zomato, then automated response route me to a service agent who did not help me to cancle my order nor help me to track the delivery status. He continuously told me that this is something beyond his work protocol. This was really irritating gave me a sense of irresponsibility from zomato.

I have wasted around 30 mins to get help for my pizza ordered via zomato and get no help at all to cancle or track my order.

In concluaion, i have ruined appx. 45 mins today with zomato that includes my effort to write this feedback as well. But i am very sure that i am not gonna use zomato again for any order also take a responsbiltiy to spread awareness among my knows about pathetic service of zomato and ask then not to use its service/app in future.

    I have already complained in your forum that zomato has taken my money through paytm ₹123 for food which was never delivered at the doorstep of given address. I chatted on zomato site., e mailed them. And they said that they tried to contact me on the phone which i did not pick up. That is why they cancelled my order and did not return my money which i paid through paytm. My request is to return my money which zomato has taken illegally.

      Absolutely pathetic service by zomato employee (Ishander).. I order from pavillion restaurant half roasted chicken by using the coupon of 121 rupees in my account + i paid cash of 85 rupees.. The order was completely cold, burned and less in quantity. I chat with zomato employee ishander and sent the picture of the food and also spoken with the restaurant regarding the same. Restaurant owner agreed with the refund of 85 rupees. When i asked the zomato employee ishander to add my 121 rupees coupon in my account, he denied and keep saying, i apologize i can't do anything.. Also he was keep harassing.. I want to sue the company for mental harrassment and stealing customer money.. Please take necessary action.. My contact number is [protected].

        This is another instance when zomato has let me down. I tried to place an order on 25th and it was not complete. Yet zomato took my money (333rs) and said it will be refunded within 4-5 working days. Then i tried again and again the same happened. I lost 666 rs due to this. Ideally the refund for both should have been initiated the same day so i could get my money in time. Instead i got a message of refund initiation yesterday for one order and today for the other order!!

        Now firstly why did zomato attempt to take funds and succeed in doing so when the order was not complete? Secondly when the order failed why was the refund not initiated instantly and it took them 1-2 days in doing so?

        The customer service is utter useless and fails miserably at resolving problems.

        I want the full amount to be added to my zomato credits in addition to the refund which has been initiated. This case should not be closed until i say so.

          On 18th sep 2019 i placed an order on zomato but after an hour wait, i know zomato made a mistake and allot my order to two different delivery guys. I call retro various time and retro made a call with zomato delivery team.
          After some time i get a call from zomato regarding order cancellation. They told me they initiate my refund but i did not get anything yet..

            I have ordered ice cream from dairy don on zomato they marked as pick up service and when i told i want home delivery not pick up then they said in your area delivery is not possible and 131 rs debited from my bank they didn't cancelled the order and didnt redunded my money too i want my 131 rs back they have done cheating by doing this then how should we try any online app

              I am regular customer when zomato started in my city, i have not faced anything like this. I had seen the order [protected] of rs 278/- was not getting delivered on time and delivery boy is showing standstill in other place with food with him. Then i show my concern to zomato representative on chat, he said sorry for the inconvenience and gave me zomato credit of 139/- instantly, then even after that i had seen the order has been cancelled from their end and when i called they send me the promocode of rs 70/- and told me the refund will be given against this.
              But today after 7 days when i talked about refund, zomato said that refund will be partially of rs 69 deducting zomato credit and zomato promocode.
              It is not right to refund like this and even they told that is is token money for the inconvenince caused to me.
              Kindly help me out

                I had ordered lunch today 27.09.2019 for rs.117/- and done netbanking payment.
                As no cod available.

                First time the transaction got failed.
                But now while checking my account statement they had deducted twice the same amount.
                Transaction details given below:-
                Ebank:[protected]/razorpay/razorpay pay 117.00
                I had enclosed the screenshot of failed transaction.

                As frist time it as been failed i had done again. Details given below:-
                Ebank:[protected]/razorpay/razorpay pay
                So twice they had deducted the amount.

                Kindly take necessary action and refund my amount.

                  Hi... I am vipashyana tripathi... I have an issue with zomato... Wednesday night i was order some food from zomato of ruppes 355 rupees... Nd 355 rupees debited from my account.. Nd didnt got my order.. They wr show that the order was incomplete... Nd they were nt return my balance... There customer care service is very worst... Aftr all i was complain at facebook.. Nd they say that they will return only 181 rupees.. What about my money... Now i dont want to order from zomato... Swiggy is best app.. I will order from swiggy... I want my money back ortherwise i will complain about it...

                    I have ordered items with the above referred order no. Had mentioned the address at the time of booking the order. The delivery boy mahesh bhikhabhai chauhan (Mob no: [protected]) informed that they cannot delivery to the address as it is not in their allotted area. I had to travel 5km to collect the parcel.

                    I need the refund of the service charges.

                    I HD placed the order.. Payment was done. Then payment failed automatically and also amount got deducted.. Zomato support team is not responding..and there is no option regarding payment, refund related queries in the support chat wth the team so I'm not able to communicate wth support team through chat.i didn't receive any refund yet
                    I have ordered food at 12:24 today from eat.fit on zomato. But I recieved the status showing that the payment could not be processed and payment incomplete. Although my money has been debited from my account. I would kindly like to have a refund as soon as possible and an immediate action. the mode of payment was through google pay.

                      My zomato account has been block for like 1 month now. I cannot place order. I have already notified zomato for like 7 to 8 times. I have emailed them about the situation that they haved blocked my account for no reason. But every time they reply the same that"this automatically blocked and we cant manually unblock"
                      Its really frustrating. I have attched some screen shots how they ignored everytime by replying same. I have also tried to reach through helpline number but all the numbers are either invalid or not reachable. I have waited like a month but cant handle this now. I also have gold to my account. Cant use that either because application is not opening. I dont want any refund, all i am saying is to unblock or undo the suspension from my account. Please sir, kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

                        zomato- refund my money, no food received

                        I placed an order on 22/09/2019 at 07:00pm at gole ka mandir, gwalior. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 463 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your order has been declined."
                        I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received.
                        After that for a week i am calling to zomato agent but he is ignoring all of my calls. And not refunding my money.
                        Please take some action...

                        I placed an order on 24/09/2019 at 07:46 pm at the pizza square, sector-83 sapphire mall, gurgaon. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 671 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your payment could not be processed."
                        I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received my money back.
                        Please take some action and refund the amount.

                        I was promised for credits in 48 hours and it has been a week already and the still ask me to wait 48 hours and they don't respect customers when you ask for update... I want to legally start a case against zomato and checking for process.

                          Money deducted but can't receive the order. Please respond to this and refund the amount. Order id: [protected] and my phone number: [protected]. Zomato customer care number was not connected. I already contacted customer support through messages but they said amount not refunded. These are very cheap tactics done by zomato. If you do like these cheap tactics then i refer my friends, family and community people to not install the app. If my friends, family and community people who already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

                            My order number is [protected]. My order amount was debited from my bank account, but still payment was not shown complete in the app and the food was not delivered. I want refund of my money which was debited against my order. This kind of errors are not acceptable and should be resolved at the earliest and customers money debitted should be refunded back to them as soon as possible

After placing the order and payment done automatically my payment got canceled but at the same time amount got deducted. Then i tried to contact support team through chat but there was no option related to payment and refund queries.. So till now i have not received any refund from zomato.                                 Today 25/09/2019 we have placed one order resturant name is zauk and dish is deluxe veg thali in placed order after 5 minutes zomato boy collect by rest. And next 1 hour has not placed order his phn no. Is switched off delivered boy name is (Virender) and he is very theift and irresponsible guy, my order id is ([protected]) this i have chatting to zomato providor he is saying ur refund is back in 2-3 working days but mssg shown is only-135-/ rs is refund and ihve spend to zomato rs-186-/ why r u refund only 139-/ rs.                                   I ordered from dominoes using zomato. As i ordered using promo codezomato50. When i payed the money (109 rs) but the order on the app says payment incomplete but the money got deducted from phone pay. I will attach both phonepay receipt and order summery below. I tried contacting them on app chat but they are not responding. Furthermore there's no customer care number to call. I never had such issues using swiggy as any problem i have gets quickly resolved but on zomato there is not option to address such problem and contact the company. I hope this issue get resolved quickly.

                                    I placed order on 25 sep 2019 and payment got deducted from my account but on zomato it is showing incomplete.
                                    How does this happen. I called the restaurant and they said that they have no order with my order number (Refer screenshot attached)
                                    By when will my money be refunded back to me?

                                    No clear indication on how to use zomato chat option..

                                      I have ordered meal from a restaurant. After payment it shows payment failed but the amount is deducted from my account. Zomato support is not responding. There is no option to contact customer support. I had an issue before where restaurant denied to serve and want me cancel. But when i cancelled order, zomato charged full amount i paid for that order.
                                      What is going on? Zomato is looting us
