I ordered a cake from lama bakery Gwalior today. Money has been deducted but order is not placed. I even called bakery but they are not ready to listen and they didn't even provide me the helpline number. The number which is present on internet is not working.
I can't find zomato helpline number who can hear my complain. Please return my amount as soon as possible otherwise I have to take action and you will loose your customer.

    In first place while placing the order you haven't kept option of confirming the same. When i placed the order i got to know that the final order has been already placed. Then i called up immediately subway & zomato delivery person both said for order cancellation only way is to talk to zomato & then i chatted with zimato & while selecting option i have selected cancel the order. No where their it mentioned that refund will not be processed if you cancel the order. If i would have got that option i wouldn't have cancelled the order.

    I don't expect such thing from your side, i request you to either refund my money back or deliver my order.

    I had placed an order with zomato but by mistake I entered the same order twice which was a genuine mistake since I thought that the first order didnt go through. But when I realized that the same order had been entered twice, I immidiately cancelled one of them.

    However they are refusing to refund the money for this cancelled order
    I ordered paneer tika masala and they mixed up chunks of chicken pieces in it.

    Zomato has taken order online and not delivered to home address and they have taken to the wrong address and the amount has been deducted from
    bank account. This people are providing the worst service and they are
    just grabbing the money from the customers.

    Please refund the amount which we paid for the order. order details : 1975118117. when the Zomato guy
    called we said to deliver the order, but he is talking in rude manner and he is did not pick up the call after
    calling several times. Please take the necessary action and I request to refund the amount in to my bank account,

      I had ordered chicken teriyaki salad and i had clearly mentioned olives yet there was no olives in my salad. The whole point of ordering a salad is for the ingredients its made with.
      The quality nd quantity is poor.
      This had been my second complain to the company but they just take it as a feedback which is irritating.
      Zomato isn't giving me the food for free, i pay for it and i deserve a proper food with good customer service.
      I need a refund.

      I order food from zomato and I got a stale one I complained to guy who claimed to be represetative of zomato from ranchi and today 10, 000/- debited from my account.
      The hotel informed that the order was been dispatched but to the wrong delivery guy . Its been 8days, the order and refund still not received.

      dum gosht biryani was not delivered to me ..but payment had been done online.
      after complaining about this to the chat team Rs.438 were put in my zomato credits. but when i try to place a new order, the payment options dont show zomato credits.. so even after having 438 zomato credits i am not able to use it.
      My refund not processed for an order done on 16th aug 2019 which was cancelled by zomato themselves of order id:[protected].plzz help me in this matter

        I had order the food on zomato at 8.15 pm. I had received my food at 9.33 pm. When i had arise the issue on chatting they told me that they will apologize and given offer to me that they will add 92 credits on my account... I had attached all details with photos... Requesting to you please do take action against zomato as they are not giving good service to there customers...

          Today, few hours ago, i placed an order from pizza hut on zomato and after 30 min i got a call from zomato rider that i have entered a incorrect address and i have explained him about the exact location. He refused to deliver the order as i have requested him 100 times and i was ready to pay him rs 100 extra for delivering food. I do not why i was offering him delivery charges as it was not my fault.

          Note, that it was a prepaid order, delivery boy collected it from the restaurant however didn't delivered to me.

          When i have contacted the zomato chat support i have been told that your order has been cancelled due to wrong address.

          I am still wondering that how my address could be incorrect, when i have got many successful deliveries in past from zomato itself.

          My delivery address was friends colony jalandhar but rider was saying that it was 8km distance and he has no time as he has many other personal work to do. I request him like anything and i was ready to pay him the delivery charges. He wasted my time and he was not at all ready to cooperate with me. He made me so frustrated. Now, the customer care of zomato is also saying that amount is non - refundable. Is this your way of doing a busuness? Also, tell me one thing, why would i provide a wrong address for an prepaid order?.

          So i am not accepting this and would need the amount to be refunded with compensation. This is my hard earned money and i would not let anyone steal it from me either its a small amount or big. I am highly disappointed with your services and i am definitely will take a legal actions if my amount of rs 455 will not be refunded by zomato. By doing this, you are just harassing your customers, nothing else.

          Someone used my paytm wallet [protected] since 2nd sep to oder in Zomato.

          And Zomato is not replying me who used my paytm wallet to order food.

          More than 1800 rs deducted from my account.
          I have orderd my food through app by mistaken but after few seconds i have cancelled my order [protected] no .ur chat support confirm that but i after few mins i recevied msg that ur order is on the way and for that order i have to pay 286 . What kind of service ur providing.
          I ordered today from a restaurant in pune. The order was worth 80/-. Money was deducted immediately but the order wasn't placed. And I couldn't even contact customer care. Neither did I receive any confirmation saying when would the return my money

            My friend have ordered a biryani for me.. Adress from it ordered us swadista aahar, 947, 16th main road, 2nd stage btm, bangalore.. I am vegetarian so it supposed to be a veg biryani.. After receiving and eat more than half i got a piece of non veg in that... Now what u are providing us. Is this right? I want to file a complaint against it. It is totally against our dharma.

              They don't want to give me refund bcz i haven't write address properly but already i write my address properly and the main problem is they don't want to see address properly. They took 115 rs and now they don't want to refund bcz they saying that is not zomatos issue but already i wrote my address properly nd they saying no we can't do anything and we can't give refund.

                Zomato’s customer service. No reply or contact from them after their acknowledgement mail. Complaint registered after several mails and reviews everywhere to them.

                Plus, the issue was how their executive literally rebuked the customer for asking to check about an unavailability of their regular dish as it wasn’t showing up on the app that particular hour. The customer service surprisingly asked the customer to go check with the restaurant directly as they have no device to check all these things for us. And if i can’t understand what she is saying she will close the complaint without a solution from them. (She closed the complaint at her will in the middle of the conversation at least 5 times every second. Within 2-5 mins she mindlessly closed the conversation, misbehaved, provided no solution, and what not). While asking to escalate the issue and let me know who was i talking to she replied she wouldn’t).
                All of this actually happened on the app. Unbelievable.
                Tried several times to contact zomato, on mails, reviews, messenger, no escalation, no revert. Just going on stretching the issue.

                  I have ordered from Zomato last night. But the food which I ordered wasn't good to consume. The gravy which I ordered smells bad. And butter naan was very hard (isn't good to consume) Atleast to show my concern about the food I received, tried contacting the Zomato support (which doesn't exist) for an hour
                  But it all went vain. No response from their team.

Is [protected] and this payment was paid by paytm but when i eat this, it was tasteless and it's prices are hard and this item can't eat. When i trying to complaint on zomato helpline there's no response from his side. So i'm requesting you to please refund my amount because i can't eat it and this make my mind too worst.

                      Ordered food through zomato, they charged surge feess, delivery charges and then delivered food late by 35 mins. Till the time food reached, it was cold and wet. Submitted complaint to zomato through customer care chat, but no solution. No refund or replacement provided. My question to zomato is why delivery charges and surge fees charged if orders r being clubbed??? Need harassement charges from them and complete refund of my order. And need damages as well from zomato for mental agony.

                        Our infinity dining booking was cancelled by zomato & they didn't bother to inform us. We only realised this when we reached the restaurant.
                        Forget about any compensation, we are still struggling to get our refund back. Its been 15 days.

                          You guys are becoming pathetic day by day and you are loosing customers bcoz of your careless behavior.

                            Order#[protected] placed on 4th aug 2019 at 8.22pm... Amount rs.417.49... Due to some reason restaurant was unable to deliver hence they themself process cancellation of order and promised for amount refund. I have escalated many times with zomato but they are doing timepass on my case with no resolution still after 1 month... Every time giving some or other reason... Kindly help!!!

                              Recently I ordered Munch box biriyani from Zomato and payment was successful but order was not received in Zomato .The payment was done through Google Pay and the payment was successful and the order wasn't received. Am extremely fed up with their services, it's the second time happening from their side . I humbly request you to take this in consideration and take immediate action asap.

                                Zomato cancelled my prepaid order and after that they did not even investigate the issue and unreasonably did not even let know what was the cancellation amount and took the entire amount.

                                They have only chat support and the mail support doesnot respond to you even after repeated mails. They are literally harrasing customers. Please do not make a prepaid order. They cancel on their own and do not refund. And there is no proper policy on what is the cancellation amount.

                                  I Ordered food from California Burrito through Zomato, order gets confirmed but the delivery agent does not reach Restaurant at all, after waiting for 45 mins i called the delivery guy he says he is in the petrol station would reach restaurant in 5 mins, after 15 mins i get a message that order is picked up and but it was not delivered even after 40 mins hence i called the guy again he says he cancelled the order and hung up, i called him back he says you can go and collect it i am far from that place.

                                  Then i chat with Zomato they assured a call back in 24 hrs and Refund along with Compensation, but even after 7 days i neither got a call or no response to emails sent to [protected]@zomato.com

                                    I had ordered the an onion pizza and classic combo- Non veg. The order was of 271 Rs. I ordered the above food item on 3rd September at 11:46 AM. After that I got a call from Domios that the order cannot be delivered as the can't go at this moment. I requested them as I orders for someone's birthday but they said that they cannot deliver and later that on second call they told it is zomatos fault and they have to cancel it from their end as dominos has already cancelled it.I told the domino's associate that the order is pending so they behaved very rudely and cut the line. After few hours I found that the order is still showing as getting prepared on application. As there is no option to call zomato hence I contacted through chat. Three times in the span of 24 hours they told me to call dominos which i told I already did so they said it will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. Please check the screenshot of the untrained zomato associated who are writing contradictory statement to me on the chats. Today is 5th and still the order is showing getting prepared and the order is not even cancelled so how can I expect my money. I dont trust them. Please refund my money back .

                                      I am a zomato customer. I have ordered chinese food from r p chinese foods, netaji subhash place, pitampura. I have received completely spoiled and stale food which had a foul smell and some of them were uncooked and were having a really bad smell.                                         Irrelevant answer provided by customer team that your address is wrong delivery guy make it address but couldn't find your address. I was used to order on same address with zomato, this time they saying its wrong address. Pathetic customer service. They have bug in their application.

                                        They have support on chat but how they call personally cancel the order.
