I ordered scwzchwen fried rice in lucky restaurant i got poor quality of food worst in taste literally horrible i asked zomato to compensate with other food but denied.. At last even i found some hair in that food and got irritated threw it in dustbin and complained eegarding this but there was no response till now and 116 is not a big amount but i want it anyhow because zomato was very irresponsible and tested my patience

    I have ordered prepaid a cake, but i didn't got delievery and delivery boy switched off his phone, neither zomatao customer care responding, they are cheating badly, please do something, they are really theif.
    Mmy ordder id is [protected].
    Evrytime doing same, pls take a neccsary action.
    We are not millaniore so that we r throwing money on road.
    This zomato a big brand, i am quite shock how they can stole money like that.
    I mean thhey did not delivered order and mentioned it delivered, ridiculous it is.
    Any how i want refund and want to file case against that boy

      I have ordered on Zomato. (Using current location) . The restaurent have accepted my order. The delivery boy picked up my order and called us and told that the delivery address is long and he would conform after seeing the location again. The order has been cancelled by him. He didn't reach me . I was waiting for refund. And I contacted the chat support they said that my money was charged penalty for wrong address.

      They were not ready to refund our money.

      So at last for their mistake I had to pay penality.

      I don't understand without reaching my address how come he can say mine is wrong adres6s. Many of my friends order to the same address and the Zomato delivered for them.

      I need my money back. I am not ready to pay money for your mistake.

        I ordered a takeout from a restaurant called the night factory on the 15th of august, 2019. My order number is [protected]. The order was never delivered as the restaurant refused to deliver. But is showing as delivered. I spoke with a zomato executive and was assured that the refund will be executed by the end of this current billing cycle. However, neither the refund came nor is zomato providing any help on this matter. I just spoke to another executive and was told that nothing can be done about this now.

        I want a refund by tomorrow or else i will be forced to escalate this further to consumer court.

        Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

          On 28th august i ordered 1 black forest cake (Total amount - 751.00) from zomato (Mr jain bakery & more), i had cancelled my order quickly before packing of product due to some mistake in address location and send them mail on [protected]@zomato.com. Then they give me reply on mail and saying there is no such policy for refund. What is the joke, if i not taken that order how i can liable for pay the amount of 751.
          Please have a look into issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

            We made payment for the order via google pay in zomato app on 28th august 6.33 pm ist, but the order is not confirmed.

            Payment was successful and amount got debited from my account.
            But zomato still shows payment as incomplete. Can you please check asap?

              I placed an order through zomato in sri sankara vilas, brdipet, guntur for an order of rs. 117.00 on 29th aug 2019 at 1.51 p. M. Money was deducted from my account through debit card, but order was not showing in zomato, instead came as transaction denied and was redirected to the confirm order page.. Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account

                I've ordered food from zomata online food app, wherein i received the food wasn't cooked properly and rice hasn't boiled properly. I've raised this issue with zomato, but they refund only 90rs and convey their apologies and customer care executive, the person was so rude while converse with me.                   Hi,
                  I made an order on zomato and after a while i checked with zomato that i haven't received my order. Zomato representative tried to contact restaurant but restaurant was not responsive and zomato asked me wait. I then called restaurant and they said they have rejected the order. They never called me and zomato representative also was not able to reach the restaurant. The order amount is around 2700 and i want my money back which is with zomato.
                  I have attached one screenshot where zomato asked me to wait and now after this mistake of zomato, they are not returning money.

                    I have ordered the food from zomato app and
                    I have mentioned the jain food but i got non-jain food on 11th august 2019.
                    My order i'd is [protected]
                    Thereafter i contacted to zomato support and they said they'll refund cash in my bank account in 5-7 working days but they didn't refund my cash
                    And then i have sent a mail to @[protected]@zomatocd. Zendesk.com
                    And they are saying we'll not refund you cash
                    As i have attached the photo.

                    I booked food order but some technical issue book late so I did booked again so after. Two orders. Booked that's why two Oders cancel but refund not return until pls kindly see this issues. My orders cancel nos [protected]...[protected]

                      I am a regular customer of zomato, the online food delivery service. Although i had chosen to ignore shortcomings in their service in the past, i humbly seek redressal of the 3 grievances mentioned below as disservice to the customer seems to have become the norm with zomato, rather than exception.
                      1 - order placed on 17th july 2017 : there was food spillage but zomato's response was that "we cannot fix what happened, we fail sometimes but give us another opportunity to serve" to which i replied back but there was no response

                      2- order on 28th july 2019 :
                      While ordering i was unable to apply the promo code and hence lost 40% discount. I wanted to cancel the order but there is no cancel button so i tried chatting with their cs rep but the window did not open for a long time, by which time the restaurant had started to prepare the order. Also, their cs helpline is not published anywhere. Again, the response to my email was unempathetic and failed to acknowledge their shortcomings

                      3- order placed on 1st aug 2019 :
                      Condiments were missing so i chatted with their cs exec online. The exec was least helpful, refused to disclose his name, refused to pass on my complaint to the supervisor and did not provide any resolution other than asking me to write a bad review on the restaurant so that other customers could be alerted. What a waste of my precious time and money!!!

                      I have raised the above concerns with zomato but i felt failed as they did not seem to care about either understanding or resolving the issue. All i received were "cold" standard "cut and paste" responses from their unempathetic staff. I would be happy to share the emails and chat screenshots.
                      Looking forward to your fair hearing and redressal.

                        I have received a call from zomato food order ([protected]) that dealer asked debit card details, we are unexpectedly given details, within 5min my accounted is fully transferred to cirtus pat etailng account mumbai from indian bank chennai
                        First amount - 88₹
                        Second - 16000
                        Third - 900
                        So please take a legal action
                        And we need support to avoid this situation

                          I am Milan Umesh Dave
                          I am a zomato gold member,
                          i am supposed to get 1+1 food in hotel,
                          When i said to hotel people (Hotel Nirvana Thakur Village) they said Zomato gold is not applicable on Platters, thali and Combos, .
                          And during my staytime in hotel, I called customer care I did not find proper resolution.
                          I called the manager too, but he also refused to give benefit of Zomato Gold.

                          I got billed for 2 Chole bhature instead of one.
                          I don't know whether it's whose mistake but I got billed.

                          After going home i mailed a complaint to zomato gold email id, they said they have taken strict step and when i asked that whether i will get benefit of what you have stated in zomato gold membership, they are are not responding.

                          I dont know what to do so i am posting my complaint here.

                            I have placed an order with Zomato with Order # [protected] and it has been more than a day and a half that I have reported the issue on Twitter, but somehow, nobody at Zomato seem to care! The order was supposed to contain "A sunny Thali to beat all kinds of blues! Enjoy our delicious, zingy lemon rice with some authentic Sambar, subtle Masala Aloo, two fulfilling rotis and fresh onion salsa" - but what I have received was a joke of it. Neither Have I received the "Masala Aloo, onion salsa and rotis" as quoted, but the lemon rice that I have received was a joke. I have immediately taken pictures and have sent on twitter. I still have the pictures if you want! I was sick in bed when I ordered and it just added to my day! I had no response from Zomato from so far! and they do not even have a customer care number to talk to anyone about what went wrong and there is no response when I tried to reach them on twitter! I at least should know how to go about reaching to someone about what I have paid for!

We have ordered a ice cream at the time of 10 clck, but the guy is waited for 5 minutes, the mobile is silent, cant able to pick the call at last the guy was left the place and again we are trying to call the person... He came and behaved very rude with us like why you delivered very late and not picking the call.
                              But the guy, who was discuss with me was rude behavior and as a girl who was waited for the place in front of the pg in mallleswaram, every one was bad with bad words and i cant able to talk with him. Really i was shamed infront of everyone, cant able to bear that moment.

                              Kindly please take care of this canditate who delivered the ordered should have to be replaced as of now... Its is very much heartful condolence of me...

                                I did an online payment of rs 373 for my food (Including rs 5 tip to the delivery guy and rs 20 for longer distance convenience fee). 10 minutes after ordering, the delivery guy calls me and says that he will not deliver the food because it is far. I requested him and told him that i am about to leave house for an emergency and my mother is waiting in home. I also told him that i have paid the convenience fees of rs 20 and tipped him rs 5 as well. He still denies at my face and disconnected the call.

                                Now, i started chatting with the customer service guy and after a long struggle of 15 min he tells me that food cannot be delivered because of long distance issue.

                                Now i asked him to refund my money back and he says me that you have to call the driver and ask him to cancel the order to get the refund. I called the driver and asked him to cancel the order from his end and the driver again denied stating that he is not able to cancel the order from his end.

                                I again had a chat with the customer service guy and this time he tells me that he can not do anything. I will only get the refund if the driver cancels the order. If zomato will cancel the order from their end then i will be charged the cancelletion fee.

                                I have taken the screen shots of the detail conversation that happened with zomato customer service. I need to know whom to contact and resolve this issue.

                                I have few questions for zomato:
                                1. Why you guys accepted my order when you have such a mega plan of denying the service
                                2. Why you charged the convenience fees of rs 20 for long distance
                                3. Why you hire such unprofessional people in the customer service team if they are not able to reslove such a minor issue.
                                4. Don't you provide any training to your customer service executives.
                                5. Do you hire anyone who wants to be a delivery guy?

                                I am currently in a bus and my mom was waiting for the food. I trusted this guy to deliver the food on time. I didn't even get the money i paid for the food. I want to raise this issue in every platform possible along with the screen shots of the detailed conversation with the delivery executives.

                                Zomato should be ashamed of harrassing your customers in such a way.

                                  I had placed a Zomato order from eat.fit on 21 Aug for a bowl of Thai Curry. The Thai curry had spilled from the bowl and into the sealed packet, and was dripping from the side of the packet too. I raised a complaint with Zomato support and they apologized and said they would refund it in Zomato credits. I informed them that I was unwell and would prefer if they could have the order sent again instead of refunding because I had to take medication....

                                  I ordered a cake on 21st August, 2019 for my friend's birthday but it was delivered in horrible state, being spilled all over the box.

                                  On sharing the picture of cake with the customer support, I was told that payment will be reversed in 4-5 business days and 100.85 credits will be added in zomato wallet. But its been more than 7 days, I have neither received the payment nor credits have been added wallet.

                                  Kindly look into the issue and initiate payment reversal at the earliest.

                                    Mein zomato bahut use karta hu but muze is bar bahut kharab experience mila hai. 1 he hotel wala 3 hotel ke nam se food de raha hai. Ye galat hai aur bill muze dusre he hotel ka de raha hai. Aur zomato ise ignore kr raha raha hai. Please legally action. Nahi to mein police complaint kar dunga. Food quality bhi acha nahi tha. Aur ye to bahut bada fraud kar raha hai. Please isee ligaly action karo. Muze ye acha lag he nahi raha aise tipe ka fraud ho raha hai.

                                      I had ordered food from zomato yesterday and the employee who came to deliver was very rude and behaved inappropriately. Even though we paid him for the food he threatened me. Tonight at around 12 he came with other zomato bikes and threw stones at my car and broke the rear glass of the car as well as the side glass. We are filing a complaint against him as this is sheer act of violence.
