I have ordered in Zomato on August 22nd 2019 in Vijayawada. The delivery executive said that he will not be able to delivery the food as his bike got punctured. Till 1 at midnight it is not delivered but by morning the status is delivered. I haven't received the food. Marked mail to Zomato haven't received any update till now and amount got deducted from my account and no refund done.

    I ordered from zomato online (Order no.[protected]) i applied promo code (Zoamto) and i was shown an amount of rs.87.56 on my order and i decided to order as i checked and went for online payment the promo code got cancelled or something and i was charged a more amount of rs. 134! I tried cancelling the order and processing refund and again order it from the same place but support said cannot be cancelled. I elaborated on the promo code issue they ended up saying apply on next order. The code was showing invalid for few seconds but again was applied successfully. I want my promo code amount back it went invalid while checking and i was charged more by your system fault! Please co-operate

    action was taken! but the refund was initiated via UPI but due to technical issues the process was abondaned. the service guy told me it will refunded directly into your bank account within 72 hours. waiting for it!

      Hi,

      I was having issue with my zomato order no. [protected].

      When i raised this issue to zomato support, i have received really bad replies from zomato support person.
      He/she did not even bothered to understand the situation and was making sarcastic comments on my situation.
      This behaviour is strongly not acceptable from support person with customers.

      Kindly look into this issue.

        I ordered food through zomato app from dildar, madhapur hyderabad. The food delivered was filled with worms in the rice. Inspite of registering a complaint with zomato support, i was not even refunded my full amount. The restaurant was rated 4.2 and had marked as good quality hygiene. This is highly unacceptable. This is feeding dangerous food through reliable brands like you. This is a real shame, as being big brand like you, you don’t even take proper action against this kind of incidend. This need immediate escalation and the restaurnt being de listed from your app.

          On friday i have ordered 1 big-8 and 1 hot & crispy chicken from kfc through zomato. The hot & crispy chicken is missing from that order. I have called the kfc regarding this and they said call zomato. Then i informed them through their support option. The thing is they never respond. It's not the first time this has happened, most of the time it happens, they never respond to anything. Now even they removed their contact number. So only option it through chat and they are not responding chat 😠😠😠.

          Even the given kfc no is not working.

          Is there any fraud going on there? Earlier they cheated by saying you didn't respond to our delivery person so your order has been cancelled. As it was prepared so there is no refund. Now they are asking card details including CVV number. What the hell is that??

          I have got several fraud calls from Zomato and they are asking card details, asking for link my number for UPI return. They sent activation link and asked me to forward it, so that they can use it.

          They are not return my money but try to cheat me 😠

          Please do something

          I raised the complain to the customer care through chat and mail. They are not responding at all. They just cheat the customers and enjoying like that. There should be some action needed to be taken against them.

            I am writing this email to bring to your attention the appalling customer service i have received. If you are not aware, your chat lines are in severe lack of customer service. All they do is provide information which is already available, barely willing to help, and when you ask more question they just give the final verbatim and disconnect the chat.

            I am shocked to know how apathetic you guys are to your customers concern who brings you revenue. I feel like banging my head against the wall talking to your customer support agents. I ordered my food an hour ago and the status showed that the valet is reaching the restaurant. The status remained the same for good 30 mins. When i contacted the i was told that the valet be delivering food shortly, he is delayed because of traffic. Traffic at 1:30 am?? I dont think so! Then he tried contacting the valet and the call was unanswered. He could not contact the valet and did not have any confirmation if i will get my food or not, and yet he advised to wait 15 mins for my food. When i asked further question he disconnected the chat.

            Then the second agent got connected. I demanded to speak to the manager and he ignored my response. He stated and assured me that my food will be with me within 15 mins (It has been more than an hour). Before i could respond he disconnected the chat as well.

            Then the third agent said that the valet is about to reach the restaurant and will be delivering my food shortly. I asked for the manager again and my request was ignored. Again, he repeated the same story "valet not reachable, allow 15 mins, etc", by that time i was sure that y food is not going to arrive, and so did the agent i think because he offered me to reject the order so i should get refund.

            I know i had no choice i asked him to refund me but still wished to speak to a manager. By this time, i must have requested for a manager for about 8-1 times and i was denied everytime. I am your customer and it is my right to speak to a higher authority if my query is not resolved. This agent took ages to respond to my queries, and i had been chatting with human form bots for about an hour just to get a satisfactory resolution and to speak to a manager. I wanted a manager to know how inefficient their system and their employees are. But guess what? This chat disconnected my chat as well!!

            So you can imagine what i have been through. I want action taken against all of these guys and i want an email with the details. I also want to be compensated for all the trouble that you have given me. I wont settle until i get a resolution to this and the agents are reprimanded. I know my rights and i know channels to escalate. Zomato as it is in very trouble grounds, i dont think you want to make it worse.

              I was subjected to verbal abuse by a zomato delivery agent. Zomato delivery agents in general are untrained and have no knowledge of how to deal with customers. This agent in particular even abused my wife and children.

              I hope they will take strict action against this delivery person named mohammad. I await your feedback in this matter.

                Hello there

                I have ordered four rabdis from zomato, harilal restaurant patna, on 19th august. And when we have tasted it was sour in taste like lemon and stinks like rotten eggs.

                I have mailed zomato to take serious action against the restaurant and to refund my money as soon as possible.

                Other than that i have also told the customer executive and even mentioned in my mail that if you want you can send anybody from your side or restaurant's side to confirm about the rotten rabdis.

                But zomato didn't take any serious action and credited only rs28 in my zomato wallet.

                I have paid rs112 and have also used the promo code first50 but unfortunately i didn't get the fresh food. I lost my money and also the promo code.

                This is what zomato do every time to their customers.

                It's been more ten days since I have placed the order but still zomato has not solved my problem and didn't even refund my ₹112. This is very very ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour by zomato and their so called restaurants.

                  Zomato is send everytime the opened food item broken spilled everytime saying the same thing not doing anything against it.. Even after so many complain.. Fauding and stealing money... No help fromthem.. Issue not resolved.. Everytime getting same response from them.. Pore food qaulity too... Kindly take action against them or refund my money.. Stealing my money everytime like this..

                    By mistake i placed order of wrong food item. So immediately i cancelled the order. Within a minute, order was cancelled still i got to know that refund was not initiated. I complained on zomato chat and by sending an email. But instead of providing refund, i got the reply as per new policy, we can't refund the amount. This is really disappointing. Customers should be aware about the new policies if policies are changed. And it is unfair to charge whole amount as cancellation charges. Before cancellation, zomato should notify user that money will not be refunded if order will be cancelled. So this way, zomato is cheating with customers. I would not have cancelled the order if i was aware about the same. I am going to stop ordering from zomato app. But i want that strict action to be taken on zomato.

                      Firstly delivery boy was badly drunked... And he refuses to come to my floor... Then i ask him to cancel my order if he will not be come upstairs... After that he speedily come on my floor and abusing me badly and then he scimmage on me... It will be the question of my integrity and right... He was drunken very badly... I am unable to sleep after this incident take place... And he also threaten me... This is the wrost experience i ever have... I never in feature use the zomato app... I lost believe on zomato after this incident..

                          This is to register that i had ordered veg biryani from eat fir and received non veg biryani with a cover naming veg biryani. This is really annoying as i am a vegetarian person. How can zomato repent the act or how the restro will be fined for for this nuisance. On the occasion of janmasthami i have got this fake order. The restro seems to be so much into money making, that they don't even care for religion, choice of food and wrong delivery. I am a jain by birth and this act has really hurted my religious beliefs which i have been stringently following from 33 years.

                            I have been ordered chicken soup from malaya restaurent for 89. 52 rupees, suddenly i cancelled since i orderd cash on delivery, and no cash in my hand, i suddenly cancelled. And zomato finagled my 89. 52 rupees as cancellation fee, this is some kind of looting and fooling the customers.
                            I am a regular customer of zomato. No fault from my part yet. So this is considered to be a cheating and fraudulent from zomato. At least half the amount will be resaonable.

                              I have order today from kevinters my amount was debited twice and no food was received. When i checked my order status it was showing that self pickup has been chosen. I tried to contact both zomato delivery partner and keventers but zomato do not have the contact number and chat was not responded properly and keventers was not receiving the call. After sometime without picking up the order both order has been marked the picked up. I try to contact zomato chat support several times but they were very unprofessional and they stop chat without closing the words with me and i try to open it many times but no proper response has been received. I ordered my food at 8 o'clock and at 12 o'clock at night they are asking me to go and receive the food. I ask them to delay refund the one food order amount and the other order i will pick up by tomorrow but they are not ready for anything. I request refund my order amount

                                On july 28th, placed an order through zomato app. For a few items with cream centre in coimbatore. One of the items was channa bhatura. Cream centre called me up to say that i should place a separate order for bhatura as channa bhatura does not include bhatura!! I felt that this ridiculous and cancelled the order. But before cancelling i asked zomato re. Cancellation charges. Neither call centre nor the chat person could provide any clarity.
                                Now they are not refunding the sum of rs.1040.

                                My emails do not solicit proper responses and they have stopped replying my mails in the last 18 days.
                                They are not even refunding gst (As items were not billed), packing charges (As items were not packed) and delivery charges (As items were not delivered)

                                  I ordered on 14th aug... First the deliver guy called me and said restaurant doesn't have my order so to cancel my order... And after one hour a got a message that my food is delivered but i did not recieved... I called the delivery guy n he said he delivered it to someone else n i should talk to tomato.. He hung up on me yelling... From 14th august i wrote many mails but did not received any reply from tomato. I don't know what to do and this is the last mail i m writing to anyone now. Their service is pathetic.. Their delivery guys eat the food themselves and mark it delivered... And when the customer tries to approach tomato support,.. They don't reply.

                                    I ordered two pizza (Peppy paneer (1 x ₹494) and farmhouse (1 x ₹395) total amount is rs. 933 (Including gst of rs. 44.45) from dominos (Plot 69, ground floor, opposite mother dairy, pandav nagar, new delhi-110092) on 15 august 2019 around 9:00pm.
                                    My order number is : [protected]. The amount of rs. 933 already paid on the time of ordering.
                                    The issue is that i didn't receive my order even mr. Arun kumar (Delivery boy) who supposed to deliver my order, didn't contact me and the status was shown the order has been delivered (But i didn't get my order) and they didn't give me contact number of mr. Arun kumar and the contact number of dominos that shown on zomato page doesn’t exist.
                                    After that i also contact with zomato through mail ([protected]@zomatocd. Zendesk.com) on same date that is 15 august but i didn’t receive any reply from them and i also send them another two mails (On 16 and 18 august) regarding my issue but till i didn't get any reply from them. Now you are requested to take a serious action towards this matter and refund my money that i paid for the order.

                                      I had ordered from a restaurant via zomato app. The order was of rupees 758. The restaurant cancelled the order but the amount was deducted from my account. Even after notifying them more than a 6 times on the zomato help service, my refund has not been initiated yet. It has been more than a month now. I am tired of contacting the zomato help service.

                                      And you team isn't doing anything about it So iresponsible.
