Order id number-[protected], ordered food from zomato latter on while feasting we found bugs in it. Report was informed to zomato via chat/ mail/call but in return they told me that it will not happen again.

My brother also got fainted after having that foul food. Told zomato team that kindly help in connecting to hotel but they denied and close my ticket with an sorry mail

Kindly help in taking strict action...

I have ordered from atlantic food court from agra id-[protected] but they charge the amount and in return they mailed me that they are not going to refund my amount with an excuse that your phone is not reachable. This side bhupender kumar from delhi. I had placed an order today. My order id si [protected]. I forgot to put promo code when i was ordering. Promo code was zomatonew, and a discount show of rs 100. But the payment has done without a discount. I'm a new user and i do not have to use it. So let me refund my money or give me a 100 rupee credits in my zomato account.

Don't buy anything from zamoto as we have cancelled the order and they raised panalty of the same amount of the order in the next order which is hoorible as they are just getting money by doing such.. Customers are getting fooled only...

I cannot accept your logic at all of zomato not supporting the cancellation of the orders. As much as if your cancellation charges were minimal, it would still be justifiable. But a cancellation...

This is regards to my order ([protected])from green and olives through zomato. For some reason I had to cancel my order and zomato accepted cancellation and charged me penalty without informing. They should have not allowed me to cancel it. I called the restaurant and they told zomato guy tool the order. This means zomato delivery boy used my food.

Zomato is fraud and biggest cheater. ###. Dont order from here please...

But i didnot got my refund for order.

I had ordered 3 shawarma from zomato on 17th july 2019 (Hit & run restaurant) after booking order i called up to delivery boy & he reject the delivery due to some issue with his bike, we even put on chat to arrange new person for delivery but there is no positive response we received this process took 1 & half hour but we didn't revived single response from zomato as i spend 497.50 rs which was debited we also trying to call customer care...

I have ordered food from zomato and provided my address and paid bill as well. They never mentioned that i have to provide inspection to delivery boy about my location.in app it mentioned it was indicating my location properly so i didn't bother much. Later i see that my order got cancelled mentioning i was not present at site. It is clear indication that delivery boy purposefully didn't deliver my food. They are not refunding my money also....

Hi Zomato Team,
I have ordered medium size pizza from and received regular size pizza and I have already sent mail to Zomato support team and provided all required details and pic. Also sent two chaser mails and it's been almost 48 hrs I haven't received any response from Zomato.
It's totally mistake from Zomato and I have to suffer now.
