Zomato i placed orders three times, due to upi issue payemt failue, all money deducted, but only one order money refunded, but other two nort refunded, when i contacted customer care, assured money will be refunded, but now ther r telling cant be refunded.
Three orders placed, upi payment failed at last, money deducted, so i kept one, and cancelled other two, but assured money refund, now telling now refund

Updated by pradosh mallik i also called resturant and customer care not to process more than one order which is placed in my name. only process one order. if food is prepared why i was not informed and not tryied delivery of my two oredered.
