Delivery didn’t came to my place, neither he rang the door bell and now zomato is saying is we will neither refund money nor provide the food.
Secondly after waiting for long i called zomato delivery man, he said he was not able to find my address so he is going back to lucky bakery to return the box.

I called lucky bakery, he confirmed that he handed over the box back to him.

If i don't require that eatables why would i pay in advance.

    I have ordered food from zomato at 1.32 pm 27th july 2019, but it was not delivered. I called valet person. He was not taking up the calls and even disconnected sometimes. I got calls from zomato saying they are unable to reach the restaurant but when i spoke to the restaurant"good bowl" they confirmed that the order is ready. Also, whenever i got the call from zomato it got disconnected in less than a minute. I am attaching screenshots which has call logs in which i called the zomato valet and the other screenshot has the order id and other details related to order. I am not able to reach zomato chat support as well.

    I tried calling zomato customer care whole day by there was no response over call or on chat. And now the food which i never got is showing as delivered after 10 hours. Please find the screenshot attached.

    Why am i not able to speak to customer care on chat.
    Why does it show that it has high amount of credit activity based on dispute, is that my fault. I order on daily basis and if the order is not fulfilled, you guys cannot block or stop my conversation to chat support.

    This is really very unethical and wrong which is done by zomato. I have been using zomato since long time and minium of one order is placed daily from my mobile. I am really disappointed with the service i have got today.

      On 23 july, 2019, i ordered a pizza from pizza cafeteria, firozpur, worth rs. 828 and payed the money via paytm upi id

      My order number is : [protected]

      And then due to lack of enough cheese burst pizza bases the restaurant's zomato operator told me to cancel the order myself and i canceled it, now the payment was not returned to my paytm upi account (As it was canceled from my app).
      I tried to contact zomato on this issue and their response was, "that once the order gets accepted/prepared/dispatched we do not support cancellation as we have to compensate our delivery partner as well as restaurant partner".
      In this case, i did not cancel the order on my own wish, i did this because the restaurant told me to because they said they didn't have the food that i ordered. So kindly return the money back as it was restaurant's zomato operator's fault that he couldn't arrange the pizza as per my order.

        I have been continuously targeted 4 times in a row.
        There is an unknown transaction made from my paytm wallet by zomato, where totaling approx. Rs2, 188 has been deducted from the past 3 months.
        I feel so insecure after been theft by such a big trusted digital platform like paytm and zomato.
        But unfortunately, no help/ response is been provided till date by either paytm or zomato.
        My paytm complaint no. Is[protected].
        Zomato does not even bother to have a decent customer care number where i could even register my complaint.
        I want my hard-earned money back, or i shall further go to consumer court and social media to seek justice.

          I have ordered the food at 12:45 am today, paid online, initially shown in 10 mins your order will deliver but after 2 hrs it's showing your order is delivered even though i didn't receive the food below are the oder details. Zomato is cheating customers and looting there money. Can someone help me to file a case against zomato.

            My registered contact no. Is [protected] and the complaint which i had is that my account is been closed sing suspicious behavior is been done on zomato which is totally wrong
            Actually i had ordered food and was spilled off completely when it came to me so there's refunded me the amount and later blocked my account
            So i request to check in for the same and provide me a better resolution as soon as possible

              I placed an order via zomato on the 23rd of july and paid via card (Order number [protected]). After a while, the app showed that my order has been delivered, while in reality i hadn't received any order. I immediately called the restaurant and they said that the food had been picked up by the delivery valet. On contacting zomato support via chat, they informed me that it would take 24-48 hours for their team to get back to me. However, it's been more than three days and they still haven't contacted me.

              I keep asking zomato on chat to refund my order and they keep delaying by saying the team will take a couple of hours to solve the problem. It's pretty much a scam at this point. Their delivery valets can just say that they have delivered the order and zomato doesn't verify whether it's true or not. All they do is steal hard earned money from customers.

              All i want is for them to refund my money but they refuse to even respond. Absolutely despicable company with shady business practices.

                I ordered food and delivery boy said you are unresponsive and denied for delivery. For starting he was not interested to deliver my order he said location is so far. After confirmation of my order i called him for confirmtion of delivery.
                Then he stated wrong thing and zomato charged full value of order as penalty inspite of no fault of me.

                I will never expect this thing from zomato as i was using your app from a very long time but you did wrong thing.

                Thanks for not trusting your customer and open my eyes that you are not a brand, you were like local person who simply extract money from customers.

                  Yesterday i ordered a chocolate trufle cake from a bakery through zomato for my friend priyank raheja and i did not wanted any name on that cake and i didn't specified to write but there was mamta written on top of it which actually ruined the surprise and it is not what i expected from zomato very bad service so i want my money back because of bad service provided by zomato.

                    Hi,

                    I had ordered, biryani from 'behrouz biryani' which i was paid from my card.
                    I wasing checking the status of my order and it was showing awaiting confirmation from restaurant. After some time i received message that your has been cancelled from restaurant.

                    I had chat with the zomato customer center and they are not giving any clear idea about my refund of cancelled order.

                    Kindly refund my amount rs. 562.79

                        Zomato is making fool in dhar they tell 50% on first five order but they gave 30% on only first order they are making public fool why zomato is making fool? And if anybody make an order by mistake and they cancel it in 2 min so why they are making charge for cancel an order. May be zomato think dhar is small place so no body make an complaint against them.

                          Zomato people have eaten my food. The delivery boy came empty handed and went. Away. He has eaten my food. He has spoked bad words to me. He is very bad person refund the amount. The security guard asked him to go to 301. But he refused to go. Delivery boy is lying. He is telling lie that he came he has not come because he found this opportunity to grab the food as i was very busy with my small sons issie in his stomoch and tisdue. There was fmall accident for my son. And he never called me aslo. When i called him also he didnot respond properly. I need my money back. He could have given the food to security guard of the building. He doesnot want yo deliver. He doesnot have clear intent. I am waiting for the delivery he was i rejected it never came to given address and i was there at the address. If you come and knock the door. He knows where to go but he never came. Hd illegally eaten my food and updated zomato wrongly. Where is such terms and condition that hecshould cancel. All the time zomato wallet comes and knock the door and delivers but yesterday he didnot want to deliver the food that was bad intension.

                            Hey,
                            I ordered domino's pizza (Order no. 252) online from zomato (Order id. [protected])
                            I didnt get any pizza from domino's, i have raised a issue at customer care also but restaurant didnt responded to even customer care. Even i also tried to contact restaurant for so many times.
                            At last they received my call at 1.15am and gave siilly reasons for not delivering the order.
                            I request to please note this complaint against domino's.

                              Hi,

                              My issue is regarding zomato order id [protected].

                              The following are my concerns:

                              1. The driver dint make to my place and asked me to return the order saying that he wont be able to make it and the money will be refunded. Here his intention was to eat the food himself which i later realized.
                              2. The refund dint happen so i asked him to give my food. He asked me to speak to the zomato customer care. I did the same and your cc executive assured me that my food will be delivered after having a word with the delivery guy. (Screenshot attached)
                              3. After this i called up the delivery guy and asked him to deliver the order to which he said he is far away and will come only if i pay for his petrol.
                              4. I communicated the same to your cc executive.

                              5. I am a type 2 diebebetic and needed food to take my medicine. I called up the delivery guy and he said he is going to subway restaurant to take the order. The time was 2.00 am. He was lying as the food was with him.

                              6. Later he dint picked up my call all night.

                              7. Later at around 3.15 am i felt weak and had to go to my nearby hospital to get my sugar level and body checkups done at my own expense. It came below the normal level and was a health concern. Then i took some biscuits in order to take my medicine.

                              This is the service which zomato is providing? I can go to the next level and have the issue escalated to the extreme but as this was the fault of the delivery guy i hope i would not be doing that.

                              Fyi, kindly go through the chat conversation between me and your cc executive to know the details.

                              Now tell me the following things:

                              1. What action is being taken by zomato against the delivery guy. Your cc executive too was annoyed over the delivery guy and promised me that you people will take strict action.
                              2. What remedy you have for my mental and financial agony and health issues which could have been much severe if i dint took my medicine being a type 2 diabetic.

                              Zomato is not replying to my query.

                              Awaiting a quick and appropriate reply.

                                I have canceled a order on 24 th july 2019. I informed to zomato customer care in chat and mail but they didn't responded to me about this issue. I have not received amount yet. With this negligence i am facing lot of problems. When i mailed to them they told within 48 he's we will concern your issue and respond but till so far they didnt called me or resigned to me. This is just business app not for safety for users. Even customer care numbers nit available anywhere either website or zomato app. Please concern my issue and solve as early as possible

                                  I have canceled a order on 24 th july 2019 at 01.01 pm. I have not received amount yet. I emailed and messaged my compliment also but they did not responded to me yet. With this negligence i am facing a lot of problems. Customer care number also not displayed on appointment website like other online apps. This donation food delivery app is very business app not for safety while using this app. It is not wlfare to customers they think only business. I emailed my never and order id also but they didnot respond so far. Please resolve this issue as early as possible sir

                                    Hi informed many times when food is spoiled you guys accept it as an apologize and refund the money and than block the customer without no reason can you please tell if no fault or quilty found why you guys refund and block without customer knowledge

                                      I was unnecessary charged for my order which was cancelled.
                                      The restaurant called me and told me that the food i ordered was not available with them. So i had to cancel the order.
                                      Later zomato is unnecessary charging me for that order which was not at all available at the restaurant and which they claim to have been cancelled.

                                      Worst food delivery app. They should be banned for such customer service.

                                        I have recording of the chat with the restaurant owner he had committed that he hadn't started prepared the food still you are saying that we are unable to process the refund of the order that u placed. Now i have witness and proof which states restaurant hadn't started preparing the food still you have wrongly and illegally deducted the price by declaring the reason that restaurant had started preparing the food and which have thoroughly proved that you have wrongly and unethically deducted the price. I want the full refund otherwise in that condition i will file a p. I. L in the jhajjar consumer court. Because if restaurant have prepared the food and it is wasted then u are eligible but restaurant clearly said that "भाई आपने आर्डर तभी कैंसिल कर दिया था इसीलिए मैंने किचन में आगे फॉरवर्ड ही नही किया आपका आर्डर".

                                        And when i asked him he said bro even zomato will ask i will confirm them that "कि मैंने ऑर्डर आगे दिया ही नही था कि आपका खाना बनने से पहले ही कैंसलेशन रिक्वेस्ट आ गयी"".
