On 23 july, 2019, i ordered a pizza from pizza cafeteria, firozpur, worth rs. 828 and payed the money via paytm upi id

And then due to lack of enough cheese burst pizza bases the restaurant's zomato operator told me to cancel the order myself and i canceled it, now the payment was not returned to my paytm upi account (As it was canceled from my app).
I tried to contact zomato on this issue and their response was, "that once the order gets accepted/prepared/dispatched we do not support cancellation as we have to compensate our delivery partner as well as restaurant partner".
In this case, i did not cancel the order on my own wish, i did this because the restaurant told me to because they said they didn't have the food that i ordered. So kindly return the money back as it was restaurant's zomato operator's fault that he couldn't arrange the pizza as per my order.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
