This is regarding the zomato order id: [protected] which was placed on 15th july 2019, order amount inr 256/-
I have neither received the order nor the refund and its been now 15 days that i am chasing with pathetic zomato email support for this with no luck.
After waiting for around 45 minutes for my order to get delivered, i got the message that my order has been cancelled.
Note, that it was a prepaid order, delivery boy collected it from the restaurant however didn't delivered to me.
When i have contacted the zomato chat support i have been told that your order has been cancelled due to wrong address.
I am still wondering that how my address could be incorrect (Its my home address, which is saved in my profile) when i have got many successful deliveries in past from zomato itself.
In the email response i have been told that 'if the order gets cancelled due to wrong user address then a cancellation charge is levied'.
1) it was not a wrong address (Why would i provide a wrong address for an prepaid order?).
2) i have not cancelled the order, so why would i face the charges.
So i am not accepting this and would need the amount to be refunded with compensation. This is my hard earned money and i would not let anyone steal it from me either its a small amount or big...

Complaint marked as Resolved Zomato team contacted me and I briefed them about the issue, they agreed with my point that address was correct. As earlier orders were delivered on the same address successfully. I have received the amount as Zomato Credits .. Thanks..
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I placed an order yesterday evening on Zomato but the order was never delivered.I was kept waiting till 11PM and there was no response from Zomato.
I want my refund of rs312/-and compensation for waiting time.
