I place on order on 2:51 am at 1 aug 2019 on pizza tune restaurant in ahmedabad. The restaurant manager was accepted my order, and i received notification of your food has been prepared. I have already waited 30 min to receive my food, after 30 min i have one call with zomato he asked me to your order has been canceled because the restaurant is closed. How it's possible, if the restaurant is closed then who is accepted my order in pizza tune restaurant.
I do chat with customer support at 4:00 am. He asked me to order has been automatically accepted but if order automatically accepted then why that restaurant is online on zomato store.
Zomato guy was a conference call with me and restaurant manager, and restaurant manager asked me we are accepting orders but delivery boy does not come on time so that we canceled your order and call was disconnected by zomato centre. So who is the right guy to ask me zomato or restaurant manager?
I have such a very bad experience with zomato and pizza tune restaurant because of him behavior zomato guy ask me to i will you the coupon in for that issue so avoid that. He tried to take bribe. How rood behavior of zomato support guy.
I never recommend placing an order on pizza tune restaurant. Also, suggest to zomato management team, he needs to check it out of how zomato employee was playing with the customer.
Here no matter about cancelation here matter about time. He wested my 1 hour and i am very hungry on that night.
