Are you guys # with me?? Been 15days since your promised resolution. I haven't got back my refund yet as spoken by your team on call. I have attached that recording as you wouldn't believe just like your executive.

1. What measures have been taken over that restaurant?
2. Why you cheated me saying the refund has initiated?

I want to speak to the person and this should happen right away when you read this. You guys have pissed me so much that i feel like killing you all and i'm # serious!!!

    Zomato is making fool in dhar they tell 50% on first five order but they gave 30% on only first order they are making public fool why zomato is making fool? And if anybody make an order by mistake and they cancel it in 2 min so why they are making charge for cancel an order. May be zomato think dhar is small place so no body make an complaint against them.

      Zomato people have eaten my food. The delivery boy came empty handed and went. Away. He has eaten my food. He has spoked bad words to me. He is very bad person refund the amount. The security guard asked him to go to 301. But he refused to go. Delivery boy is lying. He is telling lie that he came he has not come because he found this opportunity to grab the food as i was very busy with my small sons issie in his stomoch and tisdue. There was fmall accident for my son. And he never called me aslo. When i called him also he didnot respond properly. I need my money back. He could have given the food to security guard of the building. He doesnot want yo deliver. He doesnot have clear intent. I am waiting for the delivery he was i rejected it never came to given address and i was there at the address. If you come and knock the door. He knows where to go but he never came. Hd illegally eaten my food and updated zomato wrongly. Where is such terms and condition that hecshould cancel. All the time zomato wallet comes and knock the door and delivers but yesterday he didnot want to deliver the food that was bad intension.

        Hey,
        I ordered domino's pizza (Order no. 252) online from zomato (Order id. [protected])
        I didnt get any pizza from domino's, i have raised a issue at customer care also but restaurant didnt responded to even customer care. Even i also tried to contact restaurant for so many times.
        At last they received my call at 1.15am and gave siilly reasons for not delivering the order.
        I request to please note this complaint against domino's.

          Hi,

          My issue is regarding zomato order id [protected].

          The following are my concerns:

          1. The driver dint make to my place and asked me to return the order saying that he wont be able to make it and the money will be refunded. Here his intention was to eat the food himself which i later realized.
          2. The refund dint happen so i asked him to give my food. He asked me to speak to the zomato customer care. I did the same and your cc executive assured me that my food will be delivered after having a word with the delivery guy. (Screenshot attached)
          3. After this i called up the delivery guy and asked him to deliver the order to which he said he is far away and will come only if i pay for his petrol.
          4. I communicated the same to your cc executive.

          5. I am a type 2 diebebetic and needed food to take my medicine. I called up the delivery guy and he said he is going to subway restaurant to take the order. The time was 2.00 am. He was lying as the food was with him.

          6. Later he dint picked up my call all night.

          7. Later at around 3.15 am i felt weak and had to go to my nearby hospital to get my sugar level and body checkups done at my own expense. It came below the normal level and was a health concern. Then i took some biscuits in order to take my medicine.

          This is the service which zomato is providing? I can go to the next level and have the issue escalated to the extreme but as this was the fault of the delivery guy i hope i would not be doing that.

          Fyi, kindly go through the chat conversation between me and your cc executive to know the details.

          Now tell me the following things:

          1. What action is being taken by zomato against the delivery guy. Your cc executive too was annoyed over the delivery guy and promised me that you people will take strict action.
          2. What remedy you have for my mental and financial agony and health issues which could have been much severe if i dint took my medicine being a type 2 diabetic.

          Zomato is not replying to my query.

          Awaiting a quick and appropriate reply.

            I have canceled a order on 24 th july 2019. I informed to zomato customer care in chat and mail but they didn't responded to me about this issue. I have not received amount yet. With this negligence i am facing lot of problems. When i mailed to them they told within 48 he's we will concern your issue and respond but till so far they didnt called me or resigned to me. This is just business app not for safety for users. Even customer care numbers nit available anywhere either website or zomato app. Please concern my issue and solve as early as possible

              I have canceled a order on 24 th july 2019 at 01.01 pm. I have not received amount yet. I emailed and messaged my compliment also but they did not responded to me yet. With this negligence i am facing a lot of problems. Customer care number also not displayed on appointment website like other online apps. This donation food delivery app is very business app not for safety while using this app. It is not wlfare to customers they think only business. I emailed my never and order id also but they didnot respond so far. Please resolve this issue as early as possible sir

                Hi informed many times when food is spoiled you guys accept it as an apologize and refund the money and than block the customer without no reason can you please tell if no fault or quilty found why you guys refund and block without customer knowledge

                They have blocked my account I do have balance in my account still

                  I was unnecessary charged for my order which was cancelled.
                  The restaurant called me and told me that the food i ordered was not available with them. So i had to cancel the order.
                  Later zomato is unnecessary charging me for that order which was not at all available at the restaurant and which they claim to have been cancelled.

                  Worst food delivery app. They should be banned for such customer service.

                    I have recording of the chat with the restaurant owner he had committed that he hadn't started prepared the food still you are saying that we are unable to process the refund of the order that u placed. Now i have witness and proof which states restaurant hadn't started preparing the food still you have wrongly and illegally deducted the price by declaring the reason that restaurant had started preparing the food and which have thoroughly proved that you have wrongly and unethically deducted the price. I want the full refund otherwise in that condition i will file a p. I. L in the jhajjar consumer court. Because if restaurant have prepared the food and it is wasted then u are eligible but restaurant clearly said that "भाई आपने आर्डर तभी कैंसिल कर दिया था इसीलिए मैंने किचन में आगे फॉरवर्ड ही नही किया आपका आर्डर".

                    And when i asked him he said bro even zomato will ask i will confirm them that "कि मैंने ऑर्डर आगे दिया ही नही था कि आपका खाना बनने से पहले ही कैंसलेशन रिक्वेस्ट आ गयी"".

                    This is very wrong ful thing i had ever seen in any e-commerce company.

                      Hiii I order food in bewarchi bites, Nagarbhavi. I gave correct address but food delivery person is Abhishek is saying wrong address and he behaved rudely with girls. I have screenshot of address. I paid amount in online and they are saying amount is not refunded.
                      Even I called and enquired to Bewarchi bites hotel they said we displaced food and he is not returned food.

                        I ordered a cake from the cake kingdom and I had received a totally spoiled cake. It is completely melted and stick at corners. This is highly disappointing I have been frequently ordering from zomato specifically cakes but this time the product delivered is melted and sour in taste.
                        When I complained delivery boy he simply apologized and said this is what he has received and its too hot outside.
                        Then I think we should stop ordering food in summer.

                        Attaching picture for your reference and would clearly want a replacement or refund for this, this is totally unacceptable.

                          I placed an order for chicken steak from fresh menu indiranagar, bangalore through zomato on 18th july 2019. My order number was [protected]. However, i received a veg dish titled veg falafel summer bowl. Following are attached:
                          1. Copy of bill as per zomato app
                          2. Actual bill that was delivered along with the order
                          3. Photo of the order package with bill - bill states chicken and delivered box states veg
                          4. Photo of the contents of the delivered item - which is not even close to a chicken steak.

                          I tried to contact unresponsive, non-existent and non-supportive customer service. I was denied a refund on the claims that you had to refund some earlier orders. It is not my fault if zomato or the restaurants it collaborates with do not have a qc mechanism in place. You can not expect me to keep paying for items i did not order. Just because you keep on delivering incorrect items repeatedly, does not mean you can steal my money. This is completely unacceptable.

                          I received a dish i did not order and i have not received a refund. Not to mention the waste of my time over your unacceptable customer support. My lunch hour planning was also affected because of your incompetent delivery and non-existent customer support. This is pure harassment and cheating.

                          The order was for some one sick...it was really inhuman that they refused to order the food after 2hrs since I made the order...they put me in dilemma that i am not to get any food at this time and no other restaurants are nearby also...really inhuman activity...wen I said it will be reported they offered 67 points in to my account as a bribe
                          They don't know how to treat their costumes and work for their issues
                          Either listening to the costume's issue they say it our fault that we place orders in worry way and even say In any future order they will charge us more than the actual amount
                          I think they should have decency to talk to consumers.

                          I ordered food from zomato and then food recieved was spilled so I went to customer care and they gave me zomato credits as refund but they immediately disabled my account. I wrote emails to customer care but they did not replied. Please help me to get back my account

                            Hi, i was trying to place a order by online payment but by mistake i have placed it by cash mode and i have canceled it within 2min and the same didn't go to kitchen level. I have been trying to contact the chat team to removal of cancelation fee. Four times i have been promised that it would be removed but still its in the same level. Im totally disappointed wit the zomato. On top of it, the zomato employee whom i chatted befoee, he personally called me from his mobile number that too in the mid night. Wat is going on wit zomato? Totally disappointed

                              Order id number-[protected], ordered food from zomato latter on while feasting we found bugs in it. Report was informed to zomato via chat/ mail/call but in return they told me that it will not happen again.

                              My brother also got fainted after having that foul food. Told zomato team that kindly help in connecting to hotel but they denied and close my ticket with an sorry mail

                              Kindly help in taking strict action against such fraud peoples its our hard earned money and im not ready to waste it like that.

                                I have ordered from atlantic food court from agra id-[protected] but they charge the amount and in return they mailed me that they are not going to refund my amount with an excuse that your phone is not reachable. I told their executive that either help me in giving order or refund my money but they denied and deducted the amount. From last couple of days im chasing them through mail but no response came till time.

                                Even with a decent chat their some executive told me that your amount will be refunded but now i told him that your executive told me that you are willing to give me my amount, now they denied.

                                Why should i be charged when i didn't get food, their delivery associate self typed anything due to which we are suffering.

                                Kindly take strict action against them

                                As per discussion with their executive in Chat they have told me that i will receive payment in 6-7 working days but yet no amount got credited in my account. Even shared the chat description of their executive in zomato chat box, yet they denied to refund it back.. Then what is the use of their executive words?                                   Hi,

                                  I strongly recommend all to not order from zomato, if you want to order please order through cash on delivery mode.

                                  As i have ordered food from zomato on 10th july 19 and paid for the same through lazypay, but due to some issue order was cancelled and chat support confirmed that refund will be processed in next billing cycle.

                                  But even after 15days refund amount not received, even after following up through mail's and chat regularly.

                                  When i checked with zomato chat support today on refund status 1 of the chat executive confirmed that refund will not be processed due to penalty of cancellation.

                                  Not sure why zomato executive misguided the customer??? If it's non refund amount can customer order food from zomato by cash on delivery and cancel one's when food is nearing to location???

                                  Or will zomato give 15 days credit period for food what customer order??

                                  How can zomato hold customers hard earned money?? They take rbi guide lines when we ask for the refund amount.

                                  Surprised to know that rbi guidelines for refunding customer money back to customer in types of cancellation.

                                  Not expected this kind of support and service from zomato...

                                    Order placed on july 16, 2019

                                    I placed a order by using my phonepe which i used soo many times but on 16th july the order is not placed because of transaction failed beacuse of your zomato app and my money is deducted from my account i.e. 101 .
                                    So many times i talked to zomato support but no use of it as sometimes they were saying okay wait 24 hours we will released your money and you get it but noo it is wrong and sometimes they were saying contact your bank and contact your phone pe...as i remind you sir
                                    ..."i talked to phonepe support their is no problem as i have messages to as i received with my successful orders too
                                    And no problem with my bank transaction ...i have my all messages in which my money is deducted from bank and message of my phonepe too where transaction is successful...
                                    Assist me !

                                      My friend ordered one burger, a glass of coffee and extra cheese french fries for mr from burger express which is situated in a 166 raju park devli road khanpur new delhi.The order i received was in worst condition the burger was wet tissue paper are also fully wet and half of coffee was placed at my address .Now i am not even able to eat this order because the first thing strike in my mind was the coffee was drank by the rider and may be the shopkeeper and whosoever not given the full pack of fries .The incident was happen on 24th of july 2019 now i request you to resolve my problem or complaint by refunding the money or by placing the same order again at my address one more thing i want to add that the rider was half n hour late for placing the order on exact time.

                                        This is Dr. Pavithra V. I have major issues in ordering food in zomato app. I am not able to avail cash on delivery option at all for the past few days. I had a penalty amount to pay because of a previous order cancellation( which was not asked by me but cancelled by the customer care person without asking me). Even if it was not my mistake, still I paid the penalty amount in my next order through my debit card. Even after paying the penalty amount I am not able to use cash on delivery option. When I ask the query in chat, I never get a response at all. Such irresponsible behaviour from the customer care chat.
                                        My last order too I couldn't use COD option so I paid with my debit card, money got deducted but the order was not processed. Its been 4 days and I still didnt get the refund at all. The order id of my last order was [protected].
                                        I have never seen such a poor customer service. I have mailed rega4dinf poor service several times but no proper response from your side at all. If this irresponsible behaviour continues I will have to bring this problem in consumer rights public forum. I need my money refunded as soon as possible and I need the reason for blocking COD option for my orders, when I had already paid the penalty.
