Zomato custmer care has sent me the message stating that for order no# [protected] a refund of my money has been initiated & i will receive my money in 2-7 days.
Its been more than a week but i have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time.

This is 1st time i have face this kind of issue and i have never face this kind of issue with any other food delivery partner....

On 20th june i ordered from empire resturant through zomato. Order no [protected]. The delivery boy couldn't come to my location so he asked me to cancel the order. I thought so they will give refund so i waited for soe days but it didnt help. Even i contacted zomato but they are not helping me regarding this worst service provided by zomato. I have ordered food from siri ram pizza hut and they said they don't deliver the food if that is there they should remove that pizza hut from list even after Paying from card the amont has not refunded order on 07 July and today is still not received the refund give the refund or give me that amount in the Zomato account so I can order something from that...

i ordered chicken dum biryani from zeeshan restaurent and they gave me a damaged order which the red oil is spilled all over the food and the smell of the food was very st'inking and stale and when i asked zomato chat support they delayed my problem and maid me wait for a long time and told to mail but when i mailed there's no resolution...

I made an order on 7.7.19 to Mocha Guwahati and item was tandoori chicken sizzler which I received inadequate manner and the quantity was less, rice was smelly felt as if it was from previous night, chicken was burnt which made the while taste bitter and salty. Perhaps to compensate they added salt. It was pathetic and I have thrown it after tasting it. Zomato executive wasn't supportive in terms resolving my issues. Took more time than usual....

I ordered the food and waiting for it for more than 1hr.
Then I try to contact the delivery person, he said he tried to reach me on phone and he cant so he canceled my order. (He lied completely)

But I'm very sure, for this order, I'm not in call with any person and my network is good too.

They took my amount (by this fraud company) with fake reasons.

The chat support system isn't working. Its been 5 hours now i have problem with my order, it was burnt. Whenever i use the zomato support system the computer machine replies and while contacting to the agent it shows that chat wait time is 1 minute but the agent never replies back. Please help in combating the unethical practises of zomato as post promising the refund of an order they just blocked my account after waiting for a week. I had persistently been asking the support desk about this but they have been reluctant with the sharing the refund status too. After checking the application after a week I saw it blocked. 3943575 is the ticket I'd raised with them....

The order clearly says to provide mayo dip but it wasn't provided by the zomato delivery boy. Also when called to him he said he delivered whatever was provided by the firangi bake restaurant.

The next moment i called the owner of firangi bake and he said that they had provided all the items mentioned in the order.

The grilled chicken box was big so thought the dip would be inside the box. But we did not receive...

Zomato executive called me 4 mins before i try calling them back. I was stuck up in a meeting due to which i couldn't pick up the phone right away.

I reverted back on call 4 minutes after before which my order was rejected already.

Ordered from Behrouz Biryani on 6/7/19. Order ID: [protected]. Partial order was delivered. After contacting the customer support, they agreed that it was a miss. When asked to credit the Rs.200/- amount into my account, they wanted to instead credit it into their Zomato wallet. I will not be using Zomato again.

This is cheating. They cannot refuse to give back money for something they did not provide....

Please get my account unblocked as i cant use my zomato gold which i bought recently. I don't want anything or any sort of cashbacks from you. I have ordered a cake from zomato but by some reason i have to cancel the order in not more than 2 min. Probably the order has not reached the kitchen. But they charged me the cancellation fee equal to order price which is injustice. I think that they should reduce their cancellation charges to the minimal. Please look into the matter as i am your customer and customer's satisfaction is must for any company to progress....
