I ordered food, paid the money in advance. Now, might be your delivery boy called me but i was on another i guess so didn't get any call in call waiting. So, i was completely unaware that there is somebody call me.
Now, after some time when i checked my food status on the app, it was showing the customer was not able at the address.
Now, this is impossible. I was there at my address. That one is my office address. I ordered multiple times at the same address and you guys delivered. But this time, your delivery boy didn't work hard to come to my office. Even though he was having the exact address, exact location but still he was not able to reach my office and put a comment saying the customer was not available.
Just think about it, i made an advance payment. If this would have been cash on delivery then your guys would have come to my place easily because he has to collect money.
Now, zomato team is not answering about?
1. Why the delivery guys didn't come to my office?
2. Why the order cancellation status is showing i was not available at the given address?
3. Where is my food if you canceled it? Because the food is not given back to the restaurant as i confirmed with him.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
