I was order today hotel vance. Chicken but its so yuck and i m getting sick after it and chicken alao not fresh and after eat i have vomiting amd i was go to doctor also my lung are burning now. You deliver spoiled food and send without quality check. I have lotes so vomiting and after it blood come my mouth. I have to go legal action on you.

I ordered on 22nd june on zomato and was supposed to get cashback on my order but its been 18 days since i am chasing them on mail and chatting. Everytime that are giving some new excuse like wait for 24 hours or wait for 72 hours. Our server is working slow.

I ordered food at 7 45, and expected arrival was 8 30, but there were no updates on zomato app. So i tried to contact their support team. They were not able to help. After 2.5 hours i get an update in app that food is delivered. But i have not received it. So support team restaurant and the delivery guy are cheating as group.

Last Sunday I have ordered food from Zomato online and paid 418 rupees, I have tired to track delivery boy from long time, called more than 10 times but he didn't responded. After long time he told I have cancelled your order as I didn't pick my phon where the truth is I didn't received a single call from Zomato. Initially I talked in Zomato chat and one of executive told I will get refund my full money and 100 rupees Zomato point for inconvenience....

After placing the ordered i contacted restaurant to confirm my option and they told french fries / nachos option is not available with the combo i selected (In zomato app it clearly mentions that it includes nachos / french fries)

They have rejected my order. Without over dropping me the mail. Even the chat server employee is not responsive when i asked about my order. He simply informed me my order is got rejected.
1) how can my order get rejected before time
2) if he had reached why didn't he ring the bell of my door.
3) why did i was not informed when i asked about my order before even it got rejected.

Zomato is not even providing...

I have ordered food and paid the money also online, I didn't received any call from delivery boy and when I called the boy he didn't answered my call and also cancelled my order. Initially Zomato chat service told they will give my full money refund.As I didn't received money on time they are telling we will give only 100 rupees where I have paid 418 rupees. Horrible experience with zomato......

Hi team, i placed an order by mistake on 6 july 2019 at 11.43 am, order i'd is [protected] and i immediately cancelled the order at 11.46 am realising my mistake.
I contacted chat support and there they suggested to mail at [protected]@zomato.com stating my reason.
They have the authority to reverse the penalty as informed by chat support.

We had ordered 35 kachori and 35 rasamalai for our company on 7th july. We received the kachoris but not the rasamalai worth rs. 1050/-. I have received a revert from your team that the order was in tact and delivered with all items.

I would like to know why do we have to complain if we have received the order?

I had order of chutney tikka from hotel jazz bistro, baga, goa on 22nd june 2019.in menu it was listed under veg menu but hotel & zomato delivered non-veg order.
I had word with hotel. They said it is non veg item. But in menu card it was listed in veg section. Very disappointing. Rated that hotel as one start on zomato as well.

I am regular user of zomato. My orders gets delivered to my home address regularly. On 9 july at 12.15. I placed the order with empire restaurant sheshadripuram bangalore. The delivery person called and said that the address is wrong and then they cancelled the order. I told him over the phone that the address is correct and the orders gets delivered regularly. He was very rude and said that he cannot deliver the order. Later i got the message...

Full description of the incident:
I ordered a fire-me-up non veg pizza from mojo pizza via zomato.
They delivered a tex-mex (Veg) pizza.
When i got in touch with support and asked for a refund, they refused to give a refund and instead said they can give me zomato credits which i can use only in zomato.

I have received wrong order. I ordered chicken wrap combo but they delivered me veg combo without fries and cold drink
When i reached you and also shared photo with you but your agent so much dumb that there is no limit
They keep on repeating the same words. Is this is the way to treat your customers
Is this is zomato policy to serve customers to waste their money and time
I wasred my money on vegcombo....

The delivery person denied to deliver at my address. However the same order from the same restaurant was earlier delivered twice at the same address.
I even went to take order in my car to the location mentioned by the delivery boy. I was waiting and I received a message of order cancelled. the person was talking rudely too.
The company should take action regarding the same....

For order number [protected]. The delivery boy did not come for delivery, and zomato is denying refund for the same. I dont understand are we still in the age where we sould not trust zomato and should'nt do online payment and rely only on cod orders.
I am really disappointed.
Zomato seriosly needs to review its policies or the extortion like this wont go on for a long time....
