Some one order food from zomato any my paytm balance got deducted.

I have checked with paytm, but they were unable to help and said please contact zomato. When i contacted with all details to zomato, they are unable to track down the user.

some one ordered food from zomato and my paytm balance got deducted.
It's been more than two weeks the Zomato merchants are not accepting cash on delivery payment mode on online food orders.I contacted the customer executive and they said they are working and again when i tried to mail them they did not revert back.

    Customer executive just used my number to call from an unknown number for unnecessary nd unprofessional talk.., he nvr called when my order was ready at restaurant but no delivery guy was there to pick even my persistent attempts to contact them, they let me wait 1.5 hr to finally enlighten me that my order is cancelled just bcoz no one can deliver the order.., out of frustration i do used some hard words nd than i finally got the call nd at the other hand some # person asking me in an unusual way what is ur problem!!

      I ordered my food 17 July i paid for food as well but i didn't get my food i waited for food atleast 1 hour and then they cancelled my order even i was not able to contact to delivery boy and then i talked to support agent he said i apologized we will give your money as soon as possible but still i didn't get my money i already told them so many Times I want cashback.

      By mistake we have made card payment and also paid the cash to zomato delivery boy. Kindly return one payment

        I am writing to you as I am highly dissatisfied with your pathetic services. You people have made this a business and your customer doesn't count on your priority list at all. I am shocked with the services you people are providing and such practice, will leave you and your company nowhere.

        Zomato valets are fraudulent and the customer care service is also pathetic. Customer care, as the name suggests is to take care of the customers and to deal with their problems but you people treat your customers just as source of income that too by fraudulent means.

        I ordered 2 beverages (Order Id - [protected]) today i.e. July 29, 2019 at 12:31 PM through "Daily Dose Restaurant". After sometime \I received a notification displaying that my order got cancelled as my number was not reachable. This order is a prepaid order worth Rs. 146 INR. First of all, I didn't receive even a single call from any valet/ restaurant to confirm that they are cancelling my order. Secondly, my number was totally within the reach as I am also working in service company and I have to deal with my clients. I have received multiple calls during that tenure and I can provide the screenshot of my call log for your reference displaying that my number was within the reach during that time period and I didn't received even a single call. Also, how can you people cancel my prepaid order and when I asked for refund through your chat service, which not to mention are the worst I have ever seen, you people told me that you are charging the penalty for my previous cancelled orders.

        I would like you to highlight which particular cancelled orders are you talking about and do you people even check the database before writing to your customers. And your fraud tricks are highly commendable that you people charge the "Exact" amount as "Penalty" which I have placed a prepaid order for. And even if there is the case of penalty why have you not charged me earlier and taken an advantage. A big LOL to you, your logics and your services.


        Commencing my review, I wouldn't let this issue go like this, I am an influencer and a instagram/facebook/twitter blogger where I keep posting true reviews which I did on your "Poor" Zomato app as well. I am well aware of the fact that what reputation means in your industry and it won't take much time for me to spread bad words about ZOMATO. Now, its not the matter of money, but about your bad and fraud services and the way you treat your customers and how you make people fool by charging invalid penalties. This incident made me remember again about the incident which had gone viral where your Valet person was eating the food ordered by some innocent customer, Undoubtedly the same might have happened to my order too and your zomato valet must have drank my beverages and then fooling me that he could not reach me. I am an online freak and I order food online a lot and this has never happened that someone can't find my office address which is on the main road (Very prime location). i just can't believe your baseless reason and is just an excuse.

        I would like to get back my money and as soon as I receive I am going to uninstall Zomato and its not worth managing storage for such pathetic apps and companies.

          I ordered food and the delivery boy denied for delivery. For starting he was not interested to deliver my order he said location is so far. Even I asked him to be where he is I will come and pick me order After all confirmation of my order i called him for confirmtion of delivery.
          Then he stated wrong thing and zomato charged full value of order as penalty inspite of no fault of me

          Thanks for giving this bad experience and open my eyes that you are not a brand, you were like local person who simply extract money from customers.

            I have order food from zomato on 13/07/2019, according to zomato they have refunded my amount to my Bank account, when I have check my bank statement amount was not refunded, I have check with my bank they said they can not check this from there side, zomato has to do the process, When I contacted zomato they said they have refunded and did not try to help me in other ways.               I was booked my order at 26/07/2019, in this order 5 pizza 🍕 is an. Order amount is 448rs or the rider is not picked the order and i agree order has cancelled by my end, but i was cancelled order due to weather and that other thing i was tension continued 1-2 day.               I ordered from zomato worth RS.434 the order was confirmed and my money was deducted from the account immediately. And the status was shown as it will be delivered in 14 mins lastly and then suddenly a message pops up that my number is not available and your order is declined and money is also not refunded .

                I am no longer allowed to chat with the customer care and order food with promotions because my zomato account has been bad because of my past disputed orders. If i have complained in the past it is obviously because of wrong and bad service of my orders. How could they expect me to eat the rotten food or wrong order without complaint? This is not fair to the customer and is bad customer service by zomato. Please unblock my account or i may have to stop using zomato forever. I am very disappointed with their customer service and on being treated this way although i am a regular customer and even own zomato gold membership.

                  Zomato has blocked my gold account saying i did something wrong and their bot has blocked idk whether they are living is 3019 i haven't done anything i order frequently from zomato i have given them feedback as they only ask me but giving more feedback is problem to them they blocked saying i do too much complaint

                  This isn't fair zomato please unblock my account give ₹1500 zomato gold account refund

                  Order Cancelled and Zomato charged the entire order money as penalty. Prior to this restaurant called and said that they cant process my order as they are out of ingredients and this will take more than an hour. So i cancelled the order as delivery time exceeded more than 60 minutes post ordering.

                    I waited for one hour for the food and delivery boy only gave a missed call and disconnected.. I called him back several times but it went on call waitng and after few. Minutes my order got cancelled from zomato side... I paid rs1200 for the order. I called zomato but they are not providing refund

                    The same order from my phone and different phone is getting charges differently as im being charged more than the other one. Im being charged extra amount on late delivery which is less on other guys phone. .

                      Delivery didn’t came to my place, neither he rang the door bell and now zomato is saying is we will neither refund money nor provide the food.
                      Secondly after waiting for long i called zomato delivery man, he said he was not able to find my address so he is going back to lucky bakery to return the box.

                      I called lucky bakery, he confirmed that he handed over the box back to him.

                      If i don't require that eatables why would i pay in advance.

                        I have ordered food from zomato at 1.32 pm 27th july 2019, but it was not delivered. I called valet person. He was not taking up the calls and even disconnected sometimes. I got calls from zomato saying they are unable to reach the restaurant but when i spoke to the restaurant"good bowl" they confirmed that the order is ready. Also, whenever i got the call from zomato it got disconnected in less than a minute. I am attaching screenshots which has call logs in which i called the zomato valet and the other screenshot has the order id and other details related to order. I am not able to reach zomato chat support as well.

                        I tried calling zomato customer care whole day by there was no response over call or on chat. And now the food which i never got is showing as delivered after 10 hours. Please find the screenshot attached.

                        Why am i not able to speak to customer care on chat.
                        Why does it show that it has high amount of credit activity based on dispute, is that my fault. I order on daily basis and if the order is not fulfilled, you guys cannot block or stop my conversation to chat support.

                        This is really very unethical and wrong which is done by zomato. I have been using zomato since long time and minium of one order is placed daily from my mobile. I am really disappointed with the service i have got today.

                          On 23 july, 2019, i ordered a pizza from pizza cafeteria, firozpur, worth rs. 828 and payed the money via paytm upi id

                          And then due to lack of enough cheese burst pizza bases the restaurant's zomato operator told me to cancel the order myself and i canceled it, now the payment was not returned to my paytm upi account (As it was canceled from my app).
                          I tried to contact zomato on this issue and their response was, "that once the order gets accepted/prepared/dispatched we do not support cancellation as we have to compensate our delivery partner as well as restaurant partner".
                          In this case, i did not cancel the order on my own wish, i did this because the restaurant told me to because they said they didn't have the food that i ordered. So kindly return the money back as it was restaurant's zomato operator's fault that he couldn't arrange the pizza as per my order.

                            I have been continuously targeted 4 times in a row.
                            There is an unknown transaction made from my paytm wallet by zomato, where totaling approx. Rs2, 188 has been deducted from the past 3 months.
                            I feel so insecure after been theft by such a big trusted digital platform like paytm and zomato.
                            But unfortunately, no help/ response is been provided till date by either paytm or zomato.

                            Zomato does not even bother to have a decent customer care number where i could even register my complaint.
                            I want my hard-earned money back, or i shall further go to consumer court and social media to seek justice.

                                Actually i had ordered food and was spilled off completely when it came to me so there's refunded me the amount and later blocked my account

                                  I placed an order via zomato on the 23rd of july and paid via card (Order number [protected]). After a while, the app showed that my order has been delivered, while in reality i hadn't received any order. I immediately called the restaurant and they said that the food had been picked up by the delivery valet. On contacting zomato support via chat, they informed me that it would take 24-48 hours for their team to get back to me. However, it's been more than three days and they still haven't contacted me.

                                  I keep asking zomato on chat to refund my order and they keep delaying by saying the team will take a couple of hours to solve the problem. It's pretty much a scam at this point. Their delivery valets can just say that they have delivered the order and zomato doesn't verify whether it's true or not. All they do is steal hard earned money from customers.

                                  All i want is for them to refund my money but they refuse to even respond. Absolutely despicable company with shady business practices.

                                      Yesterday i ordered a chocolate trufle cake from a bakery through zomato for my friend priyank raheja and i did not wanted any name on that cake and i didn't specified to write but there was mamta written on top of it which actually ruined the surprise and it is not what i expected from zomato very bad service so i want my money back because of bad service provided by zomato.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had ordered, biryani from 'behrouz biryani' which i was paid from my card.
                                        I wasing checking the status of my order and it was showing awaiting confirmation from restaurant. After some time i received message that your has been cancelled from restaurant.

                                        I had chat with the zomato customer center and they are not giving any clear idea about my refund of cancelled order.

                                        Kindly refund my amount rs. 562.79
