Hi, my order has not been delivered after confirming the order and taking the money saying delivery boy is not delivering coz its a black zone area. I hv been ordering food at this address for last couple of weeks, suddenly it is marked as black zone area and an insane delivery person told that he will not deliver and ur customer care told what to do if the delivery person is not agreeing to deliver, and we are refunding the amount, and when i asked that what to do now im hungry and waiting for the food. He gave a very sincere advice of ordering food from some other app. First of all i'm not responsible for all this if at all it is a freaking black zone or something then u should not accept the order in the first instance, and secondly if things were getting delivered earlier what happened this time, i want a proper action against that delivery guy and that idiotic customer care representative who did not took any initiative and acted helpless. My order number was [protected], if a proper resolution is not provided i'll sue the company, because it's a proper example of reckless and worst customer service. And this incident clearly shows that customers hunger and there time is of no value to you.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
