    Hi
    One of your drivers hit my parked car and ran away. He drove past me while on the phone, when I shouted that there’s a car ahead, banged into it and quickly ran away. Such negligence!
    I am irritated and aggravated at this situation since it was a new car. I need reimbursement for the damage. Kindly look into it.

        I have placed the order on 4th june at around 9.30am. After 1hr 30min of delay i had a chat with customer service agent named taiyaba and she told the order is delayed and wait until i get the order.
        But then i have asked for compensation for delay in order. She just cancelled the order and informed me that as per your request we have refunded full amount.
        You guys are hiring such unprofessional agent who doesnt understand basic english and we are fools here staying hungry until we receive the order. Then the other agent calls and tells me that to place an other order so that we can deliver you on time. Are we dumb to trust you guys again? Please don't hire such agents as Taiyaba.

              I had made a pizza order on 07may23 via zomato of 579.25rs i had paid extra for cheese burst and i had received it without the cheeseburst and very very spicy therefore zomato provided full refund as a resolution but after initiating the refund process they said to wait 24hrs-7days for which i waited and refund did not get processed they said they have some technical issue and they re started the refund process again nothing happened for a week like this i waited for more or almost 30 days zomato restarted the refund process atleast 4 times, I asked them to provide me alternate solution to provide refund to my bank account or upi because its taking long time and zomato is acting irresponsible they are keep sending me same scripted email or non human response as in Ai its so frustrating, i had also advised them to give me a callback as there hopeless customer care dont have contact no,
              agar yeh 10-50 rs ki baat hoti then i would not have given so much important but it is 579rs why should i let it go and i had used mobikwik zip for the order i have paid mobikwik this amount aisa thodi na hai k free mein order kiya hai i have bared the cost of it

              zomato has completed the refund process to my mobikwik zip pay account on 05jun23 monday. now i am not sure if it was consumercomplaints.in or my complaining on twitter worked out but thankyou consumercomplaints.in for pushing my case for refund clearance at the earliest possible. yes i did receive email regarding the refund process but i checked the email it is [email protected] (its of no use only they can use this email to send mails to customer but still can try for own sake) i think complaining on twitter is real time and everyone can see your post so inorder to save the image it is obvious they will have to resolve the issue

                  I have ordered 3 Special Hydrabadi Chicken spicy Biryani from Muradabadi Hydrabadi Biriyani & Chicken corner, New delhi through Zomato via its App for Rs.807.40/- only from my UPI ID. It is very shamefull that I was not able to receive my order at my delivery address, despite several followups and change in location they are unable to serve. I had spent a lot of time with the customer support team of Zomato in talking, i have ordered the food to Delhi Airport as my was to take. I have been waited there for the food for more than 2 hours and they are not able to serve. they only biesed me that we are not able to trace you whereas, i have shared my live location also. As i was not able to receive my food i go for my flight and spent 1200/- INR for purchasing hicost food from there. I take my flight lateron.

                  I assume tah, i ll receive my refund in time as i have not received the food, till date i have not received any refund. On 28 may 2023 i had a chat with the Zomato portal where i have received an answer that " your order has been cancelled due to wrong address and refund of Rs. 39.40 has been initiated." Let me put some light to the facts that, i have paid Rs. 807.40 to Zomato and they are not able to receive the food at my location and initiated the refund of Rs.39.40 only. they are showing that the location was wrong if the location was wrong then why they receive the order and take the money?? there is no logic to say that the location was wrong. it clears that they have received the order with an intention of not to deliver the food, for which i have suffered a lot in hungry.
                  Further our constitution says that food is a fundamental right for a citizen on INDIA. Zomato has Violets that for which he must be punished.
                  Zomato has retained my Money without delivery of the food which violets Indian Contract Act, it clearly speaks that after receiving an Order (Acceptance of an Offer) the party is bound to fullfill the delivery other wise penalty provision will be there.
                  In considerartion of the above facts, its my humble request for refund of my money of Rs. 807.40 to the same account from where it was deducted and further the compensation amount of Rs.5000/- for breach of contract without any intimation and an amount of Rs. 12000/- for violation of Fundamental Rights of an indian citizen.

                          On 7 May 2023 I ordered from Hotel Anandas through Zomato, order number: [protected]. order was cancelled as it was taking more than 1 hour.
                          I paid 320.44 Rs through Mobikwik app.Refund was not credited. I could see the refund status like refund initiated but then it was cancelled. I have emailed them regarding this. They replied back on May 12 stating there was a technical glitch. It's been more than 3 weeks and still they have not resolved. They are not providing any customer care numbers to resolve this issue. For each email they are sending an automated email back.
                          I need the refund as soon as possible.

                            AaI have ordered an item from Zomato . But when I received the product it was tampered and item was missing.I tried reporting it with Zomato call support.They offered me refund but it hasn't been credited in my account even after two months. Everytime I try to contact customer care they are no options to avail.i lost my money and time due to Zomato employees and their call support team

                              Ordered through zomato app on may 25, 2023 at around 1:42 pm in chembur, Mumbai. Paid via phonepe. First time the transaction was shown successful in phonepe, money (391) deducted from account, but in zomato, the order was showing unsuccessful. It showed that payment failed and was asking to pay again. So, i paid again via phonepe. This time also money got deducted. After some time, the order was showing successful in zomato app. But i didn't

                                  I am unable to use Zomato credit of my account while ordering online. It kept on displaying 'choose another payment method '. If we are unable to use it, then what is the purpose of giving it??
                                  I have almost hundreds to balance left in it and seems to be useless.. please resolve it.
