My Id still Not Activated... I will Submit all documents and Payment Also.. Activate Time 3-6 hours shows in app.. I Completed document and payment 10.04.2023 still Not verified my ID please Resolve this Issue....

I had registered for zomato delivery partner job yesterday on-boarding fees was deducted and training completed but profile verification still shows pending. On the page its showing that it will be verified within 3-6 hours but its been more than 24 hours now. And we dont have any customer support as well. Please do something urgently as i need money and want to start my earnings as soon as possible. The time frame mentioned for 3-6 hours...

A) he was in palta on phone
B) palta is 42 mins from my address( attached pics)
C) by using Google maps i can see MY HOME ADDRESS could never have resolved to palta area( attached pics)
D) he ignored my chat
E) wasn't reachable on phone
F) wasn't reachable by customer service
G) refused to come to actual address on the order
H) never returned the order...

Zomato Profile verification pending after taking all the documents and onboarding fees. It's been 2+ days and they haven't verified my account when verification time is 3-6 hours and they won't be refunding the onboarding or onboard me either. Also got 5 star rating for my good behavior. I placed an order on 04.04.23 through Zomato app for ₹195.50 out of which ₹130.00 is the order value, ₹6.50 is charged for Taxes and ₹59.00 for delivery. There is a breakage for delivery charges which is ₹34.00 is the base delivery charges, ₹15.00 is Surge charge and ₹10.00 is charged under delivery since my order value is below ₹130.00.
I really don't understand why they have to charge surge charge when they charge...
