        Amount was deducted but order wasn't placed.. It happened 3 times and total 1200 was deducted.. Then I decided to pay cash on delivery by paying extra amount... Amount still hasn't refunded.

          I ordered 4 number boost sandwich and 1 no kulfi cup in Zomato platform on 23 April 2023

          I received 4 nos vannila sandwich and 1 no kulfi cone

          Entire product received totally different from what i ordered

          Tried Contacting Zomato Support From 23rd April to Till Today 28th April
          No Response So Far From Both
          Zomato Team as Well As Restaurant

          Both Trying To Cheat me

          Please help to me get solution and raise complaint on both of them and get money back

              My I'd terminated without specific reason and without knowing me the reason of termination is not taking proper selfie the reason of not taking proper selfie is my phone was damaged from the selfie camera so I didn't take proper selfies i repair my phone after my festival soo the Zomato team have to inform me and i ask me why you r not able to take proper selfie they directly blocked me these is the good way to block????

                      Since it's almost the month and I am still waiting for my refund. I made an order on 3/31 for the amount Rs 177.68 and the amount gets double deducted from my account, I raised a request on customer care and email as well, however your team is saying that the payment amt is failed and did not provide any appropriate response. So far I am facing so bad experience on zomato, it's almost 24 days passed and did not have my money back from your team.

                            I have ordered a Biryani with value of 296 INR,
                            Zomato people marked it as delivered without delivering my order, i have informed the scenario with customer executive people of Zomato, after hours long they are saying ' it was happened by mistake, we will initiate refund, my time got wasted, and thire response was clearly worst. I haven't get even refund.
