Everytime I have issues with something I use Zomato’s chat with us option but it never helps.
When I say I have issue with my order they ask me to write an email but they never respond to single email.
This is really frustrating

Ordered 4 burger combo and one french fries at 1:00AM on 30.04.2023 and after waiting for almost 45 minutes, Zomato person phoned and informed that the order was out of stock and refund initiated. If it was informed at the first touch that the product is not available, we would have made alternative arrangements for food. The late intimation resulted in ending the day with empty stomach. I'm a person who used to order through Zomato and I never expected any of this unprofessional act from the support team. They were not ready to listen what I wanted to say, but just informed that order cancelled and I apologise and ended the call, agent just followed a pathetic script to inform messages. To the least, expected an assistance to locate the available restaurants so that I can check for other options. No additional support or offers also for going through this hard conditions. Tried chat and they himself ended the chat mentioning that they apologize for the thing and refunded. Felt that even the chat bot can understand better than these people

Yesterday I ordered two chicken kofta sandwiches from sub way restaurant
As delivery partner didn’t get my address properly I updated him the address at subash chawk memnagar i was on the way I couldn’t andwer his call when i arrived i saw at app my order declined
The order amount was 586 they have not refund my money yet

After adding items in cart and completing online payment process app showed payment failed but amount was deducted from my bank account.. It's been 7 days.. When will I receive my refund..?

I wasn't get the payout to my bank account due to IFSC code.please do the needful

Amount was deducted but order wasn't placed.. It happened 3 times and total 1200 was deducted.. Then I decided to pay cash on delivery by paying extra amount... Amount still hasn't refunded.

I received 4 nos vannila sandwich and 1 no kulfi cone

Entire product received totally different from what i ordered

No Response So Far From Both

As per Trail Mail I hope this email finds you well and you can resolve this scenario now in my favour . I am reaching out to you today in regards to a concern that I have experienced with the service provided by your company. I have already raised a ticket for the issue at hand, however, I have not received a satisfactory response to my concerns.

To my dismay, I have only been receiving generic and repetitive replies from your customer support team that do not seem to address my issue in a personalized or effective manner. It is disheartening to feel as though I am not being heard and that my concerns are being dismissed.

As a loyal Rider of your service, I expect to receive the level of support and care that is commensurate with the high standards that Zomato is known for. Since it's almost the month and I am still waiting for my refund. I made an order on 3/31 for the amount Rs 177.68 and the amount gets double deducted from my account, I raised a request on customer care and email as well, however your team is saying that the payment amt is failed and did not provide any appropriate response. So far I am facing so bad experience on zomato, it's almost 24 days passed and did not have my money back from your team.
