    Zomato Restaurant Partner Not Responding

    I am using zomato restaurant partner since 4 to 5months now. I only get calls to create a advertisement which will cost monthly or weekly.
    I tried to contact zomato to give me a manager for 2-3 hours so that he will guide me in creating better menu and update better pictures.
    How will I get orders if you are not helping me in the beginning stage of creation. My restaurant is somewhere at the bottom on the zomato page. I want...

    My cash on delivery option is not working. It always shows cash on delivery is not available at this moment but when I try the same order from my friends phone, it works pls fix it

                      Ordered haleem on the above date, and the order is not delivered to us. I have raised a complaint and what they said is they contacted the delivery person and he said delivered itseems. But as I checked the CCTV footage of the building as well the delivery is not happened. So, requesting you to give my refund back.

                          This is the second time thus happens.
                          First time i placed an order on zomato from Eatfit which i almost order daily from them.
                          Only because of one order not available they cancelled the whole order.. i told them send the other items specially that am paying cash so its easy to pay only for items available & simply cancel that one item. They said no all order calcelled. One hour waisted.
                          Today same thing happened. After half an hour from placing order and in app it shows preparation, again zomato called one item not available we cancel full order!!!
                          How is this acceptable?? If one item not there, remove it and let rest order arrive, OR immediatelly call when i placed order so i dont waist all this time waiting..
                          this is not logical not acceptable at all.
                          I am staying in India for a month and daily ordering zomato.
                          This is not professional.
