Online food app like zomato cheat people like anything first of all they dont accept COD on 800rs and above and after you order their deivery guy doesnt call you at all and simply he goes back and when contacted via chat the zomato people tells that their delivery guy has found the person to whom product should be delivered is un available or not reachable and this bloody zomato people have very nice trick they charge your full paid amount of food as penalty and do not return you even a penny and they donot have call center number like others such as swiggy and uber eats this bloody people cheat you and apart from this they deliver items with full complete bill but products will be missing if contacted via chat this people cheat once again by telling that they wil credit the points...i kindly request anyone whoz reading this plz dont ever order from zomato nevr or you wil be cheated...

    I placed a order on zomato. Even after 2 hours they did not deliver my order and even their customer support did not take any interest to resolve this.. Let alone resolve they did not even repiled me of my messages.
    It was showing on my screen that the food is being prepared but when i called the restaurant they told me that the delivery boy was left for delivery.

      This is with regards to order number [protected] that I had placed with Pathan Sir through Zomato of 80 potato rolls. The order was placed around 12:30 PM and the restaurant told me that the order will be delivered by 3:30 PM even though our request was to get it delivered by 3:00 PM. Around 3:15 PM, zomato and the restaurant confirmed that the order has been dispatched but the order did not reach us till 5:30 PM. Meanwhile numerous calls were made to the zomato vallet person but he did not care to pick up the call so at the end i decided to cancel the order. My entire event was spoilt on account of mismanagement by Zomato. Even though the damage was irrepairable, i was told that Rs 1000 will be credited to my wallet for the disgusting experience with Zomato but they have not credited

      Also my refund status of Rs 5, 095 is not initiated.
      Atleast i can expect a quick resolution if not food delivery but no response.

      This has been my worst experience with Zomato. Contacting your customer care has been an awful and painful experience. Plus getting standard replies from your customer care is more annoying. I am chasing them from past 1 week but no response.

      Looking forward for a swift resolution.

        I had ordered a veg dumpling soup from zomato 2 days ago from the restaurant the Momo factory. It turned out to be non veg. Same way today I ordered a veg paneer melt wrap from zomato from the restaurant faasos. And again it had meat inside. I had decided not to take serious action the first time but this is a highly unprofessional and unforgivable mistake which is being repeated again and again. I am pure vegetarian but because of the irresponsible and careless attitude of the service providers I am extremely disturbed mentally and psychologically. It is because of despicable acts like these which do not respect the culture and beleives of the people that I don't think I will be able to use services of online food delivery portals. Kindly look into the matter and take serious action.

          My order [protected] on 28 june which was of biryani was broken n it was raining so cover was wet and all rice broken in cover was broken was soaked in that wet rain water which was spilled due to broken cover... I was not even given sharwa n only broken parcel soaked in rain water was sent and my order [protected] on 26 june i ordered tandoori chicken biryani. But i neither got chicken in it and i found plastic covers in biryani parcel. I said same in your chat with pics but i git response after 45 minutes to take pics again where i already sent that. U can see that pics where i was not chicken tandoori biryani n plastic cover in my parcel in zomato chat. I request for proper compensation for wrong order given to me.
          While i waited for 2 weeks they simply gave an apology for both orders, but i want proper compensation. Also the price in zomato for this particular restaurant was almost 100 rs more for each item than offline menu. I want compensation for these both for which i didn't get properly even after waiting for 2 weeks

              I have ordered food from zomato for dinner, it literally took 2 hours to delivery the food it was so frustrating, i was keep on calling and in continuously contact with delivery boy still not able to delivery the food on time.

              Below is the two major reason.
              1. Zomato most of the times it is taking wrong my current location due to which delivery boy reaching wrong address and calling me.

              2. Delivery boys are new to city and new to my location they dont know any landmarks near by,

                  11 jul 2019 - i ordered food, zomato map is not showing in their app. But the delivery boys complaint to me that map is showing wrong.

                  I googled the location, it is correct. Other swiggy same address, no issues.

                  I called the delivery boy in his number [protected], 12 times. His phone was engaged. Customer care called me from [protected] and he said that he is cancelling the order and no refund and it happened.

                  Quantity is less. More price.

                  They are earning only on a app and computer software.

                  Not ethical, rude, no respect.

                  Return the payment and also several times one or two items were missing and complaint raised. They have to compensate.

                    Dear team,
                    Yesterday on 10.07.2019 at 10.30pm i placed the order from zomato app to magik stik chinese corner. I received order on time but order was incomplete. I immediately contact zomato chat for replacement but chat support is not able to do anything they are saying we will share the feedback with partner restaurant.
                    Restaurant said they send send proper ordered. I pay full amount for food and i received only rice without gravy. How this service. Nobody taken responsibility. From now i will never order from tomato for cheap discount. I request to consumer complaints management to take strick action on this.

                      Dead fly in my meal, which appeared as if it were cooked along. I messaged zomato stating my concern and expecting some action to be taken, but there was no follow-up. I ordered around 4 pm and when i was halfway through the meal, i was so disgusted at the sight of dead fly that i almost puked.
                      I would like to be compensated for it accordingly. I am sending the pics also.

                        My order with the above mentioned order number was spilled. For that reason i have made a complaint at zomato support. And i have got blocked by zomato for no reason. I have mailed them multiple times but still no response from the team. Unblock me as soon as possible. Still am not getting why you guys blocked me. And make your team responsive.

                          I ordered food from zomato.
                          As I was in a call I could not receive order from the delivery person. But when he left after 5 mins I got SMS and called the person he refused to deliver as per their company policy as order was cancelled. I talked with customer care, I requested them to re deliver I agreed to pay extra delivery charge, but they refused. So I lost rs 176.
                          They did not give me any refund. I want to know is this legal, if zomato operate like this. Should customer not get refund if delivery is unsuccessful or if they cannot re attempt.

                            Yesterday i was trying to use zomato service but suddenly i got message as your account is permanently blocked when i contacted there helpdesk they have written it is due to credit/refund cases. But all the time there representative has offered me these refunds since they found the issue genuine after checking the live photos that too partial always. So no point of false claims. Asansol is small city so merchant dont offer good packaging.

                            Zomato is newly launched in asansol city with small merchants in the list where they billed more than mrp sometime - i have also highlighted that but no action against merchant but they are taking action against customers that to with a blame. No acceptable pls help me to reactive my account. (Mob no. [protected])

                              1i placed the order from mithass restaurant on 29th june 19 but i received the incomplete order. Zomato chat support is not able to refund the amount and they are saying we will share the feedback with partner restaurant.

                              I emailed their customer support and today is 7/10/19 and they are not reverting at all.

Chicken but its so yuck and i m getting sick after it and chicken alao not fresh and after eat i have vomiting amd i was go to doctor also my lung are burning now.                                 And they say we pay back 123 rs and. I pay 350-100=250 rs. They make me fool
                                I had purchesd Tikka worth of 280.aftr discounts 190rs ..I have paid through onlin but order was reject same time .I had compaind but I dn't recieve any refound.order number [protected].ther is no proper response from zomato..ther is no tall free number to registr complaint cal.

                                  I ordered food on 3 july 2019 from registered no. [protected] (Aman singh). After placing the order, i realised that i had placed wrong order. I tried to connect customer care but no one replied. I called restaurant and asked him that if the order has started cooking or not. He replied that no your order is just confirmed but the preparation is not started so you cancel the order and place the order again.
                                  Now when i cancelled the order, i havent received refund of 220/- rs and the reason which was told to me was that i have been charged penalty. (Define penalty), as well, i contacted the customer care by the agent over there named ishant, he was soo rude to me, which was horrible and pathetic.
                                  Zomato customer care executives dont know how to talk to customers.

                                  I need refund of this order as soon as possible. Its been one week and i havent received refund yet, nor have i received any reply from zomato.

                                  Zomato is just fooling people around.

                                    I ordered on 22nd june on zomato and was supposed to get cashback on my order but its been 18 days since i am chasing them on mail and chatting. Everytime that are giving some new excuse like wait for 24 hours or wait for 72 hours. Our server is working slow.

                                    I have paid using zeta card for food order twice on Zomato Jun 28 due to payment failure. I have checked with Zomato and they have refunded it and also shared transaction ref no. Kindly do the needful

                                      I have ordered biriyani from kundana restaurant on 6th july. When i opened the food package, food had plastic thread inside it. Clearly i can see they have cooked biriyani with the plastic thread. Plastic is injuries to health and it causes cancer as everybody knows. People's who had biriyani in the restaurant on that day their health will be in bad stage. Check photos for plastic thread (1. Jpg). I approached zomato customer support for return pickup and i have asked new food. Customer support told me that the restaurant is not accepting online orders but i was able to place an order in the restaurant (Check images for other order). Customer support didn't respond to me for an hour, after placing new order i was able to reach them. Worst customer support from zomato and bad food from kundana restaurant.

                                      I have got a zomato higher management level email id from customer support (Attached photo 1. Png), customer support said this higher level management will resolve the issue. I wrote an email (Attachment 1a. Png) with photos on 7th july 2019 to [protected]@zomato.com but till now they didn't even send reply to the mail.
