We ordered the food from Zomato, But there was missing one item so we immediately complained and sent the photo of the whole order, Then Zomato executive said that we will refund you the missing item value within 24 to 72 hours, When we did not get refund, then we again complained to him, we were told again the same thing that we will refund you within 24 to 27 hours. In this way we complained many times and we were always told the same but we have not been refunded till date and when we complained it to the Consumer Forum, So they have made my Account has been permanently blocked

Yet no response please do the needful.
The delivery agent damaged the package in rain, and Zomato blocked the channels of communication claiming I have high credit activity on the account.
This is outrageous, the credit activity is a sign of how often Zomato messes up. Denying help to customers for credit activity on account is not only crude injustice but also harrassment.
Strict actions should be taken against Zomato for this practice
