I had ordered chinese food for my parents in kolkata on 15-june 2019 at 7:30pm ist of inr 735.00 in value. I quickly realised that i should have provided the contacts for my parents in case of any delivery difficulties, so i updated the zomato support team on their app about my parent's contact details immediately (See attachment).

The delivery person never contacted my parents and kept trying the registered...

Actually i made an order for zomato, with ina minute i decided to change my menu but after cancelling they took 151as penalty i didn't see it was penalty but afterwards i have seen that they have taken total money neither the food has come nor refund so unfair

I have made hundreds of successful orders through zomato and have 1622 piggybanks points that is very hard to earn.

But for past few days i am unable to order food from zomato, i raised the issue to [protected]@zomato.com

They replied to me after 2 days, that zomato system has permanently blocked me because their system think's i am a spam
And because few restaurants have raised concern, because i complained...

I ordered 1 non veg thali for which mr omkar yadav was appointed as zomato valet. He came to a location which was 1 kms away and started saying i have come to your location. I told him that you are in adjacent colony pls come by this-this route on which he said i have to talk to company. The support staff of zomato was extremely rude he said if you want your order go and pick there otherwise i will reject it and rejected. I didnt get any...

I ordered a dal makhani, naan and a soft drink from masala darbar through zomato. The naan i recieved were burnt and soft drink was missing. I was offerred partial refund for the same. But I don't understand my whole meal got destroyed and what's the use of curry without bread. At least a full refund would be satifying. The whole meal cost me around 130 rupees and i was offered a refund of 70. The partial refund is not justified for the service...

I have had a wrong order delivered to me. After some argument the customer service refunded me.

Later that night when I checked my account was blocked.

I have requested as to why it's blocked they have informed me that the account cannot be unblocked.

This is absolutely dumb. As I had so many orders and they were supposed to believe me rather they didn't.

I have ordered from Wow Momo this evening through Zomato. Actually I haven't checked my payment option and I have placed my order. But within few seconds I realised that I have placed my order in Cash On Delivery option. So i cancelled the order within a minute. I have ordered food via zomato yesterday(18/06/19)after paying 168 rs through netbanking. Post which order got cancelled due to mentioned food not available in restaurant which was confirmed by executive from xomato however refund is not been processed.

I tried to contact customer care but no response and i got response through chat stating that your order got cancelled with penality.

I ordered food worth Rs. 349.45. For a long time, it was not delivered. I called the delivery guy and he said there was no response so order was cancelled. I checked my mobile but there was not a single call from the delivery guy or Zomato.

Where did my food go? Payment was debited from my card, Zomato says the amount will be refunded in 48 hrs but still no sign of refund. Zomato...

Order number - [protected] placed on 19/06/2019 @ 8.23pm where order Butter Roti and paid amount as well but when order received during that time Roti was missing and post chatting with support team got 63 credit points and not Roti.
What should I do with the food and credit amount received if there is no bread to it with, highly unprofessional and unethical.
Money is not the thing which can by everything.
