I ordered food on zomato of domino's food didn't delivered by the delivery boy he declined to comebut penalty is being charged no cod showing in my New order hence stopped using zomato very dissapointed it never happened before I was expecting zomato chat people to respond even they didn't my famlily into media as well I will raise this issue if it is not resolve Shanayasaxena no-[protected]

    The chat support system isn't working. Its been 5 hours now i have problem with my order, it was burnt. Whenever i use the zomato support system the computer machine replies and while contacting to the agent it shows that chat wait time is 1 minute but the agent never replies back. Its been the 3rd time its happening to me when it doesn't support. Not expected this type of service after waiting for half an hour i got the food burnt.

      Hi i ordered from zomato & zomato delivery guy ate my order & misbehaved. When i called him he said i am eating your order & food is good. Delivery guy also not called concerned person no which has been informed to him. He not delivered the order & ate it. He misbehaved with me also. I immediately informed to chat support regarding this & support checked from their end & found delivery guy misbehaving on call also. Support has added refund in form of zomato credit & told me it will be added within 24 to 48 hour but no credits has been added till now. Timeline has been passed & no refund has been given. Kindly refund my amount otherwise i will take strict legal action. I have seen your email support team email. They are not giving refund & i have shared screenshot in which agent told me i have added credit but they are not giving refund. Kindly refund otherwise i will take strict legal action. For proof i am attaching screenshot. Kindly take strict action against zomato.

      Zomato has initiated the refund after the complain .I got email from [email protected]. I also emailed my concern to their Email support team .

      I too have this kind of experience...

      I ordered the food and waiting for it for more than 1hr.
      Then I try to contact the delivery person, he said he tried to reach me on phone and he cant so he canceled my order. (He lied completely)

      But I'm very sure, for this order, I'm not in call with any person and my network is good too.

      They took my amount (by this fraud company) with fake reasons.

      Worst experience ever. Don't trust this Company: ZONAMT...

        Hi Team,
        Please help in combating the unethical practises of zomato as post promising the refund of an order they just blocked my account after waiting for a week. I had persistently been asking the support desk about this but they have been reluctant with the sharing the refund status too. After checking the application after a week I saw it blocked. 3943575 is the ticket I'd raised with them.

          The order clearly says to provide mayo dip but it wasn't provided by the zomato delivery boy. Also when called to him he said he delivered whatever was provided by the firangi bake restaurant.

          The next moment i called the owner of firangi bake and he said that they had provided all the items mentioned in the order.

          The grilled chicken box was big so thought the dip would be inside the box. But we did not receive the mayo dip.

          Why such ignorance in delivery? Don't both the parties check whether all the items are provided or not?
          Either you people provide refund or get the missing item to the address mentioned.

            I need my order.. I never cancelled my order.. I was at home.. Didn't received any call from delivery boy... It was my birthday... You ruined my day.. Or else i need my refund.. If i will not get my refund.. I will never use zomato ever in my life.. I will also suggest my friends, family and relatives to not use zomato.. Today you lost your one customer... But not you will loss daily one customer

              Hi,

              Zomato executive called me 4 mins before i try calling them back. I was stuck up in a meeting due to which i couldn't pick up the phone right away.

              I reverted back on call 4 minutes after before which my order was rejected already.

              I am highly surprised on the impatience that the executive had. I had occasions with swiggy where my phone was not reachable for more than 10 minutes and i had to call him through my other number 10 minutes after swiggy executive reached my place. Executive was still waiting on me. That is customer obsession!

              Me and my teammates were hungry for an hour as the food wasn't delivered to us, we had to go out and eat!

              Zomato is telling that my whole 859.08 rupees is a cancellation fee.

              Knowing that i am not getting my money back after not getting to eat my food is highly frustrating! This will be my last order if i don't get a proper response.

              After reaching out to consumer complaints, zomato person reached out to me through call the next day and processed the refund. I would be satisfied if this was done in the first instance.

              I got a call from Zomato..but im not convinced with this.. i want the refund back .

              We tried calling from multiple number to reach the delivery guy but the call dint go .. this is Zomatos fault and customer cant accept ur mistake

                Ordered from Behrouz Biryani on 6/7/19. Order ID: [protected]. Partial order was delivered. After contacting the customer support, they agreed that it was a miss. When asked to credit the Rs.200/- amount into my account, they wanted to instead credit it into their Zomato wallet. I will not be using Zomato again.

                This is cheating. They cannot refuse to give back money for something they did not provide.

                  I have ordered food with Order ID [protected]. By mistake I have ordered on my Office address instead of my home address. I called to delivery boy to hand over the order at my home address. Than he said he can't deliver food at my home address but he said I 'll forward the concern to the office, they 'll manage for us. Than I got call from customer care, the executive said to me that I am declining this order from my end. You 'll get the refund of this within 10-12 working days. And you make a fresh order by changing the address. So I re- order the same food by Order ID [protected].
                  And till now I have not get any refund from your side. Kindly look into the matter and revert accordingly.

                    Please get my account unblocked as i cant use my zomato gold which i bought recently. I don't want anything or any sort of cashbacks from you. Just get my account opened as i cant use my gold membership. Please please please my zomato gold is there please do something it high time now. Till yet i haven't used my zomato gold since the time i have bought it. Or do something transfer my zomato gold on my other number.

                      I have ordered a cake from zomato but by some reason i have to cancel the order in not more than 2 min. Probably the order has not reached the kitchen. But they charged me the cancellation fee equal to order price which is injustice. I think that they should reduce their cancellation charges to the minimal. Please look into the matter as i am your customer and customer's satisfaction is must for any company to progress.

                        I have place my order and as payment mode i select cash on dilvery the all services are just worst and the amount shows on my device when i ordered it rs 191.3 and the order come the dilivery boy asking for rs 291.3 wat the hell you guys are just fraud and you think we are fool and i knew there no action goona take by zomato of my complaint their executive are too bad they don't know how to talk proffesionally they are iliterate i had word with one girl she is too rude and she was therting me by saying you have to pay the full amount any how i don't know anything and when i asked for the supervisior he transfered me to another illiterate person his name is saurabh and when they don't have solution for such cases i m not getting it then why they are getting paid for now i m going to paste this on social website and i m going to screw their happiness

                          Today 6th july i ordered a tiffin but delivery boy his name is srinivasrao he didn't respond properly and he didn't reach my address he said i don't know address, and he talking very rudely in call, finally my order was cancelled, and message is came from you my money refunded in zomato wallet... No that's not correct i want my money in my bank account don't you added in zomato wallet... I'm not satisfy with zomato service... I want my money so added my money in my bank account and i want apologies from zomato...😈😈😈

                            Have ordered cake from Zomato app and the restaurant called me and said that they don't have this cake as of now and I have to cancel the order.
                            So I cancelled the order. But Zomato is not giving my money back and it's been 5 days now. I have mailed them but no reply from their side.
                            I have searched all over internet and got know they are doing same things with almost every customer.
                            They first accept your prepaid order and then cancel it and take all of the amount as cancellation charges.

                              My account has been blocked for no reason stating due to suspicious behavior. It all happened like this i ordered food from some restaurant and it was too oily to be eaten so i rated 1 and asked them to do something. Neither did they provide me with some cashback nor did they do something. Now when i tried to open my account it is showing tht it is blocked or disabled due to suspicious behavior.
                              Please do something as i recently bought zomato gold from there and it is not transferable. My registered mobile no is [protected].

                                I placed an order on 5th july 2019. I have received bad food and completely spoiled food plus one order was missing. I tried to contact and they didn't response also after 1 hour one of agent assigned and he also close that chat.
                                I order food and paid 170, food delivered quickly, but there was low quantity and i think it was leftover food, because butter naan had white fungus, and also rice was bad, first i concerned about quantity but when i eat that food was completely not eatable. I tried to contact restaurant but no response also i send pictures and all details to zometo but no response. Third class service. No guarantee which will you get after paying.

                                  How would you feel after you purchase the "gold membership" and after 2 months, the customer service executive tells you over chat that you are not a gold member on their records. Having gone through through this, i investigated further and found out that my membership is infact active and the executive thought it would be funny to harass a customer who not only buys the company's premium service but also is a frequent user of the same. If this is the kind of people you hire at zomato and if you don't have a customer management policy in place, can you please tell me how to end the membership and how can i get my refund on pro rata basis. I wouldn't want to associate with a company that can tolerate this behavior. There is also a case logged in your system and you can refer to it by case id 714541.

                                    I have ordered from a restaurant named biryani blues which is at lajpat nagar 2. The problem i faced after ordering from the restaurant was i didn't get assigned to any delivery boy. So i called to the restaurant. First they responded and i asked them about the details of the delivery boy which i was supposed to be assigned. But the restaurant didn't respond. And i mistakenly pressed that i got my delivery. But i didn't get that order. And i paid for the order too. So please let me know whether i'm gonna get my refund or not.

                                      Is this is the service you provide to customers
                                      Zomato eat money of customer is thus your company policy
                                      I received wrong order they sent me chicken keema and sprite and when i contacted agents they are dumb that they didn't help me
                                      When i am going to register complaint in police station you deleted my photos which i have sent so that i can't conpain
                                      I told them to connect with restaurant i will talk to them
                                      But your agents are so dump that they didn't even do that work
                                      Is this how zomato works
                                      I hve wasted my money on that # i strictly the refund regarding the order
                                      If you didn't send refund then sent me that photo i have to register complaint against your company in police station and consumer court

                                        I received incorrect food so i asked either replacement and the this food back or give me refund because hotel gave me 2 same sabji so they were ready for refund but the credits didn't reflected my wallet after 1 day so i asked forcefully i want the credits but didn't receive the credits but they blocked my account and gave me the credits after 3 days. So i am asking the zomato team to unblock my account and the total amount of refund was 100 rups in total... So there has been some misunderstanding and some agent has done it intentionally... Please take look into this. I have been mailing zomato team from 1 week but still they are unresponsive. My order i'd was-[protected].
