I placed an order on 5th july 2019. I have received bad food and completely spoiled food plus one order was missing. I tried to contact and they didn't response also after 1 hour one of agent assigned and he also close that chat.
I order food and paid 170, food delivered quickly, but there was low quantity and i think it was leftover food, because butter naan had white fungus, and also rice was bad, first i concerned about quantity but when i eat that food was completely not eatable. I tried to contact restaurant but no response also i send pictures and all details to zometo but no response. Third class service. No guarantee which will you get after paying.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered the food and waiting for it for more than 1hr.
Then I try to contact the delivery person, he said he tried to reach me on phone and he cant so he canceled my order. (He lied completely)
But I'm very sure, for this order, I'm not in call with any person and my network is good too.
They took my amount (by this fraud company) with fake reasons.
Worst experience ever. Don't trust this Company: ZONAMT...
