I had Ordered food on 7th April 2019, Order ID: [protected], which got delayed apx 1 and half hour than expected time. i did complaint about it, so as a remuneration they gave me rs. 148 extra credits in my zomato account to use for my next order, Nowhere it was mentioned that those credits are valid for 1 month only, neither chat support informed me about it, nor email support,
When i tried to order food 1 & half month later, credits were not there, I asked for the same on chat support, that time they are saying that credits were valid only for 1 month,
then they told me to email for further queries, i mailed them, but again and again they are answering me same that credits were valid only for 1 month,
i asked them why I was not informed before about validity of credits, but those people are not getting my question only, they repeating same answers & Zomato doesnt have customer care no. also
i dont understand what to do now.
