I ordered my food, order was worth rs275, i called the guy at 4:51, according to the map he was standing outside, i said that i m coming outside please wait, when i came back i saw him going in his bike, i even called him, and he didnt stop, i looked at the app, he had already cancelled the order. He told me he is outside and i can take my order, he cut my phone, cancelled the order and ran away also blocked my number, after which i talked to the support about it. They told me i can pick up my order from the restraunt my self, and that they have informed about it to the restraunt. They misinformed me about it, i went to the restraunt myself and there i was told that my order is cancelled and only zomato can do anything about it, or refund the money. There i got the information that the restraunt dont get the food back, probably the reason he felt cancelling the order and running away was a good idea.

Request you to look into this issue as the Zomato account is locked for no reason and there's nothing the customer care team can do about it. Additionally, find the root cause and let know the reason to get the account Banned.
