We ordered for chocolate cake 500 G from lama bakery Gwalior today, but we rec'd vanila cake instead of chocolate cake .

    I have placed the order from Zomato and paid the amount online. This is not the first time I have ordered then the delivery boy called me and telling that I will not come in your location and then he cancelled the order then I complained to Zomato on chat they told that they will not refund I also demand for re delivery they said they will not do and the rider also using bad language

    I have ordered food on june 6th 300 rs and hotel they canceled order then they refunded me 69 rs, then i chat with them for proper refund .. [protected]

      I had ordered food on 11th June 2019 with order ID[protected]. Due to app failure my order got cancelled and then they charged me the whole amount as penalty. I have taken the issue to their chat support but of no help. Also mailed them again of no help. I had paid online so they cancelled the amount. Today I asked what if the payment was done offline. They told me in that case they would have delivered yeh food and made me pay. So today I asked them fine don't refund the money back at least give the food back. They said they are helpless in this regard. And moreover my order was cancelled within a minute of order being placed. All they told me was food gets wasted, I wonder how can food be prepared within 60 seconds. Cancellation fee being charged is fine but the whole amount that's ridiculous. And moreover it was due to app failure. Zomato resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      Yesterday we gave a order of butter chicken but by the zomato side they delivered very bad quality of food because after the consumption of food we have suffering from vomiting at full night and also a pain in stomach

      So i am not satisfy by your services we complaint in a consume court...

        Today I ordered a pizza and within a minute I want to cancelled my order but there is no option working for cancellation then I also called the delivery boy for that query but there is no response...aftersome time I received a call from Gurgaon zomato and he threatened me that u have to receive this order otherwise we reduce money from ur next order and using bad language...Oh this is really a bad experience..I will never order any item and also suggest to others...I will also go for consumer court..

        I placed Order at Cake Point MG road New Delhi at 9:50 PM and It showed the food is preparing but it didn't got delivered and In the morning it showed that the order was delivered.

        Tried calling restaurant but they weren't picking call after I placed The order.

          I placed an order from zomato and i did not cancel the order after confirmation .I have paid the zomato valet also.But in the app it is showing that i have to pay cancellation fees.If this kind of discrepencies continue to happen i would have to stop using the app.

          I have not received the balance amount of money from guru, on one of my kfc orders. He said he is going to pay since last week or more than that. But he has not paid me back my money yet.

Pay back my money or will file a complaint in consumer court. Do not get comfortable by thing of transaction is of 220 rps. A company may not fool customer any way. Attachment there

            I had ordered food from Zomato via order ID [protected] on 13 June 2016. I paid money (854.61) in advance via credit card. After around an hour, I got an SMS stating that my order was rejected. On Zomato App, it mentioned that the customer was not available at the address and not reachable on phone! This was a lie, because I was waiting for the order at the address and no one had come to my place to deliver food. I chatted with Zomato customer service immediately and they said the order could not be delivered because I am unavailable, and they couldn't give a refund either! I told them that I am certainly available, and it has been just over an hour since the order placement, so I demanded them to deliver the food, but they refused saying that the order has been closed in their database. They asked me to email their customer service with the concern, which I did immediately, but there has been no further action on this matter.

            I suspect this is some sort of fraud action from the side of Zomato where they attempt no delivery after getting the payment, and then pocket the money without refunding.

            Ive orderd food from firangi bake, i waited for the past 1.30 hrs and i still dint get ma order, i calld the restaurant and thy dint pick up at all. I called them lyk 22 times and thy dint pick up at all, the zomato agent did not respond properly too. I DINT GET A REFUND NOR MY FOOD ORDER. PLZ DO TAKE ACTION.
            I ordered some eatable but my order wasn't delivered as they could not find the address which was mentioned by me rather they trusted the location which was auto generated, they didn't bothered to find the correct address as the payment was made online. Now neither I got my order nor did my money was refunded. What shall I do
            I have ordered food of inr 205.00 from annapoorna andhra restaurant, due to delay than expected.

            I have tried contacting zones support team via chat in zomato app, but they didn't responded.

            Please take necessary action to refund the money.

First they mail us it will take 4-6 weeks, if nothing have done in this time period i'll mailed again then they gave another a week's time. after that one week more and more but Still nothing happened.

                  I just want to say that zomato's services have gone down drastically in last couple years.
                  The riders they have are rude and absolutely incapable of following directions. I have never had this problem with swiggy.
                  Then their representatives are rude too. They could not deliver my order because their app picks up wrong location and your representative calls and tells me it's my fault and denied refund.
                  Way to a great customer service!!

                      My delivery been cancelled between 9 to 11 PM in a day and this got affected my eating plan.

                      Reason given behind that Zomato do not delivers after 7 PM at my location but my concern that they must mention their restricted delivery schedule / boundation while confirm the order.

                      Or

                      They must refused the order at very initial stage, so that customer can arrange their plan according to their convenient.

                        My name is vansh Singh.tonight I ordered my dinner on Zomato app.the restaurant name is the crunchy burger.after placing order I got a confirmation from restaurant and after some time I got a call from delivery boy that I cannot reach at your destination because you provide wrong address.i told him that my address is correct see my address on order reciept.he told me that I am coming at your address then after sometime a call from Zomato customer care comes and they told me to that you provide wrong address and if you want to receive your order you have to come where the delivery boy is(the delivery boy is 4km aged from my house) and I told him that I cannot reach at you and first of all my address is correct and I ordered 1 order 1 hour later from the same restaurant and same address then now what is the problem with this order. They cancelled my order without my permission and now they even did not give refund.now I want to file a complain in consumer court against Zomato I want my refund.they wasted my 3 hours and my birthday.

                          The delivery was made in a dilapilated condition with an order of egg bhurji missin.

                          The delivery after 1 and half hour of order.

                          When contacted the hotel and the boy, they both disowned responsibility.

                          I have been cheated by zomato.

                          Not able to contact the customer care also by phone and also their chat.

                            Hi, my zomato account has been blocked associated with my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                            They stated in email that multiple accounts and few merchants complaint about my account.
                            I don't know if it's true or not.

                            They have blocked my account without hearing from me by their own assumptions which is unfair.

                            I don't know on what basis have they considered merchants complaint as i haven't done anything inethical or suspicious from my account accept ordering food.

                            Please look into this matter and help me in getting my account recovered

                              refund for money deducted, as payment failure

                              I placed 2 orders on zomato on 15/06/19, around 12 am, 14th midnight, using 2 different payment method. It showed payment failed and money got deducted.
                              I have not yet recived the refund yet and i have no response from Zomato customer service.. please procede with my refund ASAP. Or i will file a case in consumers court.

                              My account has been blocked by these ppl without any prior notice and also I have reached the customer support team, One says, u can still use the services, other says account has been blocked permanently.As I have attached some pics of my convo n the Display of my screen while I was trying to logging in.It clearly says From Online ordering services but they have blocked whole account!!

                                I have order first time in zomato but booked order not received my delivery address when he not reached my location why accept the order. And customer care not support. When customer first time mistakes customer care not guide not support with properly he say only cancelation is solution and pay your full amount of order value. I am very disappointed with the service and delivery boys. When he not delivered why he call me for address confirmation. I am not again to use zomato and not suggesting with others. Thanks for zomato order cancelation support.

                                  This morning I have placed an order on Zomato. The outlet has successfully accepted the order. After few minutes there delivery boy calls me back sating that I can not deliver to your place because its far away. I told him fine no worries refund back my money he said for that i need to call thr customer support process and ask them to cancel this order. After few minutes a girl from zomato called me up saying I am cancelling your order because we can not deliver there i asked her toh refund my money back as i have done online payment. She said that can not be refunded because your order is cancelled. I was like what its itsr employees who dont want to deliver whats my fault in that why would i bear the loss. The order is cancelled from your side not mine. But she has just cramed one sentence nd was speaking that the whole time. She was not able to understand my point. When she dont have any ans she terminated the call. I dont understand why do they hire such people for helping customers when they can not understand anything... Worst Customer Service ever. I want my refund back becuase its company's fault.

                                    I contacted the restaurant immediately after placing order...the food was not even prepared and i did place my order again. How the hell there is a wastage of food according to your policy when the restaurant denied it. Pls kindly refund my money.

                                      Worst chat support service working ever seen. I had by mistake ordered the order to my home address instead of my office address. I realised it just after I made an order and messaged them on chat and even talked to there delivery person and caterspoint too. But they were no help.. Zomato cancelled my order and refused the refund and ask me to mail. I responsibly reported complaint of wrong address within a second after I placed the order but because of there mistake it got cancelled by there team. No refund was given saying that because of company policy, your food was prepared and wasted but i had before that already told the restaurant to not prepare the order as i am talking to zomato regarding it. They just making up stories for not refunding the money. I need my refund regarding it asap.
                                      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
