I had order a chicken haleem in a restaurant and they sent some other thing . which was smelling bad and i couldnt even touch it . No one is responding after i received the delivery . I am a regular customer and you are doing this . After few days i thought to order something and i ordered something else so i cancelled the order . I got a penality fee for this . why should i pay ?? It wasnt intensional . If you dont respond to these queries you will lose a regular customer .
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The total was 66 I gave him 100 rs note.
Then in the mean while I forgot to take rs 44 note from him After words he went out in a hurry..He flew from my residence.
When I called him back he just cut it again n again
And Now he is not answering I want that the company should take very strict action against him..

    I have ordered from Wow Momo this evening through Zomato. Actually I haven't checked my payment option and I have placed my order. But within few seconds I realised that I have placed my order in Cash On Delivery option. So i cancelled the order within a minute. And they are saying that I have to pay the full charge of my previous order. I mean why? I don't think the restaurant starts preparing my order instantly when they receive request? They have their offline customers to serve. I don't want to pay my cancellation charge. Kindly look in to this matter.

      Delivery person is lying and he did not ring the bell. My mother was at home and your customer service is really pathetic. I want my money back. I have ordered from zomato in the past in the same address. I checked from the security guard. He did not see any person because delivery guys have to make an entry in the register to enter the apartment.
      This was my last order from zomato and I want a refund

      I have been using Zomato for a while for ordering food online. All of a sudden my account was blocked with no reason communicated to me. When I have sent an email they just told me some generic reason.

        I cancelled an order at Chawla2, jail road and replaced it immediately. Before cancelling I called up the restaurant and they confirmed that the order was not yet prepared. The Zomato representative who called for cancellation did not inform about charging for the cancelled order. He cancelled the order and yet charged me foe both the orders-cancelled as well as delivered. Kindly refund the amount for the cancelled order as both orders were exactly same.
        Not only that, instead of shahi paneer as ordered, the restaurant delivered kadai paneer.
        Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Even though I didnt order any food online through Zomato since the last year, the account has been blocked due to "suspicious activity". When I complained through email, they said they'll not be able to assist me. I'm appalled by their actions.

        I have ordered one chicken biryani and it got repeated by the application and came 2 biryani chixken. Now they were asking to pay for 2 biryani. I canceled but again they were asking to pay 2 biryani. They were not alloiwing me to new order and if i ordered also they were charging extra money. Kindly help me on this

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is regarding my order [protected] on Jun 1st 2019.

          I have ordered for mutton bucket biriyani at thalapakatti on 1st June through Zeta Payment. Due to poor packaging the whole bucket biriyani spilled om the road and the image was enclosed. I raised a concern immediately on that day with the image. The whole bucket was wasted and total amount of 1.7k was wasted. When i raised a concern, i was informed that refund was initiated and the amount will.be credited into my Zeta accound automatically within 7 business days.

          I have re-checked on Jun 3rd about the status update on my refund. When i checked, i was surprised to be informed that the refund was not initiated correctly on 1st time and again they raised refund for 2nd time on Jun 3rd and promised me like anything that this time will be refunded back for 100% and again it was not due to false promised. I have been informed by an usual template of 5-7 business days.

          Later part exactly on Jun 10th i did not received the refund into my Zeta account and then raised a concern that did not received a refund which was promised earlier. The person who said he initiated a refund infront of his senior even dint work as well for 2nd time. I asked him a reason about why it was delayed and he replied me back with "The refund was initiated and it was delayed due to multiple issues and the banks are lazy to process the request". Think about you people how lazy now you people are.

          He informed me that i escalated to my senior most manager and refund raised by him this time and again i was given 3rd false promise again it will be refunded back again within 7 days.

          So totally 3 time refund was initiated to me and everytime there is no delay from.my side and when i checked this again on 17th, i was informed that am raising concern for 1st jun order and the same cannot be refunded because of me.

          Thia is totally not acceptable. You people made me to wait for 3 times ans dragged till 16 days and not throwing the concern on.me due to old issue we cannot give a refund. I feel like you people have strategy of dragging till 15 days by mentioning that my senior manager raised refund and it will.be refunded this time and blaming the customer he is late after 16 days and it is very old cant help it.

          See i have all the proof of delay on your side and the false promises given by your people. Enclosing all the screenshots of the conversation had with people.

          Atleast by now expecting a positive response after going through my mail. Hope someone would help me understanding the situations. Shoud atleast understand the customer situation and ready to hear back from.them.

          Expecting a reply and refund at the earliest. I dont want your usual template of it is initiated again for 4th time and will.be refunded within 5-7 business days.

          I recently purchased Zomato Gold and my account was disabled for no apparent reason. I've paid for that account and the app disabling it without my fault shows very poor service. I am very disappointed and want my account back.

            Yesterday i ordered one three cheese pasta from my nearby outlet name irfi cafe in 186 rs..my order no was [protected].First of all i got my order in 1 hr 15 mins ..even though the outlet is hardly 5 km from my place the the entire pasta sauce was spilled and outside in bag..when i asked the reason to delivery boy he told that my bike broke down thats y i was late its a cafe fault they didnt do the packaging properly.i rejected the order .i argued with zomata chat service which is not available anytime and needs to wait atleast 10 mins for every reply got ready to initiate my refund as they were not ready to reorder from there side.Then i reorder the same pasta from same place and my order no was:[protected]..that come on time but the quality of pasta was so pathetic it seems to waterly no taste at all the sauce was uncooked ..it was waste of money.I asked the chat service person about this and as usual they have patent answer sorry for inconvenience.I have escalated the issue someone will get in touch with you.i cannot help more than that first of all i have to waste my 2 n half hour and also atlast i ate bread at home..i threw entire pasta in dustbin it was so pathetic.
            But i want to raise the complain about the customer care service they provide is horrible

              Hi,

              I have ordered food via zomato yesterday(18/06/19)after paying 168 rs through netbanking. Post which order got cancelled due to mentioned food not available in restaurant which was confirmed by executive from xomato however refund is not been processed.

              I tried to contact customer care but no response and i got response through chat stating that your order got cancelled with penality.

              It doesn’t make sense how come they charge penality for cancelled order that too they not even bought the food.

              I need refund immediately as i was so frustrated and fed up of the service from Zomato and call back @ [protected]

                I have placed order of 935 & it picked my home address, but while placing it was shoing my office address which was correct.I ask them to cancel this, then i recieved call from zomato agent(GAURAV).He told me i will not get my refund then i asked him to deliver my order & don't cancel it, still he disconnected my call & cancelled it.Now they are not refunding my money

                  I ordered food worth Rs. 349.45. For a long time, it was not delivered. I called the delivery guy and he said there was no response so order was cancelled. I checked my mobile but there was not a single call from the delivery guy or Zomato.

                  Where did my food go? Payment was debited from my card, Zomato says the amount will be refunded in 48 hrs but still no sign of refund. Zomato is not reverting on their chat message now.

                    Order number - [protected] placed on 19/06/2019 @ 8.23pm where order Butter Roti and paid amount as well but when order received during that time Roti was missing and post chatting with support team got 63 credit points and not Roti.
                    What should I do with the food and credit amount received if there is no bread to it with, highly unprofessional and unethical.
                    Money is not the thing which can by everything.
                    Zomato team should redelivered the Roti Instead of credit amount, highly unsatisfied with this inappropriate service.

                        I have ordered a food item through Zomato. but the food item was not available at that store. Then they asked for replacement of that order.but I did not accept that. So they informed me by call that they will cancel the order and refund the money. After that I got a message that"we have initiated your refund against your order id: [protected]." Also they mentioned that the refund will start reflecting in Zomato wallet within 24-48 hours.
                        But after 5 days the refund is not credited. I have also send feedback regarding this matter.but no response from them.I think Zomato has started cheating in this cheap way. So I am raising the complaint so that I can get my money back and no other person can be cheated such way.

                            I had Ordered food on 7th April 2019, Order ID: [protected], which got delayed apx 1 and half hour than expected time. i did complaint about it, so as a remuneration they gave me rs. 148 extra credits in my zomato account to use for my next order, Nowhere it was mentioned that those credits are valid for 1 month only, neither chat support informed me about it, nor email support,
                            When i tried to order food 1 & half month later, credits were not there, I asked for the same on chat support, that time they are saying that credits were valid only for 1 month,
                            then they told me to email for further queries, i mailed them, but again and again they are answering me same that credits were valid only for 1 month,
                            i asked them why I was not informed before about validity of credits, but those people are not getting my question only, they repeating same answers & Zomato doesnt have customer care no. also
                            i dont understand what to do now.

                              What's the point of ordering online if it doesn't deliver food from little far away places...could be just 3-4 km...no use of Zomato at my location...as they don't show any hotels...other than two hotels .which are near by.. I'm fed with Zomato now...really... please improve the services provided by your company... seriously I come from work and try to order something...then I see there are no hotels nearby...if you get food from near by hotels..
                              What's the point of Zomato... I'd have gone and had it myself...

                                This is Farhaz Khan resident kf Andhra Pradesh and I want to complain about zomato located In Srikakulam. The problem is that when we are ordering any food items if the delivery boy can't deliver it they are asking to cancel order for which we don't get refunded if paid cash on delivery we have to pay penalty next time we order which ends up a loss to the customer only.so please review about it. Instead of trying to deliver they are simply sending message that they have tried to deliver but we have denied to take it.

                                  I placed an order with Hotel Saravana Bhavan via Zomato app for food worth Rs 719.99 Order Id [protected] placed on 9th June.

                                  The order was accepted by the restaurant and 15 mins later, the zomato delivery person called me and told me the items cannot be prepared by the restaurant as it was after 4pm and asked me to cancel the order.

                                  I cancelled the order via the support feature in the app to get a refund.
                                  The request has since then been rejected by zomato customer service thrice. I have attached the emails with them for your reference. They dont understand the situation and keep emailing me about their cancellation policy.

                                  I need the 719 rupees I paid for the food that was not prepared by the restaurant and not delivered to me.

                                    I raise concern about I found hair on the biriyani box. And I attached picture with it. But the helpline agent talk with me very rudely and dont giveme refund for my issue.. They say I am lied to him.. Please check my issue and give me my money back. I attached the biriyani picture with this email. Is paid via phone pe. They told me about refund only for one item. But my two item is goy damaged. So why this type of behavior we customer is tolerating? They say this type of case I handle whole day. The type of manners customer service employees do with customers

                                      Zomato has been indifferent lately with their customer services for the late night orders.

                                      I have had 5 bad orders in a row. Most of them are orders placed late night. So for this particular order number [protected], i had ordered from Healthie via zomato, the rice was uncooked. The zomato chat support gave me a number that was unavailable. And when i was able to reach them later in the day, i was informed by the restaurant manager Stanley that i call Zomato and do a con-call and he will process the refund.

                                      When i called Shivam, the customer service executive, he was not able to reach the number for the restaurant and later started accusing me saying that 5 bad orders in a row is not possible in a city like Mumbai. I told him I had sent proofs/pictures to the chat support for the faulty orders and all the orders had discrepancies. He accused me of tampering with the food and insisted that all the faulty orders were made-up. I tried to tell him that I had no reason to do such things and I genuinely had got faulty orders. In frustration i thanked him and hung up. The customer service agent, instead of providing a liable solution, blocked me from the app instead. Shivam was the name of the agent. If you guys can get hold of the recorded conversation, it would be great. Enough proof of how ungrateful and ruthless this man was.

                                      Requesting you to take necessary action against this agent in particular. And also unblock my Zomato account so that I can avail my refund for the bad order.

                                        I have made an oder on zomato at 4.30 pm, now it is 6pm. They have yet not assigned a valet, I have contacted the resturant and they have already prepared my oder and are waiting for the rider. I am messaging zomato customer support but for the past 30 mins they are not replying. I have attached the screenshots. It's a prepaid order, the food is cold now, no time is given, no option to cancel. Why do they promise a service, cut the money and not provide my order. If I ask for a refund they don't give my money back, zomato credit, from which I order then same problem happens.
