My order no is (id: [protected]) dated 4-6-2019 was cancelled from your side and an amount of Rs. 424.76 was deducted and I was acknowledged that my money would be refunded within 2 to 7 days. The time provided has already been lapsed. I have been trying your customer care no. but I am unable to approach your customer care executive.

    I had ordered in total 4 orders from Zomato.
    In which i had complained against three for wrong packing, mishandling and spilled food.
    I had complained against first two orders. I got compensation. Then third order was fine.
    Forth order which I received is spilled. So i complaint against same to customer service.
    And had send them pictures.
    Then the customer service person replied me that “if i was there at your place, i could had shared more worst pictures”
    Like is the way to respond.
    His name was Rocky. What he stated in chat. Worst customer service.

      I ordered two foods on 11th June, 2019. But I received item missing with the food product. Zomato told me to refund Rs 160 but since then they told me everyday that "at days end you will get your money". They told me two times means for two days they harassing me with mentally and physically but I didn't receive a single penny. So now I demand Rs 500 from Zomato for this harassment. Even they don't accept this with brave heart. So it's embarrassing and frustrating for me and in this regard I want your full support and help.
      I am attaching the frustrating discussion between Zomato and me. You see and understand that they have done it for last two days and it's a pure harassment.

        The order placed with Healthie at Chandivali Andheri on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 12.25 was to be delivered in 35 minutes at my Andheri office. However the order didn't came in time so I called up the delivery boy who told me that another delivery guy has been assigned and he doesn't have his no. Meanwhile I got a call from Zomato and the lady said the order is picked up and is on the way and will reach in few minutes.
        But on my delivery portal I got a post from Healthie that order is cancelled due to some issue on road and money paid is charged back and request to place order again. I lost my lunch time in this and was never contacted by Zomato again forget apologizing for the delay. Twice such thing has happened. Last time it was delayed by an hour. Very unexpected of Zomato. With Swiggy such issues never arise

          I have ordered my dinner (Fish chilli) by zomato on yesterday night around 9pm. The hotel is "mughal treat". After i ate 2 pieces of fish i come to know that the fish is a spoilled fish which is too dangerous to eat. Very bad smell is coming from the fish. Immediately i stopped eating & called to the hotel "Mughal Treat" but their number is switched off. And i have raised a complaint via zomato chat that time itself. But nobody responded for that. Due to the spoilled fish i got a stomach infection now. So who will take the responsibility. It's their duty to give a good food to customers, not giving spoilled food. If you want to earn money why you are using us. Provide me a solution for this.

            Order ID :[protected]. I had ordered from zomato yesterday and by mistake my order got cancelled. I had paid through paytm and the whole amount got deducted as penalty for cancellation. When I asked to chat support to either reorder my order or give me refund they didn't help me. I want my refund back of Rs. 1086.25. Penalty doesn't mean the whole amount and that too when cancellation has been done by mistake or accidentally. I want my refund back or I'll issue a complaint regarding zomato in consumer forum and rate it very badly and also ask my friends to stop using zomato by telling them about my experience

              I have ordered full quantity from Zomato and i had made online payment for Same, but when i received the order it was a half of quantity wherein i supposed to get the full quantity. Regarding this i contacted restaurant several times but didn't get any response, also had a word with zomato but they did't help me.

              Would be looking forward to get proper compensation on the same as it has caused a lot of trouble and humiliation in front of my guest

              I ordered food from a nearby hotel in Kakanad, Kochi, Kerala and paid the order value using netbanking. The payment gateway was completed but the app didint show the payment as received. It is showing incomplete payment.

                RS. 999 deducted from my Paytm account on 07/06/2019 towards subscription of Zomato Gold membership, though no transaction was taken by me. I want my refund. And has been trying to reach customer care nos. But no reply. through app also staffs are not ready to listen anything, and are very rude.                   I had placed an order with Leon Grill, Marathahalli on 7th June at 9:43 PM #[protected].
                  It had been 10 minutes that the restaurant wasn't confirming the order. Owing to my hunger pangs, I had to cancel the order at 9:52 PM due to such a delay of even accepting the order and then placed a fresh order with a different restaurant. I then spoke to a customer care agent at Zomato, who after i explained the whole issue said that the refund for the order has been initiated and will be provided in 24 to 48 hours in my mode of payment.
                  I was falsely promised about the refund being provided as it did not reflect in my paytm account. How can a customer be charged for as huge as Rs. 488 as a cancellation fee (which is equal to the order amount) and that too, when a restaurant was not confirming the order despite 10 minutes of the order being placed and the order status was not even "In progress" for Zomato to charge a cancellation fee.
                  Please note that I've already written to [protected]@zomato.com and they have mentioned that if the order gets cancelled after acceptance, the policy says that there is no refund but I've already emphasised in my e-mails to them that the order was not accepted by the restaurant and hence, was cancelled and so, that policy clearly does not come into picture in this case.
                  Request you to provide a refund as Rs. 488 is too large an amount to be charged as a cancellation fee for an order your partner restaurant wasn't accepting (10 minutes is a long time for any restaurant to just accept an order).

                    I placed an order for my mom on zomato. Few minutes after the order was placed, my mom got a call from the restraunt stating that you placed an order for Mutton curry but we don't have it right now so instead can we send you the fish and chicken? She agreed to it and when she got the order the fish was not in the bag. She called the restraunt and the guy that the fish was eaten up by the driver as he was hungry. I tried calling zomato and their number is out of service. Had a chat with them and they are blaming it on us that your mom aggreed to get chicken only. But she never aggreed. We paia money for something we never received. Even zomato is a fraud company they charge money but did not send what we ordered. Their customer service is so rude. And instead of asking their drivers they are getting rude on us. Take a strict action against them before they make every customer a fool

                      The delivery boy came to deliver my order.
                      The total was 368 .I gave him 500rs note.
                      He asked for a change..when i came back with rs 370 he told me that the total is 378. Then in the mean while I forgot to take Rs 500 note from him.After words he accepted 370 cash and shown me that he is in a hurry..He flew from my residence.
                      When I called him back he told me that he has taken extra money by mistake
                      And Now he is totally refusing from the bĺunder.I want that the company should take very strict action against him.

                        My order was placed on 12 June at 8.47 pm with order no. [protected]. I called the rider at 9.15 but he said. I have changed the rider and he will deliver my order and the other rider didn't reached to me by 9.30. i called the restaurant they said no one has come to take the food. I reached to him by my own car at Sai baba Chowk panipat. Poor delivery by zomato services

                          I have ordered and wallet said he won’t delivery due to rain and I am standing somewhere come and take the order we denied and contacted the customer care chat initially the said the will ask the wallet to deliver the food and I raised a question how I am going to have cold food which is out for delivery an hour ago rather delivery fresh food wallet cancelled my order and talking arrogantly and customer care executive is also giving arrogant and delayed replies to my questions. This how the deal when we made payment in advance.

                            I had placed and order in one of the restaurants in Mumbai. Waited for over an hour to get our food delivered. After more than an hour we get the notification that your delivery has been cancelled since you were not answering the call. The delivery guy did not call and nor did he come to our door to deliver our food though the complete address was mentioned. When we lodged our complaint at the zomato customer care the person on the other side is blaming us that we were not available and so they won't give us the refund. And the amount was huge. And we try explaining the customer care that we did not receive the call nor did the delivery guy come to our door they are still putting the blame on me. And they are not even giving refund saying that is your fault and not the zomato. I would suggest you to stop using this app as they just take your money, cancel the order themself giving all false reasons and then won't refund the amount. They are a big fraud and pathetic service provider.

                              I have been ordering from the same restraurant for a while but on 7th I saw on map the valet was driving near my house.I tried calling him but his number wasn't reachable so I started chatting with zomato, they said his number isn't reachable and moments later they said that my order was rejected because I wasn't available and rejected it.Why would I cancel the order which I paid for??I was still on conversation with these people and they asked me to write an email to tuem, it's been a week I haven't heard from them and the chat team keeps talking like robots, the money is gone apart from me spending an evening in hunger..pathetic!!

                                I placed an order with Zomato for Rs 220 and cancelled it within seconds, my phone got stuck, i received a message that Zomato will not refund my money as the food has been prepated, I called the restaurnat directly they said they have not prepared anything as the order was cancelled within seconds and at the same time they have received mail from Zomato saying that the customer will be refunded the Rs 220 as the order was cancelled within 1 minute of order placing. This is theft i want my money back

                                I ordered a food on Zomato by mistake and then i immediately cancel over the chat on Zomato. But Zomato is like you have to pay for the cancellation and Zomato forced me take a order.

                                  We ordered few food items from Zomato ON 12 JUNE at ie sandwich, apple and mango majito from london shakes...And when we recieve the order the sandwich was uncovered and majito shakes we ordered were unsealed and no manfacturing date was there and after consuming, it was having bad odour.
                                  The food handling was really bad... We didnt expect this type of service from Zomato. It was really disappointing as we spend so much money on theses three items. Kindly look into the matter seroiusly . Atleast we didnt expect such degraded quality of food from Londonshakes.

                                    I have raised a tickets 3 times .
                                    There are saying that refund will be in 24 hrs but not at all caring . Therefore I'm a delivery partner.

                                      On 08 of June, i have ordered some food from zomato. I was waiting for the order delivery but i could not get any message of the Delivery boy as well as call.

                                      When i checked the order in Zomato app, it shows as cancelled. The reason was given that my phone was not reachable at that time. However, myphone is completely reachable and working and i was waiting for my order.

                                      I contacted Zomato support and they said the order was cancelled and for your refund please mail us on [protected]@zomato.com

                                      I have mailed twise but, still i have not received any feedback from the zomato.

                                      This was a bad experience for me that my order payment was done and order was not delivered to me. Also there is no message for the delivery boy number whom i can contact at that time.

                                        I HV ordered food on 10 June 2019 from kulcha junction Patna around 8:54pm...its approximately takes 30 mins to deliver to my home ...delivery boy came to my main gate downstairs n called me when I told to come upstairs he denied n told me to come down to take my order as I m pregnant n cannot go down through stairs he didn't care n told madame aapko hi niche aana hoga hm upar ni aaynge as per policy of zomato which says to deliver in main gate n not to deliver near door steps...lastly I told him to deliver to my neighbour next to my house bt he didn't gone there n he returned when I called him he said my order was cancelled from the company as they says not to go deliver the food to doorsteps at night he didn't returned to that restaurant either must have eaten the food one msg popped that I didn't picked calls so my order was cancelled when I called him he was cutting my phone after 4-5 tymes he received n told ki madame apka order company me cancelled kr diya coz aap food lne me late kiy when I told ki neighbour me kyu ni diya dn he told ki gate k bahar koi ni that khara...n told ki sir mat khao company me bolo...dis sort of services m getting I HV been using this app frequently never got such type of services...how r u hiring this type of arrogant n egoistic people...very disappointed this time...
