Today I have gone through a very annoying situation with my order, and it is life time bad experience with Zomato till the day I am using your App.
Today (8th June 2019, Saturday), I have ordered lunch from Metro Dhaba Order ID: [protected], The Delivery address was clearly mentioned at the time of ordering. Earlier I and my colleagues received many orders to same address from Zomato rider. But today what happen, the rider tried to reach me through call, as I was in an important meeting, I missed his call. Though he has the proper door address with him, he even not tried to reach at my office door which was very easy for him as my office is in a mall, and every time other rider just knocked my door and delivered me the food with a smile.
Then how can the rider Ravendra done this irresponsible job, as he has not tried to reach to me and cancelled the order?
I have paid 142 rupees for the order, is not my money and my time valuable to you?
Why he has no tried to reach to my door when he can't able to reach by call?
Do we people are not paying the Delivery Charges?
Why you people are promising "Food at your Doorstep"??
What is the significance of registration in a your app with proper delivery address? If you think that rider will reach a nearby place then will call and supply the order then there is no need for the "Add Address" Section.
I need my money back as soon as possible. Also take action on this. For your reference I have attached the order details below.
