This is regarding my order on zomato which accidentally got cancelled and I didn't recived any refund from it. When i tried contacting the restaurant they said "it's not thier problem, contact zomato support". When i tried contacting zomato through support chat they said try contacting through mail. It's been more than 3 days there is still no reply. Pls kindly refund my order of rs.280 which i paid through paytm. I have attached a screenshot below which contains my order id. Thankyou.

    I have ordered food on today 14/06/2019 and paid payment online.
    I want to modify my order however restaurant denied to that. They advised me to cancel my order. It was canceled within a minutes so food was not prepared.
    You guy are making fool to the customer, your restaurants told me to cancel order when I cancelled you impose fine.
    I just wants modify my order they denied and asking for the extra charges. They was asking me to pay 75 Rs for single nan, however base price is less than that, they asked me to cancel order and placed again. I cancelled and I saw a message that Zomato will be going to fine me. I didn’t understand that within a minutes how you guyz know that food has prepared.

    You guyz are taking more than 1 hours to deliver the food and if some body is cancelling order within 2 minutes you guyz are message that your food was prepared, what the [censored] is this. I am using this from past 2 years however you really make me disappointed.

    Please refund my money ASAP.

      I had order a bogo pizza, and i recieved only one pizza which was delivered to me damaged. i complained to replace it, i declined the credits offered to me. i just wanted my order to be replaced so that i may get my food delivered properly. zomato was of no help. i contacted the restaurant and they were nice enough to help me with their own delivery service. and now on top of that zomato suspended my account on the charge of suspicious behaviour. i am a student, i need proper delivery service as it is unlikely for me to prepare for myself due to the frantic schedule. curse you zomato.

        Zomato Blocked my account stating that their system detected my activity as spam.
        They stated "The reasons causing the account block are subsequent order cancellations, frequent reports of poor quality and a few merchant complaints."
        I haven't cancelled any order in the past. I just complained for food when the food was not good and even with proofs of the problem. I never demanded to give me refund unless it was extreme case like in my second last order the cake was totally spoiled. No one will ever spoil their food which they have to eat just for raising a complaint. Almost everyone knows that these algorithms are not 100% accurate. I even had the Zomato Credits of the cake which I haven't even used yet. Zomato is not providing any satisfactory reply. They are not even looking deep in this matter and just replying the same thing.
        Please reactivate my account as if I had done something wrong then I would not have raised any complaint.

          I ordered the Waffle from Zomato and they delivered spoiled and melted one after more than 1hr. Very poor and unprofessional service. Already complaint the same on their App and email many times but no response from them.

          The services and quality is very poor and they cheated customers like us.

          Kindly take strict action against them so that they will refund the full amount without any further delay.

            I ordered food through zomato on 11 June 2019 from Manish eating point amount of RS 512.75 got debited from my account but order was not placed . It has been 3 days and no refund has been credited in my account. In the zomato application I tried chating to them but with no success . Please look into the matter since it has been three days since 11th June 2019 and amount has not been refunded.

              I had ordered with greener side on sunday 09.06.2019vide order ID[protected]. The zomato valet refused to deliver at the address mentioned be me saying that i have asked for delivery at another address. he lied that i asked for different delivery address. I have been receving delivery at the same address. Zomato chat was not working at that time. Mails are not replied to . I was deprived of food as well my hard earned money. Later on zomato chat I was assured my refund is initiated but haven't received the same. Everyday there is new executive to whom I have to explain the querry and he/she assures refund but not received.
              Its my request to zomato to train their valet to locate the address, the customer is penalied for their mistake.Further, they should accept their mistake that they could not locate the address not that I was not their or I mentioned wrong address the screenshots of assurance.
              Kindly refund the amount and take action against ur valaet Mr. Manoj

                Below is the email I have sent to the zomato----

                I am contacting you for a very serious concern called theft. I have order food from Sagar Ratna from DLF phase-2 cyber city. I were keep tracking the order and received an SMS after 45 min stating order is cancelled as you did not picked the call. I immediately called back on the number to know the status so the delivery boy talked rudely saying you did not picked the call so company cancelled the order, and asked me to contact to the company. I said I have not received any call. He said I don't know any thing you have to contact to the company. As I have already paid for the food in advance I initiated the chat, On chat the chat executive came to the conclusion with in 5 min that you got 8 calls and you did not picked up the call, your money will not be refunded and given me the email ID to raise the complaint. I know what exactly happened with me,

                Zomato delivery agent knows that If he shows that I cancelled the order by saying that customer is not picking the call, I can eat that food and also if restorent get the food back I will get some reimbursement money, however restorent denied to take back the food(I confirmed) so he got the perfect meal for dinner and he knows that customer will keep chatting and can dispute the issue.

                Now I need the investigation on this as I am going to file the legal action with all the proofs as I will be discussing this with the telecom company about the how many times I have been called as I have received only one sms however I should have received 8 missed call or any sms stating 8 missed calls.

                Other bad news fro the Zamato is if did not got the resolution, One of my friend is in media, So what about escalating it on media, Will it work I don't know, but I am sure You spoiled y dinner I will make sure will do something on this.

                  I ordered food via zomato of Rs. 550.67 after 30 minutes or so order declined by restaurant and a message came from Zomato saying that refund initiated and will reflect on my a/c by 48 hours.This incident happened 2 nd June, today is 13 th June and I have not received my refund yet.I mailed at [protected]@zomato.com with all proof but no reply received yet.

                    I had placed many orders out of which 3 orders were worst. They have taken the money and have sent spoiled, dirty food also the quantity seems that they have removed some quantity and then they have sent it. When you try contacting them they just have a chat option where you have to wait for ages still they do not reply ... No other source of communication... Pathetic service !!! Pathetic people... !!! They all are fraud sitting to loot people.

                        I had ordered in total 4 orders from Zomato.
                        In which i had complained against three for wrong packing, mishandling and spilled food.
                        I had complained against first two orders. I got compensation. Then third order was fine.
                        Forth order which I received is spilled. So i complaint against same to customer service.
                        And had send them pictures.
                        Then the customer service person replied me that “if i was there at your place, i could had shared more worst pictures”
                        Like is the way to respond.
                        His name was Rocky. What he stated in chat. Worst customer service.

                          I ordered two foods on 11th June, 2019. But I received item missing with the food product. Zomato told me to refund Rs 160 but since then they told me everyday that "at days end you will get your money". They told me two times means for two days they harassing me with mentally and physically but I didn't receive a single penny. So now I demand Rs 500 from Zomato for this harassment. Even they don't accept this with brave heart. So it's embarrassing and frustrating for me and in this regard I want your full support and help.
                          I am attaching the frustrating discussion between Zomato and me. You see and understand that they have done it for last two days and it's a pure harassment.

                            The order placed with Healthie at Chandivali Andheri on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 12.25 was to be delivered in 35 minutes at my Andheri office. However the order didn't came in time so I called up the delivery boy who told me that another delivery guy has been assigned and he doesn't have his no. Meanwhile I got a call from Zomato and the lady said the order is picked up and is on the way and will reach in few minutes.
                            But on my delivery portal I got a post from Healthie that order is cancelled due to some issue on road and money paid is charged back and request to place order again. I lost my lunch time in this and was never contacted by Zomato again forget apologizing for the delay. Twice such thing has happened. Last time it was delayed by an hour. Very unexpected of Zomato. With Swiggy such issues never arise

                              I have ordered my dinner (Fish chilli) by zomato on yesterday night around 9pm. The hotel is "mughal treat". After i ate 2 pieces of fish i come to know that the fish is a spoilled fish which is too dangerous to eat. Very bad smell is coming from the fish. Immediately i stopped eating & called to the hotel "Mughal Treat" but their number is switched off. And i have raised a complaint via zomato chat that time itself. But nobody responded for that. Due to the spoilled fish i got a stomach infection now. So who will take the responsibility. It's their duty to give a good food to customers, not giving spoilled food. If you want to earn money why you are using us. Provide me a solution for this.

                                Order ID :[protected]. I had ordered from zomato yesterday and by mistake my order got cancelled. I had paid through paytm and the whole amount got deducted as penalty for cancellation. When I asked to chat support to either reorder my order or give me refund they didn't help me. I want my refund back of Rs. 1086.25. Penalty doesn't mean the whole amount and that too when cancellation has been done by mistake or accidentally. I want my refund back or I'll issue a complaint regarding zomato in consumer forum and rate it very badly and also ask my friends to stop using zomato by telling them about my experience

                                  I have ordered full quantity from Zomato and i had made online payment for Same, but when i received the order it was a half of quantity wherein i supposed to get the full quantity. Regarding this i contacted restaurant several times but didn't get any response, also had a word with zomato but they did't help me.

                                  Would be looking forward to get proper compensation on the same as it has caused a lot of trouble and humiliation in front of my guest

                                    RS. 999 deducted from my Paytm account on 07/06/2019 towards subscription of Zomato Gold membership, though no transaction was taken by me. I want my refund. And has been trying to reach customer care nos. But no reply. through app also staffs are not ready to listen anything, and are very rude.                                       I had placed an order with Leon Grill, Marathahalli on 7th June at 9:43 PM #[protected].
                                      It had been 10 minutes that the restaurant wasn't confirming the order. Owing to my hunger pangs, I had to cancel the order at 9:52 PM due to such a delay of even accepting the order and then placed a fresh order with a different restaurant. I then spoke to a customer care agent at Zomato, who after i explained the whole issue said that the refund for the order has been initiated and will be provided in 24 to 48 hours in my mode of payment.
                                      I was falsely promised about the refund being provided as it did not reflect in my paytm account. How can a customer be charged for as huge as Rs. 488 as a cancellation fee (which is equal to the order amount) and that too, when a restaurant was not confirming the order despite 10 minutes of the order being placed and the order status was not even "In progress" for Zomato to charge a cancellation fee.
                                      Please note that I've already written to [protected]@zomato.com and they have mentioned that if the order gets cancelled after acceptance, the policy says that there is no refund but I've already emphasised in my e-mails to them that the order was not accepted by the restaurant and hence, was cancelled and so, that policy clearly does not come into picture in this case.
                                      Request you to provide a refund as Rs. 488 is too large an amount to be charged as a cancellation fee for an order your partner restaurant wasn't accepting (10 minutes is a long time for any restaurant to just accept an order).

                                        I placed an order for my mom on zomato. Few minutes after the order was placed, my mom got a call from the restraunt stating that you placed an order for Mutton curry but we don't have it right now so instead can we send you the fish and chicken? She agreed to it and when she got the order the fish was not in the bag. She called the restraunt and the guy that the fish was eaten up by the driver as he was hungry. I tried calling zomato and their number is out of service. Had a chat with them and they are blaming it on us that your mom aggreed to get chicken only. But she never aggreed. We paia money for something we never received. Even zomato is a fraud company they charge money but did not send what we ordered. Their customer service is so rude. And instead of asking their drivers they are getting rude on us. Take a strict action against them before they make every customer a fool
