Account blocked without any reason. Didn't complain about food or restaurants. Only the issue related to issue of zomato credits under zomato election league was going on. I correctly predicted about the next PM but didn't receive credits. Executive told that credits worth Rs80 will be credited in next 24 hours but resolution was pending. Today I was shocked to see that my account has been blocked. Talk to me on [protected]

    Today i have tried to place an order using zomato app at kanha. Money have got deducted from my account but no order got placed. I have tried calling z6omato customer care but no one is responding. I have also confirmed with my bank customer care, they have said that money have got transferred to zomato account successfully and there is no fault at their end. I have also attached a screenshot of the transaction as proof. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will never order from zomato everrrrr again! It is totally unfair on zomato part, and is cheating customers by unsafe banking through their app. Atleast they should try to answer customer calls.

      I have ordered food from zomato today evening and received the delivery with improper packaging. I have raised a ticket of the same with zomato and they insisted that the food is safe to eat because the restaurant confirmed. I can see the packet covered in dust from the road during the journey. Even after sending them required photographs they failed to refund.
      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        We placed an order with order id - ZTD-19-E6F979ADA1675 rs. 616.20/-with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app.

        i did complain on zomato customer care but didn't get any response from zomato side within 24 to 48 business hours.

        Kindly help me for my payment refund.

          The order # [protected] declined by the restaurant and the full amount rs 171 was deducted. i was not informed about any deduction or refund.
          Request to help me with refund of the amount. The order details shows it was declined by the restaurant and hence i didn't received my order nor my money was refunded.
          This is very ridiculous, at least should have given intimation while declining or cancelling the order.

              Sir I have ordered kaju barfi from zomato worth Rs 445.Due to some inconvenience I cancelled my order and they did not refund my money.I am a student and I require those money.And I cancelled order just in one second.This is unfair sir.They have consumed my 445 rupees and I require those money very much.And also they are not reaccepting the order.Sir please help me to get my money refunded.

                Sir order has been not even delivered to us your delivery boy was so rude i have personally send him live location but he even not bothered about it and our money has also been deducted without even having our food give us money back its too much sir our order has not been delivered to us
                Sir give us money back we our your regular customers and you have done this with us give our money back its very discusting

                  I placed my order [protected] at 1:12 PM and cancelled at 1:15 PM . Now zomato had charged me the entire amount as penalty. Didn't give any refund. I did not get any warning from zomato about penalty charges. Also the delivery boy hadn't reached the restaurant and also my food wasn't prepared. So on basis of what zomato is charging me penalty. Instead of refund CC is blaming to me. Peoples must be careful to order from ZOMATO.

                    Order ID [protected] was placed at 6.15pm delivery tat is 45 min. I have called the restaurant at 6.53 pm and informed that my order cancelled because my no. was unreachable I have reordered the same from my brother account order ID[protected] at 7.08pm. on same place. I was told as food was wasted and I have to pay the amount. Now I am unable to use zomato without paying this amount. Is it right to fined such whole amount of order on customers.???

                      Zomato has done 2 debits from my Paytm account on 2 different dates and time - 1. Rs. 86 & 2. Rs. 105.05
                      I have not authorised or placed any order from my zomato app. I have even trying to connect zomato via their customer care, chat support and email however all in vain none of the tool is working or resolving the matter.
                      Paytm says I need to connect to Zomato for the same as this is not their fault.
                      Zomato customer care number just keeps on ringing.

                        On 5 June 2019 I made an order of rs 325 but by mistake I ordered non veg so I immediately called that boy who was supposed to deliver at my address.That same boy has confirmed me that order has cancelled but after some time the same order was delivered at my residence but I refused to accept that order as I have already cancelled.

                        But after some time customer care called me and said that you will charged for that food in next billing.
                        I am very much disappointed with this type of service since I am very regular customer of yours
                        Request you to kindly waive that charge so that I can order now immediately.

                          Yesterday I ordered Biryani and paneer Tikka, I did not get proper delivery options so I ordered from "Aroma's Hyderabadi Biryani house, Hinjewadi, Pune. I got an order confirmation from zomato. Th order was being prepared since 5 hours. That was the status . I ordered at 12:00 and till 5 :00 pm I did not get any updates rather than a cancellation order. I even reached out to the chat assistance they told me that it would be done soon. I was waiting to have a nice biryani on EID. but could not do so. I had paid for it already hence had to wait for it. I did not like the way we were made to wait for nearly 5 hours. I finally got there to get the order myself, and they said it does not work that way. I did not get my food there too.

                          I finally got some fries for myself and the day, such an aspuscious day was ruined. I feel really bad the way zomato did not call or update me and the first and last update was order cancellation.

                            Yesterday I had ordered food of worth 861/- through Zomato at 09:30pm, my delivery time was slot for 11:40pm.
                            At around 11:10/20pm I called the restaurant to get the update of my order and expected delivery time. I was told it was rush overvthete and it would reach by 11:10 pm. The food didn't get delivered, the restaurant stopped taking calls immediately after 11:30pm. I understand it's the concerned restaurant's norm not to take car MN S after 11:30, on a day when there is already rush... and foods not being delivered how can they stop taking calls.

                            Also the zomato chat was not respondg to the queries I have been posting regarding my order delivery. Not the rider contact details were shared.
                            There is no update nothing...till 12:43/40 there has been no calls. At around 12:45one person from Zomayo called and says thevrider met with an accident and so the dealy... Should the food be delivered to which we declined as it was of no use. When enquired about the accident, place and details
                            ..the person could not answer properly.

                            We also asked to initiate refund of the order. On the app now it shows my last order is delivered, which is utter in correct. How can Zomato do this?
                            This is sheer harassment on the part of both Zomato and the concerned Restaurant Briyani By Kilo .

                            I demand full refund of my order and also compensation for the fact that my 14year son who wanted to have the Britani went to sleep without having food.

                            The Zomato should also take this up with the restaurant for being do unprofessional... They should have declined my order at the very first attempt. They should of stopped taking further order instead of putting their phone down when people were eagerly waiting for the food and update status on the delivery.

                            I need an urgent solution to the concern raised with appropriate action from the senior management.

                                I have ordered a vegetarian item on 3.05.2019 but received a non veg one as being a pure vegetarian I complaint zomato and the concerned restaurant regarding this. Both misguided me on this. Zomato official asked me to send the photo and I followed the instructions and he promised me to refund my amount. However it has not been credited yet. The restaurant person asked me to order a different item so it could be replaced and I did the same but later he asked me to cancel the order and for this zomato has charged penalty on me. Your service is really disappointing. Firstly, you haven't paid my refund amount moreover you have charged penalty. The worst service ever.

                                  I have ordered a dominoz pizza through zomato on 06/05/2019. I have prepaid the amount. But i never received the order and they are showing it's delivered. When i contacted the worst ever zomato customer care they are telling me that they dont have any traceability on dominoz orders. My first question is then why they charged for delivery? Later after 2 hours a guy from dominoz called me and said they cannot deliver the order. Its not fair, i need the refund of whole amount to my account. not to fraud zomato account to my bank account. Please help.

After placing order a zomato valet said me to give him extra money for deliver my food. I have evidience. His call was recorded. After few moments my order is rejected by them and they give me a panalty charge. Although I dont do anything. I mail them many times but they dont do anything. Plz sir help me.

                                        Hello,

                                        Over the past year i have placed multiple orders through zomato website.

                                        At the time of checkout, i could place my order by just providing my phone number [protected] without entering email id.

                                        Now i cannot view my order history for orders placed through my mobile number [protected] as both zomato website and app allows to login into account using email only.

                                        Around half of the orders placed were cancelled by either zomato or restaurant saying they do not deliver to my address.

                                        However i have never got refund for these orders. Zomato website and app allows login only through email id. However i cannot see my order history as zomato does not allow login through mobile number alone, but they allow customers to place orders through mobile number alone without needing email. So how can those customers who placed order using mobile number alone can check the order history and claim refunds for orders which are cancelled?

                                        Please check my order history for orders placed through mobile [protected] and initiate refunds for all cancelled orders.
