Zomato has done 2 debits from my Paytm account on 2 different dates and time - 1. Rs. 86 & 2. Rs. 105.05
I have not authorised or placed any order from my zomato app. I have even trying to connect zomato via their customer care, chat support and email however all in vain none of the tool is working or resolving the matter.
Paytm says I need to connect to Zomato for the same as this is not their fault.
Zomato customer care number just keeps on ringing.

    On 5 June 2019 I made an order of rs 325 but by mistake I ordered non veg so I immediately called that boy who was supposed to deliver at my address.That same boy has confirmed me that order has cancelled but after some time the same order was delivered at my residence but I refused to accept that order as I have already cancelled.

    But after some time customer care called me and said that you will charged for that food in next billing.
    I am very much disappointed with this type of service since I am very regular customer of yours
    Request you to kindly waive that charge so that I can order now immediately.

      Yesterday I ordered Biryani and paneer Tikka, I did not get proper delivery options so I ordered from "Aroma's Hyderabadi Biryani house, Hinjewadi, Pune. I got an order confirmation from zomato. Th order was being prepared since 5 hours. That was the status . I ordered at 12:00 and till 5 :00 pm I did not get any updates rather than a cancellation order. I even reached out to the chat assistance they told me that it would be done soon. I was waiting to have a nice biryani on EID. but could not do so. I had paid for it already hence had to wait for it. I did not like the way we were made to wait for nearly 5 hours. I finally got there to get the order myself, and they said it does not work that way. I did not get my food there too.

      I finally got some fries for myself and the day, such an aspuscious day was ruined. I feel really bad the way zomato did not call or update me and the first and last update was order cancellation.

        Yesterday I had ordered food of worth 861/- through Zomato at 09:30pm, my delivery time was slot for 11:40pm.
        At around 11:10/20pm I called the restaurant to get the update of my order and expected delivery time. I was told it was rush overvthete and it would reach by 11:10 pm. The food didn't get delivered, the restaurant stopped taking calls immediately after 11:30pm. I understand it's the concerned restaurant's norm not to take car MN S after 11:30, on a day when there is already rush... and foods not being delivered how can they stop taking calls.

        Also the zomato chat was not respondg to the queries I have been posting regarding my order delivery. Not the rider contact details were shared.
        There is no update nothing...till 12:43/40 there has been no calls. At around 12:45one person from Zomayo called and says thevrider met with an accident and so the dealy... Should the food be delivered to which we declined as it was of no use. When enquired about the accident, place and details
        ..the person could not answer properly.

        We also asked to initiate refund of the order. On the app now it shows my last order is delivered, which is utter in correct. How can Zomato do this?
        This is sheer harassment on the part of both Zomato and the concerned Restaurant Briyani By Kilo .

        I demand full refund of my order and also compensation for the fact that my 14year son who wanted to have the Britani went to sleep without having food.

        The Zomato should also take this up with the restaurant for being do unprofessional... They should have declined my order at the very first attempt. They should of stopped taking further order instead of putting their phone down when people were eagerly waiting for the food and update status on the delivery.

        I need an urgent solution to the concern raised with appropriate action from the senior management.

            I have ordered a vegetarian item on 3.05.2019 but received a non veg one as being a pure vegetarian I complaint zomato and the concerned restaurant regarding this. Both misguided me on this. Zomato official asked me to send the photo and I followed the instructions and he promised me to refund my amount. However it has not been credited yet. The restaurant person asked me to order a different item so it could be replaced and I did the same but later he asked me to cancel the order and for this zomato has charged penalty on me. Your service is really disappointing. Firstly, you haven't paid my refund amount moreover you have charged penalty. The worst service ever.

              I have ordered a dominoz pizza through zomato on 06/05/2019. I have prepaid the amount. But i never received the order and they are showing it's delivered. When i contacted the worst ever zomato customer care they are telling me that they dont have any traceability on dominoz orders. My first question is then why they charged for delivery? Later after 2 hours a guy from dominoz called me and said they cannot deliver the order. Its not fair, i need the refund of whole amount to my account. not to fraud zomato account to my bank account. Please help.

                I order food from zomato.My order no is [protected]. I paid money online from paytm. After placing order a zomato valet said me to give him extra money for deliver my food. I have evidience. His call was recorded. After few moments my order is rejected by them and they give me a panalty charge. Although I dont do anything. I mail them many times but they dont do anything. Plz sir help me.

                    Over the past year i have placed multiple orders through zomato website.

                    At the time of checkout, i could place my order by just providing my phone number [protected] without entering email id.

                    Now i cannot view my order history for orders placed through my mobile number [protected] as both zomato website and app allows to login into account using email only.

                    Around half of the orders placed were cancelled by either zomato or restaurant saying they do not deliver to my address.

                    However i have never got refund for these orders. Zomato website and app allows login only through email id. However i cannot see my order history as zomato does not allow login through mobile number alone, but they allow customers to place orders through mobile number alone without needing email. So how can those customers who placed order using mobile number alone can check the order history and claim refunds for orders which are cancelled?

                    Please check my order history for orders placed through mobile [protected] and initiate refunds for all cancelled orders.

                      I had ordered from a restaurant called baba chatkura on 31st May 2019 on Zomato. They did not deliver the complete order. I reported the same to customer care. They said I will get refund by the end of the day. But the next day my zomato account was blocked. My gold usage was blocked. Mailed the customer care a 100 times. No response. Called the customer care, yet there is no response. I do not know what fraud they are trying to do by not refunding 200rs and blocking gold account. I don't ever think I will resubscribe gold.

                        I ordered paneer roll from The Manish eating point Lucknow. But instead of delivering veg food they delivered non veg food. I am a pure vegetarian and was immediately turned off by the taste as I took the first bite. I have the pictures as evidence. Zomato people have pathetic service and I don't understand how can they make such a big mistake. And when I tried contacting them through customer chat option they have in support, no one responded.

                          My order from Zomato saying that the delivery person couldn't reach my mobile, so couldn't deliver. I have already paid for the order. But the actual thing is I couldn't reach the delivery executive. His mobile was busy whenever I was trying to call him. Few seconds after the order got cancelled, the delivery person called me to inform that it got rejected. I am not getting the point how he could reach me right then but not before. This is pure cheating

                            Few days ago i placed a order on zomato, my zomato valet was from bihar and his name was sahil. He gave me my order and collected money but he told me one more se order is with a zomato valet. O said my contact is with you and you gave me my order. But after that they made penalty over me why will i give when i gave the money, moreover i have all call recordings with my zomato valet, at last i deleted my account in anger, but still they are showing that charge also they dont have call facility, what i can do now

                              I would like to complain about worst service by zomato, order#[protected], order gets cancelled without notification, you have wait for half an hr to speak to rude agents who are less courteous towards customer, from one hr I have spoken to restaurant, delivery guy, chat support and agent on call to finally here my order is cancelled and money will be refunded in 7 working days

                                I cancelled the order as soon as i ordered in spite of that they didn't refund the money. I got call saying what ever money i paid will get into penalty. I dont understand how can the charge penalty of 207 on a bill of 207? Customer cannot make any error?
                                Nways they said the food got prepared so they could not cancel the order. Let me tell you the food that i got was cold and smelling, i shared with my office friends thinking i may be wrong but everyone complained the same. When i told zomato they credited 51 in my zomato account? Is this justified? They are cheating people and get awaya by it.

                                  I order a pizza from zomato online food services at 7:13 pm. They assigned me valet whose name is subham sharma. After an hour they didn't deliver my food. I called the valet to check what's the problem he said his activa is not working it sounded bit fishy as he never called me after reaching restaurant which they always do and nor did he called me after receiving my food. This lack of responsibility is regular behavior from zomato delivery...

                                  I had ordered food and delivery boy did not delivered and company cancelled order and penalising me for not collecting... How can i collect of person does not come to deliver.
                                  I had also paid upfront and i will not get full refund also when it's not my mistake and i had shared my location with delivery boy also but he refused to deliver and order got cancelled.

                                  This is irritating and in human.
                                  I want those persons to be penalised for this or i will go to court against zomato on this.

                                    I ordered from firangi bake, and the vallet was not assigned, nor the problem was addressed by anyone when i tried to complain. I have no one to complain to plus my money has been deducted, the order number is [protected].

                                    The chat option was has a bot chatting with me.
                                    No person contacted me regarding my complain.
                                    Money had been lost

                                    They complaint a file and given number and said that it will be resolved in 24-48hrs.. its already been 3days.. n nw they are not ever replying to the mail.. such a pathetic service they provide.. the complaint no. Registered with them is 20267449

                                      Sir tommorow evening i have order a cake from zomato shop name fresh n fresh bakers jabalpur shop address is 177 normal school road tularam chowk ganjipura jabalpur and my order no is [protected] i was recived a cake from delevery boy and and i went after some time i open the box and i see cake was not i good condition and cake was malted not packed properly and cake was not in a good condition and then i take a picture of cake and box it was wrost experience i want my money back for the bad cake please help.
