I have ordered food from zomato order details : mid-night-crunch placed on 16th may at 02:42 am. #[protected], the order didn't reached to me once i talk to chat team they told delivery called so many times but you didn't receive, but i didn't receive a single call from them, so the chat support person asked to drop a mail to [protected]@zomato.com i only got the below reply but after there is no response from their end till date (28/5/2019)

This mail is in regards to your order id-[protected].
We would like to inform you that according to new policies of zomato if the order gets cancelled because of the customer being unresponsive at the time of delivery, a cancellation charge equal to the order amount is charged from the user as the food was already prepared/dispatched.
As per the policies our delivery person always calls multiple times before he returns the order to the restaurant, and calls us for the updates, we too try to call you at the time of delivering several times before cancelling the order and asking the delivery boy to return the order to the restaurant, hence we won't be able to refund the amount.
