I have been a Zomato user for almost 6 years and have been a reviewer on their website. I have placed many orders for home delivery of food. However, recently, i got bad/ spoilt food in my order, which i reported.Also, everytime i informed these people of a bad order, i supported my claims with photos. Only after them being satisfied, they issued me refunds. Sometimes partially and sometimes complete. But they, without notice, blocked my account and stated in their website that because i had reported their food a few times, they blocked me. Is it my fault that i got burnt food? Or is it my fault that i got food cold? Why was my account blocked? Also, i had money in my account. I had so many reviews. Zomato could have disabled the account temporarily so as to resolve this issue but they blocked me out completely.
