Hi,
I have ordered for snacks from a restaurant in hyderabad, and i have specifically mentioned the address where it has to be delivered, the delivery guy did not even have enough common sense to call and confirm the address when using a navigation, i would like to mention that the address that i have given is a prime location in hyderabad, and there is no chance that anybody can miss out on that address, as i have already ordered through zomato before this and i have received my order with out any trouble, but this guy tells me that the location is wrong and he started yelling at me, and while i was explaining him the location he disconnected the call on my face.
After calling the customer care executives, they asked me to write a mail to "[protected]@zomato.com", which i did, and it has already crossed 48 hrs, and still no response.
Zomato just lost another business,
Train your employees before letting them loose into the market
Train your delivery executives, before you send them for delivery
Try to be more ethical when in service industry.
Pathetic app, resolve the problems concerned with app.
Stop trying to blame te customers for the errors caused by you guys.
Start taking ownership or just perish from the business

I was order on zomato on this day, and i paid with paytm. but i was canceled the order and I do not my payment refund by you
so i want my payment back
