Hello,

Every time cancel the order at last minute. After checking with restaurant understand driver not available to deliver.

I fail to understand why one will use zomato? Kindly explain. If you can't run the business why you do such business. Its mainly into food wherein people are hungry and expected food on time.

I think i should delete your app from my phone and spread this across my friend and colleague at my company where i work. I am sure when you will lose a big chunk of the customers, you will realize the importance.

    On 16 th amy i ordered the food from bharat hotel worth 484.6 rs. For first time i placed a order through upi where money was deducted from my account. After that there was a message below my order stating my payment was failed. So i book the same order but this time i booked it through cash on delivery. I received the order through cod after that, then suddenly there was change in my first order as well. I immediately message the zomato representative through zomato chat regarding this issue, as the issue was from your end. But, he was unable to help me then i ask him to cancel that order, on which he replied that i can't get my money back. This is going to be so confusing. Kindly refund me that money because the problem wasn't from my side.
    I have also mailed them on which i got reply like, i will get refund in 6 - 7 day's. But still i didn't get my money back.

      My zomato account blocked for online order with reason “that multiple accounts are linked to your phone number “ i am not sure how can be one number used for multiple accounts because user can’t creat other new account with the existing mob num in app.

      If anyone created, that is failure of zomato controls not account user’s. I already paid good amount for gold subscription and now they blocked my account. This service provider doesnt hv call center nd if you email forget about resonse for weeks.

        On may 23rd night 8.30. I order a briyani 1000ml in almass restaurant velachery. But i paid a full amount...in return i received a only half the portion like only 250ml remaining 750ml they didn't delivery me. And i contacted the zomato support and they said they will add zomato credits ₹100 in my wallet in next 24hours. After the 24hrs i opened my zomato app it's says they blocked my account my suspicious activity. So i passed so many emails to zomato... All are waste. They not even reply to my messages and email. And my money so not refunded. When i ordered a food that time i was so hungry but i have received nothing like 250ml and they got my money. The only money i am having i have paid now i am not having any money worst service worst app. Please refund my money and i am not gonna use this app anymore please do something

            I had ordered one food item (Chikan tikka and chapatis) from king snacks bar, chembur, mumbai through zomato app on 03.05.2019. The order had been placed at 10.00 pm and the amount of rs.227.71 had been paid by me through my sbi credit card bearing no. [protected].

            I had followed up for my order after half an hour or so on contact no.[protected] of kings snacks bar, chembur, mumbai. Then afterwards i persistently followed up for my order but in vain.

            When i did not receive my order till 11.50 pm, i had cancelled my above order. I again called on contact no.[protected] and the person told me that the amount would be refunded after 2-3 days time.

            The delivery boy came at 12.00 am (Night) and then i refused to take order since he had come after 2 hours after placing the order and also it was too late in the night to have dinner.

            The amount has not been refunded till date in my above credit card account.

            Kindly arrange for refund of the above amount by crediting the same in my sbi credit card bearing no. [protected].

              I am in a hostel where network problem may occur sometime and I have checked that bloody driver didn't gave more calls simply putted a rejection if I would not have paid the amount the he would have eaten my mind by calling again and again what a ### is zomato SWIGGY is much better then this ### I don't know with such a bad service of money minded people how zomato is growning ur customer no are mostly not existing and which are existing are coming busy for more then 15 min refund the amount else u are going to a every day customer

                I had order sweet from gwalia sweets, application get refreshed 2-3 times while order and it goes into cash on delivery where offers are not there and it charged me more when i requested to solve this issue. I had talk on a chat also but they have also not solve this problem. And now i would never use zomato if this would not be solved. And a month before i had order from vipul dudhiya ahmedabad my order transaction is failed but the rs are been deducted from my account and still it had not been reverted back. Zomato customer care told me that it would be in your account within 15 days but its 30 days now yet not credited amount is 170 rs order from vipul dudhiya nehrunagar branch, ahmedabad.

                  I placed an ordered on zomato for 2 different beverages, i received only one type of beverage and that too was packed in a poly. I sent them picture and asked them that who pack beverage in poly and i ordered 2 different items, they came with a response that sir refund has been issued for your order even though i din't even asked for any refund or replacement or anything like that, they refunded it by their own and after some hours my account got blocked, stating that i've frequently asked them for refund. I have all the screenshots of all their chats and orders to prove that i din't even asked them for any refund or replacement. Now they've blocked my account as well as amount which was in my zomato wallet. It was by their mistake and now they are not responding to my email/chat. I've contacted them several times through chat and i receive only one response to send a mail on their mail address, i'm daily sending them mail but i'm not receiving any response from their side.

                    This is very upsetting i ordered pizza from mama mia now the price in zomato was 310 but the actual price was rs 240. This is completely cheating i want my money back. Disgusting. I have been using this from a very long time but i guess this is my last time to use zomato. What's the use of giving 40% discount. When u charge so much. To jus fool us. You suck

                      Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

                        With reference to captioned subject, i would like to bring in your kind notice that i had ordered food using current location link on zomato mobile application. At that time i was at # 763, 2nd floor, cassia flats, omaxe phase 3, new chandigarh. Current location shown by this app at my residence was of maloya village. I thought it may be because of application's technical adjustment and then i elaborated my address details on their application. And my order was accepted through the app considering my current address. Driver has reached half the way and called me that i have reached to deliver, when i went downstairs he wasn't there. I asked him about his location & asked him to again check the delivery address, he then denied the delivery and afterwards i received a call from zomato, a very unprofessional caller called me and he very arrogantly intimidated me for non refund of my money. It is the first time in my life i have faced such a arrogant customer care service call.
                        Without getting prejudice, i requested zomato company vide my mail dated 17.05.2019 to kindly send some of their official at my address i. E # 763, 2nd floor, cassia flats, omaxe phase 3, new chandigarh and instruct him to use current location link standing in front of my home and afterwards please refund me my money and even i seek apology letter from that caller for mental agony i bear for his arrogant way of talking. Even i urge zomato to check the technical issue of their app so that your other customers couldn't come across such kind of harassment.
                        But they refused to refund my money vide mail dated 22.05.2019.
                        Then i again checked the application's current location link on 23.05.2019 which was then rectified and even new order was delivered to me on my address.
                        I request you to kindly get my money refund at the earliest

                          On 23rd april 2019, i ordered from dynasty and my order was cancelled and i wasn’t even informed about it. After an hour when i contacted the delivery man, i was told that my order was cancelled. But i didn’t receive my payment and so i contacted customer care and i was told that the refund will be done within 7 days. Its been a month now, i haven’t received my refund. I made my payment via credit card. And i was told that the refund will be done withing 7 days.

                            I had ordered food from zomato, order no:[protected]. Order picked up by delivery person and there was emergency at my home during which i could not pickup the call. Within 5 minutes my order was rejected before i could call and reply. Then i immediately called customer service chat but it was too slow and it took me 40 minutes to convey that my order is not delivered and delivery person is not responding. I told the executive on chat that i will pickup the food myself from hotel or delivery person but it was futile. Chat support did not give me delivery persons number. Finally after painfully slow chat responses i got the delivery boys number but clever boy did not pickup. At this late night hours fully i have to find the place for food
                            Why my order was not delivers to my house at given address where my anyone in family could collect the food. Why there is no customer care no. Directly to call and resolve the issue as chat service waiting time is more than 6 minutes. Though there was communication issue it should have been taken to delivery address every done one could receive it. Only within 5-6 minutes my order was rejected, support took 40 minutes to respond to my queries. Why could not i pickup the food which i had paid for myself. Where is my food and money now?
                            I am totally frustrated and disappointed by the zomato service and i want to i want my money back. This is not a how a good food serving company serves the food to their customers. Now at this late hour i don't have my food and n money. Chat support asks to place the new order instead of helping to get my order delivered. Delivery person took the food for which i paid. I want my money refunded. Don't want to use zomato anymore. Refund my money asap.
                            After multiple request over email zomato nt respondng to emails.

                            order not returned to restaurant, i called to restaurant and asked if i can pick up the order my self from the restaurant but order was not returned to the restaurant, why the food for which i have paid fully, could not be collected by me? why the delivery person took the food paid by me and went his home?
                            i have paid for the food and delivery charges, i[censored] r not able to deliver then i will get it from restaurant myself. but delivery person immediately cancelled the order and went home with food. why it is not returned. who gave u right to eat the food urself for which customer has paid. this is total fraud.
                            refund my money paid for food.

                              Ordered via your app on domino's. The valet didn't pick up calls after calling me and telling me to come outside as he had arrived. He wasn't there. I kept calling him but he didn't pick up. Kept talking to your support and they said to contact domino's number. Did that and somehow was able to contact the valet second time and he said he was coming. After that kept talking to support still and domino's again again but neither zomato nor domino's did something. The valet started cutting the calls and later switched off his phone. Zomato shouldn't take orders for domino's if you people don't want to talk responsibility at all for the order. You are the ones connecting us to the domino's. It's your duty to sort out issue with any order made via your app. Your support could've atleast tried contacting the outlet at which the order had been placed. Thanks to you people even though i kept talking to support your app showed order as delivered.

                                Really never expected this from zomato who i have ordered and reviewed good everytime with my purchase. Even sometimes the parcel is not properly packed, but still i haven't returned it. But this was heights!

                                As i was not able to reach you by call and wanted to add some more stuff to the order i just cancelled it to re-order again with some more addition and coupon code if applicable. My kids were starving and you just deducted all 560 rupees as penalty. Is this how you treat your customers?

                                On requesting chat support to return the amount they asked to send mail to your mail id, where i haven't got any response since last week for my mail.

                                I had even tipped your delivery agents earlier if you could check my history. Is this how you want to loose your customers???

                                      My name is neeru, mob no [protected], my account login is created with name "amazing india". On 22.05.19 at 22:25 hrs, i had just opened zomato app and was searching for order, suddenly without selecting any shop and item, this app started showing"your order is succesful" and deducted my paytm account with rs 476/-. Some items which i did not order were sent automatically to my mothers address which was added in this app. When i called customer care and requested to cancel my order, the girl at custmer care (Mob no [protected]) to which i was talking (At 22:31 hrs) refused to refund the amount saying that as per new policy zomato do not refund money if order is cancelled. This is clear case of forgery and misuse of my linked paytm account. My money has been stolen without my consent and even refund was denied by that customer care girl. So i request you to take strict action against this unlawful act and refund my amount as soon as possible.
                                      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Zomato block my account and also ip address without inform me . my zomato registered number is [protected] .

                                      We order something from Zomato and we properly mention address evan i have screen shot for that but they charge me wdout delivered order
