Dear team

Today i am ordered 2 veg thali from punjabi tadka pure veg restaurant & order id is [protected] & already paid through online. After i received only 1 veg thali after follow-up with restaurant contact no. [protected] & [protected] then restaurant owner said pls give your order id then you have a received a call from restaurant after waiting a couple of times not receiving the call after i again call on same no. Then he provide restaurant person no. Name saksham - [protected] then he said it might be possible delivery boy not give the order then i continuously follow-up with delivery person but not received a my single call & 1 more point at the time of delivery the delivery boy name jitendra kumar meel - [protected] comes then i ask for 2 thali but he said it might be your second thali with another delivery boy but still i am not received the second thali from my order. I was not a good experience with zomato, customer is still waiting for a food this thing not a good practice if some body was order a food.

    Had ordered from zomato today and was being delivered with a nonveg dish instead i ordered for a veg dish. When i complained then the representative is asking me questions about my religion and tracking past order and list instead i asked them to just take back the non veg dish and give me back my money.
    What sort of treatment is this to the customers that being a brahmin on monday when i say politely that non veg dish was delivered instead representitives ask question about my religion.

        This incident happened on 18/05/019. We have order food from zomato app on 18th evening. The delivery boy called after some time and told as he is unable to find the place. The Map is showing wrong. Then my wife tried to navigate the address but the delivery boy told he will not deliver at my home and called us to a place 1km from my home. He talked very rudely with my wife. But my order should deliver at my home. The delivery boy told whatever the map will show he will go upto there and now it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the delivery. This is not my first order from zomato. Then the customer care called and told that order is cancelled at 9:30pm and ask us to call other number for refund. The story is not yet end. After that the delivery called us and argued with us. So sharing our details like phone no with Zomato is not safe. When we told this to customer care they told you can do what ever you want.

          Hi, my name is Niharika and I am from Dehradun. I ordered food from Gurukripa Chat Bhandar Dehradun on 20th May. I paid total 130 rs through online payment 110 for food and 20 rs for rider tip. The delivery man who named shobhit didn’t even call me for once to track my address. And after 40 minutes they updated on zomato, that they canceled my order because “I” rejected the order. This was my first order from zomato and surely for last. I am having a worst experience with zomato. I want my money back.

            . Between april 22nd - 28th you have delivered more than usual orders to the same customer. We have identified this as suspicious activity. Therefore, access to your account is blocked. I ordered food from zomato and as i am capsicum allergic i instructed not to add capsicum but they did not notice my instruction whatsoever and delivered food with lots of capsicum for yhr last 2 or 3 times... I requested them to deliver my correct food or refund for the same.. They send zomato credits in my account and next morning when i tried to order food my account was blocked due to suspecious activity.. I also mail zomato regarding this but they are not replying anything just saying wr can not unblock it from our side and due to suspecious activity it has been blocked... I have ₹300 worth of zomaro credits in my account... Help me on this...

              In last 2-3 weeks i have been receiving incomplete orders, where customer care executive clearly said they cannot do anything and they requested me to consider this as an exception. However they denied to give oartial refund.
              I denied to end up the chat as i wanted proper solution on this. What zomato did is they blocked my account. Now i am even not able to open my account. I drafted a mail to zomato however still haven't got any answer from them.
              I need a source wherein i can take this further against zomato.

                I was at my office and placed a order near my home's address which was done by mistake. The next second i had cancelled the order. Does anyone charge for this?? I have placed an order from zomato on 19/5/19 and cancelled the order at the same time and my payment was done by the lazypay wallet. I have contacted the zomato support to initiate my refund but they are not initiating any refund amount instead of refunding my amount they deducted the full amount in the form of penalty. I need my refund back

                  I have checking out a restaurant in zomato..
                  I have added gobi 65 into the checkout box and when i gone to zomato payment box...
                  I wanted to give promo code and use zomato credits...
                  But it was not showing anything...
                  So i exited from the payment portal but it was shown that order was placed..
                  So i immediately contacted customer support and they cancelled the order but put cancellation charge as 140...
                  Why should i pay for an order that actually i haven't ordered...
                  They are not responding properly

                    Very disappointed with today's order from zomato. I order one special thali of rs. 160/- from "delhi belly dhaba" in mahipalpur, delhi.
                    At the time of delivery, i'm very shocked to see the quantity of meal. It is just a 30% quantity of the complete meal by comparison with any other restaurants.
                    When i had decline to accept the order, zomato executive call me and told me to accept the order in very bad talking behavior and he also give me a warning that if i'll not accepting this order, he'll debit this order amount from my account bucket.

                    When zomato don't want to solve the issue they just told to their customers that your number is not reachable...😀😀
                    Zomato sucks

                    Zomato always keep his voice on height and never believe in customer complaints b'coz zomato earn from restaurants and if zomato start listening customer complaints then how zomato earn 23% of margin. Very impressive service by zomato. Keep it guys. Zomato rocks in providing poor service.

                      Zomato totally ruined my weekend with pathetic food and even worst service. The food i got from the restaurant was raw which was totally waste. Even after spending an hour on their app and trying to convince there food was bad and uneatable they offered me 30 rupees coupon which is both laughable and sad. So i am putting this comment for everyone to know that zomato didn't have any responsibility for the food that got delivered through their app and i will put my comments on every social media possible either they apologies in the proper way and refund my money.

                        This relates order [protected]. I had ordered 3 different items.

                        Of which i got 2 items correctly order.

                        The 3rd item - the quantity was incorrect. Also, the item requested was not delivered and instead was delivered incorrectly.

                        I contacted your support team on chat today around 9 pm - 19th may. The agent never addressed the wrong item issue, ignored multiple requests to speak to a senior, never gave his name inspite of multiple requests.

                        This is so frustrating. Request you to please look into this.

                              Order was cancelled as the given address was wrong. Later after 20 minutes got a call from zomato stating "your order will be cancelled and amount will be refunded back in 5 6 business days". I agreed. Its been a week and there is no refund seen either into my source account or zomato credits. I wasn't aware that whole of order amount will be compensated as penalty. This is very strange to hear. If zomato is taking the whole money then why should the executive call me and tell amount will be refunded. This is like cheating the customer. Will need my refund asap.

                                When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and that next day i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled.                                   Why are we having 2 different prices for same curry in restaurant and in app.

                                  I am highlighting it a issue of orbis restaurant brookefield.

                                  Most of curries prices in app are minimum 35 rs extra compare to restaurant.

                                  Attached photo shows the proof of prices under main course. Referring to one of item kaju masala its price mentioned as 185 but actual is 150 at restaurant.

                                  You can compare it by logging in zomato app and follow below :
                                  1. Click on “go out” option.
                                  2. Search for orbis restaurant brookefield.
                                  3. Open restaurant link and navigate to menu.

                                    One of the worst food delivery app is zomato
                                    I ordered food from "mamata restorent" yesterday and received spoiled worst smelly food.
                                    Called delivery guy to check and take it back he said he is very far cannot reach me out and he even said that restorent is one of the worst and suggested me to contact customer care.

                                    I contacted customer care and had a complain and that worst servicing guy suggested me to adjust me with the spoiled food.
                                    After long conversion he asked me to share pic of the food and i did it. And after that he gave me 28 rs in my credit but the food was of 115 rs.
                                    I demand for my full refund and he said me to drop a mail.

                                    Today morning i tried to chat with them and again that guy is asking me to share the pic of food, which is in the garbage.

                                    Around 15 min wait to chat with the worst agents who did not support in any thing.

                                    One of the worst service i received.

                                    I want my full refund to my account and an apologies mail from the person who had a chat with me who said me to adjust with the spoiled food.

                                      I placed 2 orders on zomato order:[protected] with subway and got calls simultaneously form the valets, while the time i received one call, the second valet canceled my order, in fact, i called him right after and requested him to deliver it but he refused to deliver the order and told me that he canceled it, on top of that they have charged cancellation fee equivalent to the order value.
                                      I am a regular customer of zomato and deeply hurt by the service it provides today. If this is the way they are going to deal with the customer then i will not order anything in the future and also make sure to spread this wrongdoing in my circles.

                                      I highly request you to refund me my full amount.

                                        The comapny disabled my account from online ordering because i had a argument with them on my last order as they provide me the ordered item in which there is a piece of bone. When i complained them, they said that they didn't find that and keep telling me that they can't do anything but in the picture that i shared with them clearly showed that there is a piece of bone in chicken fried rice.
