We have order food thru zomatto, but they denied to delivered my location and take my money and said we give u penality for this, do they have written penality policy or they making customer fool
Their executive saying we are cancelling ur order inspite we are in touch with rider

They not listen my adress and cancelled order and imposed penalty

Their executive speaking rudely and not listening to me inspite of many requests
My amount all to be refunded and also they have not give me any debit note because they have no penality policy and nothing is written over there

I have ordered on 12th May 2018 through Zomato and but money was deducted two times from my paytm account for Rs.714.Now I am not able to contact their customer care as nobody is picking the phone there.my order number was [protected] which was not processed but payment was deducted for it. I need the refund of my excess amount deducted.

    Dear Zomato,

    Today when i was going to log in I found out that you have locked out my profile due to some so called suspicious activity. First of all let me tell you this that I am one of the oldest customer of your app and I always use Zomato only to order food and not other apps. But I have committed a mistake..The mistake of trying to improve your service so that zomato always stays ahead of its competitors that is why I have always tried to give feedback about every order. Recently for some days I found that the food that you have delivered were of below average quality. Most of the time the order was delivered late, the food was of bad taste and cold and below standard packing. None of the complaints that I gave were fake and I tried my best to give proofs to customer support whenever possible. I found an insect in my food once and I could have take that issue to social networking sites that could have affected your business but I didn't do that because personally I am attached to zomato as I am using it from the time when it was launched. If you feel that I have complained for some free credits then let me remind you that I am a gold member of Zomato. I earn a lot and I don't have to lie to get some free credits. I guess you should have closed this credit giving facility as you don't trust your own customers and you don't have the required resources that will help you to cross check the customer's complaints.
    I have referred your app to so many of my friends and family members for so many years and yet at the end of the day I got this behaviour from you i.e profile locked out due to suspicious activity. This is how you would retain your customers?
    Another activity that you may have founded suspicious is that same account is being used by two users? So what? where it was written that only one person can use one profile. Me and my friend is paying you money. We are not getting free food by using same profile. And if its wrong then you could have warned me before locking my profile
    Its a request from my side to go through my mail properly, cross check it and then if you don't find my account "suspicious" anymore then please unlock it asap because I am a working person and food delivery app plays an important role in the life of people like us, My gold membership will be wasted and also I don't want to shift to other apps because of my great relationship with zomato for so many years. Allnthing is i lost my 700 rs as hold member in zomato

      I have ordered ice cream 3 flavours and when it reached to me almost all scoops are in liquid state and when I have raised concern with zomato then I didn't received response from chat support and when I have raised concern again so they are saying ki it's too late to verify concern where the problem is with your customer assistance and not mine and I have tried reaching customer support they are not helping customer or neither taking any complaint against that restaurant so reaching you guys for support

        Mera phone mere haath me tha or calls aa ja rhi thi.. Jb mne refund ka option dekha to uske liye bhi ye likha hua tha ki non refundable hai kyuki khana jb tk ready kia ja chuka tha...
        Jaldi se jaldi mere paise refund kiye jaaye otherwise mai aage report krungi...
        Its not fair that you did with me...
        Mai zomato ke khilaaf strict action lungi...

          I am feeling really very bad to let you know that your food delivery app zomato is going through very bad state as i have been ordering food as i am a vegetarian i have ordered a veg food but the restaurant people told me that it this food is non-vegetarian only but in zomato app is displayed as veg and the sales boy was even being rude and told that he cannot help it out so please get through my point and i want my money refunded as soon as possible with some compensation

            My account is blocked for online ordering and is saying it is due to suspicious activity but i haven’t done anything and customer care is also not responding to it . I have mailed them several time but they are reply on the mail also and as my zomato gold account is linked with it so i want you to resolve this so that i can use my zomato gold or you either unblock my account or transfer my gold with another account.

              I have taken zomato gold membership a month ago
              I still have 11 months for the expiry of that membership.
              But now zomato has blocked my account for no reason.
              Please help me to get refund of that zomato gold membership payment charges??
              I need a must reply please?
              And if you doesn't refund my zomato gold membership payment charges then i'll take this to the higher authorities!

                Ordered under the order number [protected] and cancelled it 2-3 min after ordering. Since the order was just accepted and i was still looking for options in your app to find a way to cancel it as the restaurant i wanted to order from just became available for accepting order and delivery.in the meanwhile i got delayed by 2-3 min and then cancelled the existing order and zomato charged me penalty in full amount for rs 175.40. When i reached out to your customer care immediately, nobody received the call and when i finally found someone on your chat support it was already too late. I asked the agent on chat to either reinstate my order or refund the amount in full which he said couldn't be possible. I'm bound to escalate this as for zomato being a mobile app based food ordering company, issues like this can happen with a simple wrong click of button but that doesn't mean i have to lose all the money for my order. I would want this to be taken with sincerity and refund the rs 175.40 amount back to the bank source.

                    Hi, my zomato account has been blocked associated with my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                    They stated in email that multiple accounts and few merchants complaint about my account.
                    I don't know if it's true or not.

                    They have blocked my account without hearing from me by their own assumptions which is unfair.

                    I don't know on what basis have they considered merchants complaint as i haven't done anything inethical or suspicious from my account accept ordering food.

                    Please look into this matter and help me in getting my account recovered

                    It's not resolved yet as my Zomato account is still blocked. They emailed me regarding my another ongoing issue on app. It was of technical glitch in one of the orders I placed on Zomato. Basically, nothing is done yet for the account block matter.

                      I had ordered food on 08may 2019. Ith order number [protected]. Before ordering the hotel picture in app was showing a discount off 40 percent. Then i ordered food and the bill was made with out discount. I didn't know what to do and immeditely in less than minute i cancelled the order. I was deducted the complete amount.
                      I immeditly complained in the chat. But the chat module doesn't go ahead with out accepting. I was forced to accept before chatting with officer other side. Now when i am raising my complaint they have denied me the refund.
                      I am a regular customer and never had the need to cancel any order. So might not be clear on the messages in the chat when they yes set in. I didn't understand it means that i accept the deduction.
                      I feel cheated and offended that regular customers are put to this sort of trouble. I[censored] check the logs you will know that cancellation was done immeditly because the discount was not administered. Without replying about the discount they are saying i cancelled, which is in correct.
                      May i request you to kindly relove the issue and grant me my refund.

                        Hi, i have ordered 2 food items, one @ 4:55pm (Rs-510) and other @ 5:19pm, (Rs 438) out of that 5:19pm order was delivered but 4:55pm order number [protected] was rejected by zomato customer care.

                        Reason as per them is my phone was not answerable, as per schedule food order, was to be delivered in 45 min @ (5:40pm) as my phone was not answerable, i tried to get the contact number from online chat support and immediately at 5:55pm i call on rider mobile number, he told me already my order got cancelled from zomato call center and he will not be able to deliver it, need to talk with customer care, as per customer care they gave me email address to complaint on [protected]@zomato.com, i have emailed on 10 may i got reply that, there team is working and will revert back soon, but till 14 may every day i'm following up and sending email but no reply.

                        Its my request, i don't cheat others nor i want to get cheated by zomato or any others, its mistake that my phone was off but immediately i called at 4:55pm all evidence, chat messages, and voice call recordings i have, without calling me 5:19pm order was delivered without issue but 4:55 was rejected, there if fault with rider also, he should have taken responsibility he just waiting to get chance of mistake. Please refund my money or reorder.

                          My order id is [protected].

                          I had placed an order on 12th may around 12:24 a. M. The restaurant showed me an expected delivery time by 1:30 a. M.
                          I waited till then and started calling the restaurant, but no one picked up the phone. Then i started contacting zomato support. What i got was just chat bot messages.
                          In the morning finally i was connected to an agent and he said he is contacting the restaurant and after almost 20 minutes of waiting he did not give me any feedback and told to drop a mail here.

                          I am almost a regular customer of zomato and such harassment shakes the very core trust with which i rely on zomato.

                          I would like a refund of my money and want this concerned problem be raised to the higher authorities.

                              First call by the customer that is me... To inform delivery boy that restaurant people were not responding just to ask him how long it will take you to reach restaurant and he never contacted me again after that call but i have contacted restaurant lots of time but they cut the call everytime i have the evidence with me...                               Domino's confirm my order and then when i called them they were denied my calls and when i need zomato support to help me to return my money they have charged me extra for not receiving order from delivery boy... Which never happened if its true show the call details.. They can't solve it... I have to contact domino's and here i am trying to contact domino's but domino's denied my call everytime

                              Now as a customer do i have to take tension of all this...?

                              I ordered zomato so that i don't have worry about my order and i pay advance because i trust zomato

                              But zomato replied me by saying i have to contact domino's for my concern... Now zomato what you are doing... Whats your responsibility???

                              That will make you clear my issues

                              Delivery boy didn't call me even single time if yes then how to believe

                              But i have proof that i have called him and mentioned him that restaurant is not picking up my call and to ask when he will reach how long it will take

                              Cz i was hungry thats a reason i ordered from zomato to get my order fast and i pay money in-advance.. That too full payment

                                I ordered food from zomato. The order was cancelled because there was some issue between the restaurant and zomato. The order was cancelled by zomato. The restaurant person talked with me about this. But zomato charged me a penalty of 700 rs equal to the order amount saying that i was not responsive. I'm unable to contact the customer support regarding the same. Without even looking into the issue, they simply charged me. I need my refund

                                  I have been order food from spicy restaurant, yousafguda, hyderabad,
                                  My order no: [protected], date: may 13 2019 @ 10:12 pm, ordered tandoori chicken it over all cost 290 rs, after applying code it has been 229 rs, i got a delivery from khan,
                                  The food is really out dated, it has been almost 2-3 days food, they have been delivering the food in such a low quality, it's unfair totally, the amount of 229 rs is not worthy the delivered food, please avoid such restaurants, it's a risk to the public health your keep as a business strategy,

                                  Note: please avoid the spicy restaurant or zomato food delivery.

                                  They usually serves the unhygienic 2-3 days food and gives the promo code or they never initiates the offers, these are the routine by zomato food delivery please don't keep people health for your cheap business strategies.

                                    I had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

                                      I have ordered from zomato on 13 apr'19. I waited for half an hour and after that i called to the restaurant person. He said from there end order has already been sent. But there was no call from zomato person and after 5 min. My order was rejected.

                                      I do not have any reason of rejection here. Also it is not showing up any details of driver online so that atleast we can call them.

                                      This order was online payment and which was rejected without a reason. After few min i ordered again from same restaurant and same food but this time it was "cash on delivery". Now my food was delivered within 10-15 min. This is completely "not acceptable" as i paid online before they have rejected and now i do not know how many days i have to be behind zomato for refund but when i requested for cash on delivery the zomato person is pro actively reached to my point within few min.

                                      Since i have already paid online i am requesting here for refund as soon as possible

                                        I have not received the refund amount for the orde below.

                                        Before canceling this order I have checked with zomato team for the refund, on the conformation only I asked them to cancel it.

                                        Others wise I could have ask my team member to collect it.

                                        Totally disappointed it is happening twice for me.

                                        Don't give false promises and cheet customers like this.
