Hi, i have ordered 2 food items, one @ 4:55pm (Rs-510) and other @ 5:19pm, (Rs 438) out of that 5:19pm order was delivered but 4:55pm order number [protected] was rejected by zomato customer care.
Reason as per them is my phone was not answerable, as per schedule food order, was to be delivered in 45 min @ (5:40pm) as my phone was not answerable, i tried to get the contact number from online chat support and immediately at 5:55pm i call on rider mobile number, he told me already my order got cancelled from zomato call center and he will not be able to deliver it, need to talk with customer care, as per customer care they gave me email address to complaint on [protected]@zomato.com, i have emailed on 10 may i got reply that, there team is working and will revert back soon, but till 14 may every day i'm following up and sending email but no reply.
Its my request, i don't cheat others nor i want to get cheated by zomato or any others, its mistake that my phone was off but immediately i called at 4:55pm all evidence, chat messages, and voice call recordings i have, without calling me 5:19pm order was delivered without issue but 4:55 was rejected, there if fault with rider also, he should have taken responsibility he just waiting to get chance of mistake. Please refund my money or reorder.
